Worst service ever!!! I got my car alarm with remote start & my windows tint. Within months of getting my alarm, I started to have problems. My alarm going off in the middle or the night or day for no reason. My alarm going off while my car was on. Unable to turn off the alarm. I brought my car back to get checked and every time I was told it was better. Then my car got hit while parked and the alarm didn't even go off!! That's just crazy. But I kept trusting them that they would value me as a client and do their best to solve this issue. Now that I've had enough of this alarm trouble, I'm told there's something wrong with the alarm system itself and they will change for $150 ? That's insane!! Also my window tint is starting to come off and the owner said it's my fault the tint is coming off but he'll put new tint for $150 ? He wants me to drop $300 today for things he should fix since I was told I had warranty for LIFE. But I'm sure he said that just so I can buy the alarm system and tint. The owner is very rude when it comes to dealing with problems regarding his products! That's not okay, where's the value of the costumer.? read more

Gotten a couple subs+amps installed from this place and Ive got to admit that they aren't half bad. I'm writing this review 7 years after my last purchase from them because I realize now that the quality of the subs and amps they use are actually good (even though they aren't always high end brand name components). Currently packing two 12" Infinity subwoofers powered by 2000W Almani amp; way old, but still thumps hard! They're initial pricing could be better but you can always negotiate a bit with the sellers. Installs have been quick and though I've never had a problem with my cars getting damaged, I could agree that the installs could be a bit better. All in all, a good place to get yourself an affordable new headunit or sub amp set up. read more

They offered to make it right by either ordering in a replacement (the radio I got was the last in stock) or upgrading to a better radio at no extra cost. These guys are Great! Before I share My frustration I have to mention that The technicians (Installers) are really nice but mistakes happen and they do a lot of mistakes , Its all about management and owner and how they handle issues . Owner bothered himself to smile on my face only when I came as new Customer and once I paid I haven't seen any nice treatment , I had to go back to fix issue as they forgot to connect one of the plugs in my head unit , I had to go back because they messed up the Back seat belt , I had also to go back because they took a brand new tool off my car by mistake , Every time I went they asked me to come back later and If I go at the assigned time I become the last priority even if its 3 minutes job like the seat belt ( Took actually 1 Minutes to fix ) , Owner told me he is doing this (Seatbelt) as a favor and he does not want to see my face again , That's letterly what he said , and that's really how they treat their customers , Never found my $35 tool when I actually told them to double check and its fine if you don't find it but the thing is they asked me to come "Tomorrow" 3 days in the row and never bothered themselves to call the Technician to ask him if he found it , Just "Come back when he is here to ask him , He didn't show up today" , I wouldn't recommend them for any one . read more

You know what at first they were real helpful gave me a good deal on my JL Audio stereo system but they honestly did a crappy job at installing it. I also purchased a car camera not knowing I was getting ripped off. Paid 400$ for something worth 130-200$. I had to go back twice to get that fixed/replaced. In terms of the system it blew up once so they did replace it. However in the end I ended up getting everything they installed removed on my own. No one has no knowledge on the correct ways to install anything there. My 2019 Honda Civic sport just got out of the HONDA dealer after being there for 6 days because it started having computer issues and problems with turning one. Turns out a fuse was removed and never put back. Because of the way they install their equipment I ended up having problems with my computer of my car and the power and the dealer charged me 700$ to fix something that should've never needed to be fixed. They made me wait 6 hours for installation for in the end shitty installation. Plus I'm paying off something that literally isn't even reported to the credit bureau so I don't think it's worth it at all. Owner is nice workers are nice just no knowledge at all honestly. If I had known that they were drilling and taking apart fuses/fucking with the technical parts of my car I would've never let them touch it. Honda PROFESSIONALS tracked all the problems I had with my car back to the way the installation was done. So unfortunately I do not recommend this place read more

CROOKS plain and simple. They charged double of regular retail for Memphis Speakers they sold me. My fault for not checking prices after he told me the price. I guess I still have faith in people and hope they are being honest. I would be more forgiving if they were charging maybe $10 over retail but $40. That just plain robbery. I must say that I was very lucky on picking this place to hook up my car system, because there we're other options that I could of picked.. Many options!! But it was one of those things that you get lucky on and making the right dissection. These guys are F**KEN AWESOME!!! Customer service here is 100% satisfying even after a year or more that they done my system I came back to them because my sub went out. So I wanted to see what was the problem of out going out. I walked it and one of the gentleman right away ask me if I needed help, I started explaining what was the dilemma and without hesitation he walked outside and asked what car was mine, I pointed we're my car was parked and all he asked me for we're my keys. Handed them over and with in 5min problem was solved and he had my sub heart beating again .... He explained why my sub went out which was something minor. The gentleman closed the doors to my honda & handed the keys to me and ask if there were anything else he can help me with. I said that was it, and I as I walked away he told me if I ever needed something just to come on by . I walked away blowned away the fact that he didn't try to get me, and say I blew my amp or try to sale me something that I'm going to need if I wanted my sounds back to life. These kind of places is hard to find good honest customer service. Well as I said I was lucky to have picked this one to do my sounds. I felt very tooken care of and my sounds we're important enough to him to make them beat again.... I thanked him and introduce my name to him. Not once did I get the impression that he was the manager. Why? Because he didn't hesitant to roll up his sleeves and get the job done.
