In the ad, we were promised Steve Madden, Sam Edelman, Dolce Vida, Chinese Laundry, and more. I saw one sandal that was Circus by Sam Edelman. Two sandals that were Madden Girl. The rest were cheap brands of poor quality. Where were the Steve Madden, Sam Edelman, Dolce Vida, and Chinese Laundry?! Shoes and sandals were either $5, $20, $15, or $20. To be honest, you could buy the shoes they were selling in DTLA for $5 - $10. This warehouse sale was a big disappointment and definitely not worth it. You live and you learn.

We were able to do an exchange without a receipt and didn't feel like we were being harassed like other stores who shame you for doing exchanges/returns lol. She smiled through the whole interaction and made our visit pleasant. The whole store is pretty much organized as well. The sale section was organized by color & they had a deal going on for an extra 30% off sale. I used to work retail, so I know how hectic and stressful it can be.
