The estimate was done the same day, I felt some pressure to sign the deal that day but negotiated what I thought was fair. I was originally told a time frame 1-2 weeks earlier than what happened, which is one of the reasons why this is losing a star. Eric, the construction manager, came by with Dan a few weeks later to do an initial construction walk through and he also suggested adding another level/ stairs and helped me figure out a drain situation. I appreciated the feedback and ideas. Overall, both Dan and Eric went the extra mile and were responsive when I reached out. The week of construction, communication on when they were coming, progress, etc could have been better from the Crew itself but it is a sub-contractor.. (which is the other reason for one less star). The team worked hard in 80+ degree heat 5 days in a row, were very polite to me and the job was done quickly. Eric did a final walkthrough with me and I pointed out a couple minor flaws and they were quickly repaired the following week to my satisfaction. Overall, I recommend this company as they back up their product and have a good warranty. It is pricey, yes, but I believe this is a good investment and I have really loved spending time in my new yard. Thanks!

It's clean, well maintained, and they keep up on the lawn maintenance, the mailboxes are new, they just replaced all of the roofing over the carports. They installed a barbecue pit for everyone to enjoy. The best part is it is so very very quiet. Had been told by another door company that maybe my opener motor was undersized and may need to increase to a larger HP motor. Turns out that would have been a costly and incorrect decision. Based on their great reviews, I contacted Pacific Overhead Door. It was easy to set an appointment to have a serviceman to come out when it fit my schedule. On the appointed day, Rusty showed up on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. Within about 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem and went to work making the sensor adjustments and resetting a keypad I'd asked him to. His service charge fee was very reasonable. It's been 2 weeks now and the door has operated perfectly. This is a great company, with integrity, and professional expertise. Highly recommend and will use them again when needed.
