Have nothing really different to say from all of the other rave reviews. This is my first stop when ever in town. Been coming here for years. Last visit had the Green Veggie Burrito, it was off the hook. A perfect combo of stuff in a tortilla shell. Their smoothies are unreal. Stiff cup of Joe in the morning, sitting on the deck. Pita tosh is one of my Favorite sandwiches! Sliced Turkey with hummus, cheese, lettuce, tomato in a warm pita. The smoothies are also so good and fresh. Love everything about this place. We get a table on the porch and just relax and there is always good music playing and a great atmosphere to hang out in. They had fresh guacamole served in an avocado shell with tortilla chips the last time we went and it was delicious! read more

It was ok. The customer service was nice, but the smoothies were average tasting at best. Cool location right by the beach, so that was fun! Took too long to actually receive our smoothies, which made the taste much more disappointing. Probably won't go here again. read more

Found a Groupon and decided to try this place out. So glad we discovered this gem! Located right off the beach, the smoothies are to die for (my husband and I got Hannah's Hybrid and Natural Mystic, both were excellent) and split a full chicken quesadilla. It was huge!! My favorite Pita Tosh....Fresh, Fresh!! Prices are extremly reasonable, and a great place to sit and watch people on A street.

I came here starving and was so excited to eat my burrito. I got it to go and ate it at my house. I got about two bites in before a long black hair was revealed in my sandwich. I threw this half away and began to eat my second half, hoping everything would be fine. I looked at this half and could not see any more hairs so I took a bite. As soon as I took a bite, another long, black strand of hair was revealed. I was absolutely disgusted and spit out my food. I am so disappointed and upset because I was so hungry and all I wanted to do was enjoy my food. Not to mention, I wasted $15. The restaurant is so cute and I've never had an issue before this time but I will honestly never go back because of this incident. It's disgusting and completely unhygienic and it is something you do not want to bite into, especially when you are so hungry and excited about your food. Very disappointed. read more

Stir It Up is an excellent place for lunch! This cute Bob Marley themed beach restaurant is far better than Mango Mangos across the street. Stir it up has lots of veggie options and quite a few for meat lovers too! Avocado is served with almost every dish. I love the Good Karma...a veggie quesadilla with squash and spelt tortilla. The avocado melt is great too. I have never been dissatisfied with anything I have ordered here. Everything is made to order so you may have to wait, especially if they are busy. You're at the beach so take it easy and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere while you're there. This place is a must try if you come to St.Aug. read more

Ate lunch here and had the Jack the Ripper burrito. Pretty darn good! The staff was very friendly and were able to tweak my wife's order to accomodate her food sensitivities. We'll eat here again, especially because of the proximity to the beach. read more

Great food and love the laid back atmosphere just steps from the beach! Gotta try the Surfer Chic.

I am obsessed with the smokin turkey!!! The food is so fresh and they picked the best dressing to tie it together, Annies Goddess!!!

They give you large portions. I had surfer chick needed salsa or something very plain tasting The service is very slow so be patient.

Get the uprising smoothie... Peanut butter, banana, espresso and coffee beans. Excellent!

the food and atmosphere is great, it's a good spot to grab some food before or after the beach. downside is that even when they're not busy the food takes at least 20 minutes..kind of a long time for a salad or pita! it's a good choice as long as you have some time read more

Years ago, Stir It Up was a must for lunch on the beach. I've since moved away and visit frequently.. The last half dozen times we've gotten food it has not been what it once was. Most recently, my pita was missing its onions and sprouts, my extra goddess dressing didn't make the bag, and the chicken was mostly missing from the quesadilla. I'm looking forward to a summer there and am hoping that they were just in a slump for 6 months or so and that the meals I remember have returned, as I'm going to give it one last try. Love this place! Walk up from the beach and grab some eats. They serve various sandwiches, burritos, and salads. The Pita Tosh is my favorite. They also serve smoothies. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in town. read more

Food is consistently fresh and good, but who cares about GLUTEN FREE CHIPS if you can't get your burrito or quesadilla or sandwich on a GLUTEN FREE wrap or other gluten free product??? I love to eat there but my husband can't and neither can several of my friends because they are gluten free. With all the effort Stir it Up puts into being so health conscious with their food choices I just don't get it - I think they are seriously missing the boat and a lot of potential customers by not offering gluten free wrap/sandwich/quesadilla options. read more

My cousin sent me to this place raving about the quantity and quality. My husband ordered the smoking turkey, my daughter the nutty mother and myself the cheesy chicken quesadilla. I'm a health conscious individual and my quesadilla was nothing but a pile of cheese(not good for the waistline). My daughters salad was a meager five pieces of lettuce and the smoking turkey had two slices of deli meat. It's always a waste when you spend your vacation eating at places that are less then satisfactory. After eating I needed to head out for an actual piece of chicken. I don't work out to eat that way. After spending 30$ we had to head across the street to the taco stand to get full(which FYI was a delightful experience). read more
