THAT'S WHEN MY GOOD EXPERIENCE ENDS! My tile did not arrive in the window of time I was given. I wasn't even notified. I called in to check the delivery status and low and behold, my tile had been received, but no one had cared enough to notify me. While picking up my tile I discover the wrong trim pieces were received. (If you're thinking this is no big deal, please read more reviews and you will see that this is a common error TinT has been making for years, yet they have done nothing to prevent it from happening. Also found out the same thing happened to my neighbor.) After days of calling and emailing the Store Manager, I finally received an email back from her stating my tile is estimated to be received in 9 days. You would think that I was in good hands now that I am dealing with the Store Manager, but you would be wrong. 9 days came and went and still no word from TinT. After waiting an additional 5 days I asked for an update and AGAIN my tile was sitting there, but NO ONE cared enough to notify me. I brought my dissatisfaction with their service to my designers attention and her response was "If we had sku numbers and tracking then that would be great, but we don't". Really?!? They caused me to delay my tile installer 3 times due to their continued carelessness and this is their response? To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. This is a high end store where customers are paying premium prices, so to receive this low level of customer service blows my mind. The staff did a great job and were very communicative during the entire process. They were willing to work with us on price and gave us a discount based on other quotes. We were allowed to view the showroom and take some samples to the house to see how the floors would look in the sunlight. We were in close contact with one of the owners, Candi, as she would give us updates and answered any of our questions along the way. We have had a problem with our bathroom tile (not installed by Giovann's) always appearing "dirty". No matter what we used, we could never seem to get the tile fully clean. The two staff members listened carefully and recommended using a product the store carried to clean the tile. They said to try it out and if it worked, they then would charge us for the cleaner. Wow! Meaghan Phelps was the person who helped me, and she was amazing. In the end, with her help I picked out a nice large format linen-textured tile, accented with a nice bamboo-inspired mosaic glass tile. She was texting something and seemed very overwhelmed. I was returning a tile sample which she told me to place on the desk without ever looking up. Then I told her we would look around the store. My husband and I circled the store about four times and she never acknowledged us. Even when we walked out, she never said anything to us. It's a shame because for the last 15 years, this is where we have always bought our tile. And we were coming in to buy about $20,000 worth of marble tile for our master bath renovation. Not only have they lost out on this sale but all of the other bathrooms that we are about to remodel as well. It's sad what customer service has become.
