I said then why does the other shoe not have a gap (see 5th photo). Last but not least my brand new nude shoes that I just got and never worn is absolutely ruined!!! The shoes are damaged with black shoe polish, scrapped up and the work done on it was horrific. I'm so disappointed and when I asked Chris about it he said it was the shoes fault. Photos 6 through 12 is a brand new pair of shoes worth $1100 and never worn but look at them now. I should have taken my expensive shoes else where and I regret ever going here or bringing them coffee/donuts. Never again!! The owner has the nerve to say I brought in nearly destroyed shoes!! When I returned to pick up my shoes on April 4, 2026, I forgot that I had prepaid the $40.00 requested repair fee to the owner and paid another $40.00 in cash at the time to picked up my shoes.
