It tends to overpower everything! The fruits and toppings were really fresh and they also use local raw honey. I should've asked for less honey because the combo of honey and banana made the bowl overwhelmingly sweet for my tastebuds. I get folks are on island time but this is crazy. That said the burritos are quite tasty... so can't complain about that. Arrived early so the place was relatively quiet Staff were very attentive. Their happy hour runs between 5 and 6, took advantage of the lower rate on two items. Husbands ordered the hamburger which was very juicy and had tasty add ons. It came with garlic fries that were delish. The Tapas we tried were the Spicy garlic shrimp on rice, roasted Brussel sprouts and cauliflower dish. All were delish, be warned the Shrimp dish is very spicy, we ordered a little bread to cut the heat. All in all we enjoyed our dining experience at Maya's.
