The kind of breakfast where you take a bite and immediately start thinking, "Well, now I'm going to have to compare every omelette I eat from this point forward." My wife ordered the spinach and mushroom quiche, which can only be described as decadent. Rich, flavorful, and the kind of dish that makes you slow down and appreciate what's happening on the plate. I usually eat only real butter so what was I thinking - so my dilemma is how do I review this place fairly based on that stuff and the fact it ruined our food since we loved everything else. Well I guess they'll get three stars for now and I'll return and maybe bring my own butter because this place is a place you really want to love...

I'm at fortunate to know a few people that many would consider to be famous in the world of music. I have tagged along with them when they've done meet & greets at venues of various sizes from hundreds of fans to thousands of fans. Many, MANY venues handle these things very poorly. It ends up leaving fans feel as if the artist doesn't care about them when it's actual the venue that is unprepared and/or is treating the fans that dirt. That was absolutley NOT the case at Cafe Eleven. Every person we encountered from the staff seemed genuinely concerned with making sure the fans had a good experience. For us, this started a week prior when they took the time to email us to double check something about our order because our order was a bit odd. My wife paid for part of the order and our friends paid for the other half. The venue actually took the time to reach out to make sure we knew everything needed to match up. We did know that ahead of time but the fact that they even bothered was a touch I don't think I've ever heard of another venue taking the time to do. Well done Cafe Eleven! Based on that alone, I wouldn't think twice about driving down from Jacksonville next time there's an event at Cafe Eleven that I'm interested in.

They can definitely get busy, especially in the mornings, but the staff handles the rush so well. Five years coming to Saint Augustine with my family and never have I been to a restaurant with such poor customer service... The staff was extremely rude and not to mention the ridiculous wait times. I waited in line for 20 minutes then proceeded to be ignored by multiple staff members for another few minutes then rudely asked "What do you want." Overall the food and the outside environment was neat but neither my family, friends or I will be returning to this establishment due to the lack of kindness or even decent customer service. Had a breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. Delicious! The staff is so helpful and the interior is clean, quiet and calm. Very kid-friendly with games and a "kitchen" for kids to pretend they're making their own meal. Has a small gift display with local items. Can't wait to try it for lunch!

However, it took 27 minutes to be served two microwaved breakfast sandwiches. With all the local bagels shops in the area, the cornerstone cafe gets flat bagels that are baked in Jacksonville. The cafe does need some work. I think this place is convenient for the local college students. It will definitely be sometime before we try this place again.

The service- some of the kindest and genuinely cool people ever. My wife and I literally have come up here many times, driving more than a couple hours just to come here. I've gotten the sourdough breakfast sandwich and the blueberry Ragga muffin every time and my lort I will always until I'm 6ft under for real.
