Had about 11 of us at this place on an early Saturday evening for my daughter's birthday and it went really well. Staff let us bring our own cake and they put it in the refrigerator while we ate. We rearranged tables to accommodate our large group. Usually i feel like this place is packed but this day for whatever reason it wasn't bad and made everything that much nicer. Staff people are always very helpful and attentive to all needs. Ordering was a so easy and food came out so fast. For us, this place is the best bang for your buck when you want to eat out for some nicer food but don't want to spend a ton of extra time waiting for ordering, tipping, and inflated prices. read more

Not sure what is happening here lately. We used to live Stonefire so so much. The quality has gone straight down the drain. The cauliflower tasted like it was days old. The ranch dressing I bought to bring home was watered down. I use to order the small bbq salad with the dressing on the side. It would be lunch for two days. It was so so small it one only one lunch with watered down dressing. I do understand prices are going up everywhere. So raise your prices instead of thinking we won't notice all the crappy changes. So disappointed with them the last three times. Stonefire was literally the only place in Santa Clarita to offer consistency. Not anymore. read more

Stonefire has been a staple in our family for many years. Recently I was diagnosed with diabetes and found that lemon garlic chicken and the roasted cauliflower didn't spike my glucose. Sadly, after having an incredible meal there a few months ago, the last 3 take out orders have been tremendously disappointing. Overcooked chicken. Inconsistent portion sizes (where we order 2 boneless breasts and one is 1/2 the size of the other). Tiny cauliflower (like 1/2 the size of when we eat there). On Christmas Eve we waited nearly one hour past our food pickup time only to be told the wait had been for cauliflower they were now unable to provide. Quality control is essential in keeping customers happy and coming back for their favorites. Sadly we are just about ready to look for alternatives as it appears we can't count on them anymore. read more

Hi, I deliver from your business a few times a week. It's incredibly frustrating sitting there while you guys go over the order with each delivery driver and then put 3 stickers on each bag. Respectfully, this practice serves no practical purpose outside of costing me and other drivers time and money. If you double check the bag and seal it before the driver gets there the result is the same, your cashiers have more time to serve other customers, and everything runs more smoothly. It adds close to 5 minutes of time relatively often when multiple drivers come at the same time. That 5 minutes effectively pulls $3 directly out of my pocket. I will gladly change this to a 5 star review when you change this procedure, or at the least start putting a single sticker. Thanks! read more

When I corrected them they said staff was confused and told waitress to bring me the wrong plate. 30 mins later they forgot about my burger and when I brought it to their attention staff was dismissive and said burgers cook slowly. This place sucks. Ordered Mega-feast for takeout. Tri-tip was tasteless and overcooked. Ordered a BBQ chicken and Lemon Garlic chicken. Got two equally tasteless, somewhat dry, chickens. Salad was ok, but the baked beans are tasteless, vaguely spicy beans. Breadsticks are mostly tasteless and rubbery. They do provide a massive quantity of tasteless mac n cheese, which to be fair was the best non-salad item by a mile, mostly because it was edible and filling. Overall, the mega-feast is a largish amount of tasteless, poorly cooked food (mostly from the sides). A typical $6 rotisserie chicken at Costco is a massive upgrade, as is their pre-cooked tri-tip and many options for sides. Spend $50-$60 and get much better food from there, or basically anywhere. Seriously, the meat at Del Taco tastes better. Pick something else. read more

"Stonefire Grill Ruins Pizza Night." (That's the headline if Yelp reviews had headlines.) We've been on a search for excellent pizza here in the Santa Clarita Valley...slowly making our way (one Sunday's pizza night at a time) through every places that serves and delivers to us. We've already resolved that we're not going to get good NYC style pizza up here so we're hoping to at least have something we don't mind eating and calling "pizza." It's a low bar really...but Stonefire didn't reach that bar for us. We ordered just a traditional cheese pizza. I mean if you're having pizza for the first time at a place, might as well start basic to get a good baseline. The pie we were brought was overcooked...way more than just the pleasing brown spots to let you know they went beyond just melting the cheese...but seriously overcooked...the cheese no-longer moist at all...the crust with no chew left in it...and the sauce...I mean the pizza looked like it might have had sauce on it but, as is the tendency of some pizza places, there just wasn't enough on it to provide any actual sauce taste. This was especially disappointing as, when you order online, they give you the option of selecting light size...We didn't select that and get basically no-sauce. Most of the time when we get pizza that isn't fantastic, it kind of reaches a "well that was okay" level...not so here...We would not order pizza from here again. Super-disappointing. When we had half a pizza left, that would typically go in the fridge for a couple of easy lunches. (Cold pizza, it's a thing, look it up.)
