I stopped by Steve's Collision Repair without an appointment on a Friday afternoon to get an estimate on repairing my 2008 RAV4 front left fender/bumper. It was partly pulled off by a car wash. I was promptly greeted by Steve Jr. and he came out and looked at the damage and even pushed the fender back in place so it didn't look as bad. He gave me a preliminary estimate right away. After a few days, I called Steve's Collision Repair to make arrangements for them to do the job. They said they would order the new bumper and other parts needed, get the bumper painted and I could bring my car in the following Monday. I brought the car in on Monday morning and they called to notify me that it was ready to pick up that afternoon! An excellent job was done, the paint matches perfectly. Everything looks beautiful. I am so pleased! They even washed my car and cleaned the inside too and well as cleaned my wheel rims. They went above and beyond! This is a family business and I highly recommend it. Service was great and Tesla car was fixed nicely. Although they accidentally threw away a couple of my accessories that were supposed to be installed, they were honest and I liked that. They're extremely timely and make sure to communicate even the smallest details to you, which can be helpful for someone like me who knows nothing about cars! I took my 2016 to steves for an accident i was involved in. They fixed my car, a few months later when it rained my headlamp flooded, so i went back there and showed them that when they put my car back together somebody there put the wrong screw in headlamp assembly, steve sr said its not our fault and so on, anyways my insurance covered the new headlamp assembly,when the new light assembly came in i asked Steve jr if i could just install myself,he said just switch it out,he forgot to tell me that its full of other parts inside, that were ruined from the water damage, so i got my insurance involved again, but they would only pay so much of it, because somebody at Steve's build them for a headlamp install and aim, for which they NEVER did, so i had to pay extra for this, then it took 8 weeks just to fix the headlamp, then i noticed they ran another screw in same spot,when i went to talk to Steve sr he blamed the Bmw dealer and so on,just like the time before and he had little interest in dealing with me, just like the time before.I should have taken my car to a CSAA contract repair body shop, then i would not have deal with a bad repair job, and an owner who is not concerned about the quality of work.Lesson learned the hard way. I think Steve sr needs to get somebody working there to manage the day to day operations, he is to busy painting etc,and his son should find a new job. read more

My car was scraped on the driver's side rear quarter panel. No dents but the paint was damaged. Steve's did a magnificent job repairing the damage and took care of a couple of other areas that needed touch up. Very reasonable pricing too. My 5 year old car looks brand new. read more

Couldn't have been more disappointed. I took my car to Steve's on a recommendation after an accident, it took them over a month to repair my highlander always with the excuse of waiting for a part. I noticed that my front passenger side has a haze that cannot be removed and paint where they spray painted the door. The window was apparently replaced without my knowledge. They must have broken it and replaced it with a junk yard replacement. It's not a Toyota factory window which I had before I took it to them for repair. I called them and they told me that the window had not been replaced, well what else would you expect them to say? I would not recommend this shop to anyone and will never use them again. Over the years, we've had two encounters at other car repair shops, both of which weren't great. So my wife and I didn't have high expectations. However this business was remarkably honest and professional, from our experience. We were very pleasantly surprised. We had several conversations during the repair process and each person we dealt with was reliable and knowledgeable. There were some issues with the initial estimate from our insurance company, and they handled it without much of our involvement, and made sure all the damages were covered. Steve's Collision Repair did an amazing job on my 1994 Honda Del Sol! My poor car tangled with some road debris that fell in front of me, causing extensive body damage. After being told by my claims adjuster and a partnering body shop that it would not be possible to fix my car, a friend recommended Steve's Collision Repair. Steve said it would be difficult to find replacement parts but said he would try. When I went to pick up my car, I was shocked and amazed. He had fully restored my car and it was beautiful! Not only had he replaced the damaged parts, he had painted my car and detailed it, and it looks even better than when it was brand new! I'm sure he spent a lot of time tracking down parts as Honda stopped production of the Del Sol in 1996. When I went to a shop to replace my battery the installers surrounded my car and were admiring it, asking questions about the year, mileage, etc, even saying that under the hood was the cleanest they'd ever seen, and that the paint job was beautiful. I would give Steve's Collision Repair crew more than 5 stars if I could.
