Awful scammers, crooks, and horrible customer service. I have spent lots of money here in the past. But two days ago installed a rear view mirror back up camera that was defected. I went in and spoke with the owner, who was rude and shady and horribly disrespectful to me and my little girl. I will contact the Better business bureau. So, I want to start by saying that Jason was really nice. Unfortunately, my review will not be great. I've been going here for about 8 years and have had about 7-10 cars done here but my most recent was the first time that I financed anything. I feel like I was screwed over, which is sad because I'm a returning customer of so long. My equipment sounds ok but I agree with another post on here where the guy said they say they give you one thing and install something different when your not there because they said it would take all day and to leave it. Also, with the financing I was told the complete opposite of what happened. Spent over 2k on head unit, amps, and speaker. Sounded like crap, like the speakers were blown. So I went back the very next day. They claimed I blew the speakers and would not make good on the warranty. Went to another shop where we found out that they never installed the crossovers. Plus they broke the dash so the bezel rattles. The guy is a con artist. Starts throwing numbers around, then shorts you with a different amp or speaker. Buyer beware. I was going to have a system installed in my show car. We set everything up on a Saturday for a Monday install. They had me pay for it then so it would make it easy on Monday. When I got home I looked at the receipt and noticed they taxed me for all the labor on the job, which was most of it. I started to second guess my decision. I called them today to cancel the install and was told "they only give store credit no cash refunds. Read your receipt." EXTREMELY RUDE. I did not pay cash, I paid on a credit card and no work had been done, no parts were ordered as they had it all in stock. Now I have a dispute set up with the Credit card company. This place does not know the word professionalism. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Next stop is California Consumer Affairs. read more

I would not recommend this place( Stereo USA). Actually, I would advice that people do not purchase any items at this store, or get any work done here. They did a poor job installing an alarm I purchased here, and they charged me for work that they did not do. This sucks took my brand new ram to get system put in they cut a piece of the inside of my dash out with out even asking me scratched up my dash the radio was staticky took it back to them 4 times they never could fix it gave an excuse that it was my factory antenna and they told me that they couldn't hook up my factory tailgate camera because the truck was to new and they didnt make the connection for it yet so owner said I'll hook u up with a license plate camera for free like he was hooking me up come to find out they tried Micky mousing it and burnt out my factory camera all they did was take advantage of someone that didnt exactly know about systems So if your thinking of going here dont do it stay as far away from this place read more

This has to be the worst store ever. Buyer beware. A few months ago I came with a tech question about my car doors so I could put my speakers in the car. The deal was too good to be true. The tech team did not tell me my speakers were the wrong size, too small for the stock postion. Instead they just installed them. Also they used the wrong screws and to few. A speaker came loose and broke in the door. More then twice I asked them to check them they refused trying convinceme that I was wrong. Having more than 20 years as an electrician I knew I was right so stay away and tell your friends. read more

Do not take your car here for anything. Had a stereo system put in. Had to go back three times because not properly installed and each time customer service was rude. They forgot to re hook my Hazzard lights, which is behind where stereo is put in. And 2 months later when I realized it, they wanted to charge me $35 TO FIX. Unbelievable! read more
