Unfortunately the app did not allow me to select the contents of the box prior to purchase as is customary. She took her time explaining the options and made sure I felt confident in the choice we made. Vinita was not only efficient, but genuinely thoughtful in the way she helped. She spoke with warmth and care, and it was clear she truly wanted the gift to be special. When I came in to pick up the order, she was just as kind in person and even took the extra step to recommend some beautiful flowers to go along with the arrangement. Amazing! - 5 stars We had a sudden loss in the family and I wanted to bring something joyful during that time. This edible arrangement was absolutely perfect and did just that! As I haven't ordered an editable arrangement for pick up before, I called the Nearest location which was Hayward and no one answered within the 1-2 hour window I made calls. It was very disappointing that at 2/3pm no one answered on a Tuesday! Although Fremont is a bit further out, it was my only option considering Hayward never answered or returned my calls. After calling this Fremont location, they answered within the first ring and walked me through order options and worked with my price budget and had wonderful suggestions. Upon arrival my order was ready in the front in the refrigerator. I want to thank this Fremont location for bringing a smile to my family. I pre-ordered chocolate-covered strawberries, requested an "I love u" wrap around the box when submitting the pre-order, and included a tip in the pre-order as well. But when I went to pick up the order, the "I love u" wrap was not included, so I informed the person at the counter of this. She grabbed an "I love u" wrap, but it wouldn't fit around the box. So she took the box to bring it in the back, but she accidentally dropped the box. She said that she would replace it. When I received a box back, instead of an "I love u" wrap being placed around the box, the wrap was fastened on top of the box. Then when the box was brought home, it was found that the chocolate covering around one strawberry was cracked open. Because of this, I don't know whether or not if this was the same chocolate-covered strawberries that I originally received. But I do know that they messed up regarding the wrap, and because of this, if I ever do order anything again from Edible Arrangements, I won't tip them next time, and I'll continue to not tip them until they get an order correct. read more
