They expertly repaired my Louboutin leather heeled boots. They repaired my boots with the leather straight from the Louboutin factory!!! Website says temp closed meaning weekends , so I went there on a Monday at 9:30 as they open at 8 but no one was there . I called them to ask where the closed and they ask me to come back at 10 . I came back at 10:30 door still locked no one there so I called and was told they will be there in ten minutes was in traffic and stopped to get something to eat.. Needless to say I didn't take my shoes there to scare I wouldn't get them back as needed.. Terrible customer service .. read more

I have to agree with a previous review... It's very unprofessional to not adhere to posted business hours. I've driven out here twice in 24 hours to patronize this business -once from Gaithersburg, another time from District Heights, both during the posted business hours- and neither time has this business been open. 3 items left for a week to be cleaned and condition. Horrible! Marked up leather boots w scratches and discoloration. I just gave this man $150 to hold and mess up my quality bag and two pair of shoes. I want to cry. Quality is hard to find. Good luck people out there. read more

Over the years I have brought several items for repair which included designer shoes and handbags. Graces has also always provided outstanding customer service as well as phenomenal product repairs. Bait and Switch I brought in a pair of shoes that had fade and scuffed to have them dyed one color. I explained what I wanted done and was told he could do it, for this I was charged $15.00. I was out of town when my girlfriend picked them up. They were not dyed just polished. Today I went back to find out why they were not dyed and was told I had asked to have them conditioned (polished). The worst part is i polished them before i took them in. I was then told that dying them was $30.00. He then said i needed to pay him an additional $30.00 to dye them. I offered to pay the additional $15.00 but was told no and he turned his back and left me with the lady of the shop who said they would do it for $20.00 and that I was getting a break because they normally charge more than $30.00 for dying shoes. This used to be my go to shoe repair spot. They are pricey but always have done a decent job. They lost a customer last month when my elderly mother's car broke down out back in one of their two customer parking spaces. My mom called me and I went to assist her and called for a tow. The owner lost patience while we waited for a tow truck. He told us we had to move her disabled car out of his wife's parking space! I could not believe how they treated my mom after she had just picked her shoes up. Customer service is everything. It was very hot and I had a dress on trying to push my mother's car out of the spot. What makes it bad is that they had another parking spot! A gentleman helped me push my mom's car out of their space. The wife came and saw what was going on and parking in the space that would make it inconvenient for the tow truck to move my mom's car. I could not believe this establishment treated an elderly customer so bad. I was in total disbelief! They will never get another dime for me or anyone I know! I wish I could rate them no stars on their service! read more

Great Service! Brought in my old riding boots (a family heirloom) in hope of some restoration, in turn I was very pleasantly surprised! Not only were the soles changed but also the weathered and tired leather was given a second wind. I was equally impressed by their attention to detail with the buckles, zippers and trim. On top of great handicraft they are very friendly and patient especially with nervous first timers like me (friend recommended them).
