Prices are good not too expensive for any service with regular polish but once gel is involved why is anyone spending over $50? I brought my grandmother here for a mini pedicure hers turned out great. Unfortunately for me everything was good up until the guy stated painting my nails. He didn't cover my whole toenail???? Left lots of clear space on majority of my toes but decided to add a top coat and walk away. After looking at my feet I asked for the polish to reapplied and cover all my toes. I wanted to share my experience from my visit on Thursday evening. I've attached photos showing the condition of my nails. In addition, I felt that my pedicure was rushed. The service advertised a 10-minute massage, but it lasted only about 6 minutes. The massage and other parts of the pedicure felt very brief, and I didn't feel I received the service that I paid for. When I returned to show the chipped nails, I was told they could simply file them down. Filing chipped gel polish does not correct the problem or address why the manicure failed so quickly. I would appreciate a proper resolution.I chose this salon because I expected quality work, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those expectations. They ask customers to leave a review immediately after the service, but I believe reviews should reflect the quality of the work after you've had a chance to see how it holds up. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

All the other employees were trying to separate them and everything that was said was in Vietnamese, so I have no clue why there was a fight! I always leave satisfied and really happy with the end results of my manicures and pedicures. The atmosphere, ambience and decor of the place is elegant and nothing like other salons in town. I've only had to make an appointment one time, and I was seen right away, on time with the nail technician I requested. I'm reading that this isn't always the case for most appointments...? But I didn't have a negative experience when I booked mine and was seen immediately when I arrived for it. Also, it has been getting busier and busier upon each visit I've made here. I recommend coming earlier in the day and during the weekdays if you can! Amy does an amazing job with my manicures!! She shapes the nails as I request perfectly (I've had square and almond shapes done), and she has even done a beautiful design I wanted on my most recent visit. It looks better than the image I showed her. If you don't like your nails or if you have any issues after leaving the salon, just come back! They'll fix it for you!! I haven't had to have this done, but they let me know every time if I'm ever not satisfied or if my nails break or chip or anything to just come back and they'll fix it for free. We came back and we knew exactly what we wanted, through their Instagram. It took an hour but they detail and work was awesome, they made sure the nails were even length and so smudges.
