Got charged $550 for a "custom enclosure" that was a regular box you can get from amazon for $80. Then they said the amp I was getting was $300, they charged me $670 for it. In debt 1,300 for a simple box and mono amp. Bullshit excuse for a business. If you pay up front it might be okay, if you're planning on getting it on credit you're better off giving your bank account information to a thief on the street. read more

Everything is overpriced and they dont care if they make scratches inside your car while they're installing the speakers/stereo. I bought a brand new Mazda and brought it in to get better speakers installed. The front speakers are on the dashboard and they scratched the inside of the windshield while installing the speakers. Before that, I brought my previous car in to get speakers installed as well. The speakers were on the door, and they scratched the tint on the driver-side window when they installed the speakers. If you're in the mood to argue with the owner about fixing his workers' mistakes, then by all means, get your stereo installed there. read more

A friend recommended this place and decided to give it a shot since I needed an alarm for my car. Price was decent and got an alarm the same day. After 2 hours of waiting got the car back and the guy who installed it couldnt figure out how to lock and unlock it. A few days later drove it at night and saw the dashboard and radio lights werent working and decided to take the car back to see if they can help me out since they installed it. Went the next day to see if I can get it checked out and maybe fixed. Immediately the guy got hostile and asked me what I meant and what did it have to do with the alarm. Apperantly when the alarm was installed they dont open the car up near the fuses and only deal with the doors and nothing else. Didnt let me explain and didnt want to check it cuz it had nothing to do with the alarm. Told me to check fuses and take it back if it's not that. Tell me how is that professional? There was a brand new light under my dash that lights up and your gonna tell me you didnt open it and put it in? you just deal with the door? Come on now. Waste of time and money. read more

I have been dealing with Stereo USA for a while now. I moved to the area about a year and a half ago, and decided to put a system in my scion xb, nothing crazy, just an upgrade. The shop i went to promised a night and day difference...and long story short it was horrible. I randomly stopped into stereo USA to see if i could make it sound better, or switch speakers once again. Anthony stopped what he was doing, tuned my amp right there and made it sound twice as good, and gave me some options if i ever wanted it to sound amazing. I just brought my c6 corvette to them, wanting a more elaborate and higher end sound. I went in thinking i was going to annoy the crap out of them with all my demands...Anthony just smiled and said no problem, we can do whatever you want bro. And it was a lot, i wanted the subs facing forwards, had to be able to use my rear view mirror, and the targa still had to fit in the trunk. In less than a day, everything was finished, and beyond my expectations. I personally have never heard a system so clear and clean, and the custom box looks amazing!! I went in with high expectations, and they delivered beyond them in absolutely every aspect. Price lower than i expected to pay for the custom work, sounds better, and looks way beyond what i ever imagined would be in my baby. Anthony, seriously thank you so much bro! read more

I would give less stars if I could... Maybe it's my fault as you get what you pay for! I got my alarm installed they finished before they said they would so I was happy but the next morning I try to start my car and nothing. The battery was dead AAA charged it and checked it he said its the alarm. So I took it to my Mechanic he did a load test and yes he said the same thing. So I take it back to the shop and they say its something wrong with my car. That's funny because it never happen before that. So he unhooked the alarm and if its not dead than I would have to send the alarm back to viper but they will charge me to take it out don't do here go somewhere else and same yourself the headache. read more

Rookies crappy installation Came in to get my radio installed and my tweeters and components. Guys had me waiting 2 hours for this while completely fucking everything up. Messed up my doors trying to take them off to install components. They don't even install the radio right. It's a touch screen navigation so I have to have me e- brake on to access the maps. Even when I'm stopped with the brake on it won't let me access. Shitty installation. Did I mention they stole my crossovers ? Gave me used flimsy RCA cables. THIS PLACE IS A WALKING SCAM.
