Initially I didn't know where they were located because when I entered the parking lot there were many other food trucks in the area. I looked on yelp and saw that there were yellow umbrellas fronting the truck... that helped a lot because they are a little towards the back side of the parking lot. Look for the yellow umbrellas! Not only does this place have delicious fire roasted pizza on sourdough crust but their service was phenomenal! The girl that took our order was really sweet, explained which pizza flavors were popular and even made awesome suggestions. After we chose a table to sit at, she wiped down the table and chairs bc it had rained a little bit earlier. Shortly after, our pizzas came out and we enjoyed ourselves. Some of the workers or busboys even walked around and asked if everything was tasting ok. I felt like I was in a 5 star restaurant! As we left, they even acknowledged us and thanked us for our visit. We pulled up to the food truck spot in Kahuku, and not only is Zephanie's there, but so are several other trucks. We only got pizza from Zephanie's this time. We of course had to try the Hukilau pizza on the taro crust since that's one of their signature items. OMG...it was SO GOOD! In fact, we're still talking about it, and how we will be going back on our next visit to Oahu in a few months. They serve a few other types of pizza as well. The service is fast and friendly too! To my dismay, the homemade kalua pork was so dry and salty it took the whole sensation of your palate by surprise. Next, you got a big hit of all the melted cheese which just overwhelms the entire meal and makes you wonder if there was even a tortilla. When you address the salsa, which is wedged somewhere between the salty pork, loaded on cheese, invisible tortilla, it has no real flavoring to it at all. No sweet. No spicy. Just a wet texture to the entire meal. I am very disappointed with what we got. We are headed back out there in a couple of weeks.
