My nails always look great! They keep the salon spotless and their prices are fair. On top of that, they are also very sweet. This nail salon has gone completely down hill. Extremely rude staff! As a business owner customer service is number 1. If you do not have time do not say you will take a walk in and then not massage you whatsoever and rush through the whole service. The ladies who work here are friendly, and overall do a good job. The one complaint that I have with this salon is that when I get an acrylic fill, within a week, I have been breaking at least one nail. This is from doing everyday things, like adjusting my shoe. Finding a good nail salon is hard, especially when you move to a new area. I used to go to Mandara because of their good reviews and location but this place is much MUCH better in terms of skill. The color selection is great and the staff is super professional...they actually pay close attention to how well your nails look. Price is only $30 for a mani/pedi combo, can't beat that! I would have given 5 stars but the massage was not that great. That's the only advice I'd give them. read more

I am a long time customer of this place. They do a nice job on pedicures. Recently, i came in for a gel manicure for the holidays. After about 3 weeks my nails started to chip which I think is about normal, so I returned to have the gel removed. In addition to nail polisher remover, they used a metal pusher to scrape the gel off. This was rough on my nails. She should have used a softer material. Also, when done, she charged me $10 for that service. In my opinion, that is a high price to pay especially when I'm a repeat customer. read more

I go in with my friend both wanted Pedi. As soon as we walked in we asked if they can accommodate both of us, they answered "Of course Honey". So we both go in and pick our colors. My friend got seated to one of the Pedi chairs and in 5 minutes a lady walks up and starts working on her. I waited more than 10 min and asked if I can sit at the empty chair right next to my friend - got the answer "Sure Honey". and she came and switched on the water. The water was freaking cold and I told her I want hot water and she responded "yes in a minute". After 4-5 minutes I again asked if someone could just change the temperature of my water. After asking 3 freaking times, a guy came over and changed the cold water to warm water- did not even check with me if the temp is fine and then went back inside. By this time my friend's pedicure was coming along pretty well and started the massage. By that time the guy came out and started mine. Crappy job. Me and my friend both finished pedi almost at same time - when mine started at least 20 minutes later ! Very bad customer service, very bad job. read more

The service is good, I appreciate the care they take in shaping my brows the way I like. This is why I keep coming back, it's been hard to find someone that does eyebrow waxing correctly at a reasonable price in this area. Usually good customer relations but today was a terrible experience that I wanted to share: I waited 30 min for an eyebrow wax (when I walked in, they said it would be 5-10). They had other customers, but not many, not enough to wait that long for a wax. At the end, I tried to pay by credit card as I had in the past. She told me they don't accept cards for $15 services. I didn't have cash and told her that I had paid by card for the same service in the past so I didn't bother to bring cash today. She replied that sometimes they'll take cards for $15 if the customer had a long wait, but that doesn't apply today, so I'll need to pay cash. I really couldn't believe it. I waited patiently for 30 minutes for a 5 minute service - what qualifies as a long wait if that doesn't? In the end she took the card because I really only had enough cash with me for the tip. I appreciate the quality of their service, but I will be looking for another place to have my brows done. read more

Not sure why other people are complaining about the service, but I was happy with the ladies that did my pedicure and shellac manicure. Great price too! Pedicure only 20 bucks, and it came out great. This nail place is conveniently located near my work, and I am very happy with the gel nail work that they do. Their prices are reasonable and my nails look good and last 2-3 weeks. I do wish the pedicure massages were a little more firm, but that is my only complaint. There is a price break paying cash vs credit. Just ok job of manicuring nails. They are certainly friendly but don't paint evenly or take attention to neatness. Also I think the price hikes paying with credit card vs cash is ridiculous. There shouldn't be a reason to charge more and inconvenience people just because you want to manage your books a certain way. Two customers walked out while I was there after reading that sign. I came here for a regular pedicure. It's nothing fancy - very basic and straight forward. They did a good job as far as cleaning and cutting. The polish wasn't the best - missed corners and overall not 100% smooth but OK. For the price of $20 I didn't expect too much. My regular salon is $23 and they do a much better job but it could have been the person working on me here too. I would come back for sure just for a quick pedi. The leg and foot massage was actually pretty decent. I like when they really use pressure versus a dainty little rub. Overall, I am satisfied leaving this place because their prices are very cheap compared to other salons. Just don't expect something 5 star or shi-shi. read more

I came here to get my nails done with my friends as a small group. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. There was a very big selection of colors and nail art. Even if it was a bit crowded, they worked well. They didn't talk too much, but were still friendly. The seats were comfortable and their equipment was good. It was definitely a good first experience. I would come back here again. Another positive note was that my nails lasted for about a week and half before even chipping and it was just regular nail polish! read more

BEWARE!!!!!! The manager did an eyebrow waxing treatment on me and she completely RIPPED OFF MY SKIN!! I woke up with swollen eyelids, red open abrasions and two very painful red looking stripes across my eyelids. Afterwards, I noticed the wax the bowl was in looked extremely DIRTY & UNSANITARY with very old looking wax that was oozing and crusted over the edges. I was treated VERY POORLY as I went back and talked with the manager about my eyelids and she REFUSED to give me her license information ( which was not posted in the station) , REFUSED to write an incident report and REFUSED to provide me with the owners information!! As I was trying to take pictures of the waxing room she SHOVED me and told me to get out and blocked me from taking any pictures of the other two licenses I did see posted. !!!!!!***** STAY FAR AWAY*****!!!!!!! read more

I've been getting my nails done (usually acrylic fill) here for a few months. They are pretty efficient and do a good job. They are pretty professional compared to other places and prices are average. They wear uniformed smocks and keep the place clean. If you make an appointment ask for Cindy she seems to be the most experienced. read more

Really disappointed. I have been going to Stoneridge Nails for a few years now and take my mother who is handicap. I had an appointment at 9:30 with Cindy and got there on time and she was giving a pedicure and she smiled at me so I knew she knew I was there, I'm assuming she took a walk in before I arrived. I sat there until 9:50 and she didn't say one word to me .. I thought she would at least turn around and tell me how long she'd be or thank me for waiting. . Nope! When they first opened they were different, more courteous and now that they are established it's not as great. I got up and left and won't go back.. I found another nail place and they did a great job and are quicker doing the french tips- (Cindy uses the metal pieces to form the white part and it takes forever that way). this place is courteous and friendly in the Tuesday Morning shopping center which is just as close to my house. My mom won't be going back because she had issues her last visit with them also. And why don't they put lotion on after a manicure like most places do and massage your hands? (cost to much for lotion?) who knows but would not recommend them. read more

It use to be Tammy's Nails, but now it is new management and new owner. Stoneridge nails, I drove by today and saw the new signs so I thought I would go in and check it out. They had shiny brand new Pedicure massage chairs, 6 stations I think. Brand new floors, painted walls, 3 or 4 nails stations. Tiffany greeted me and welcomed me to a chair, she brought over another gal and I got a pedicure and manicure with hand and foot massage included which made my day. I think I was the second customer they had since the new signage and the construction workers weres still in there changing and updating things. I am very happy with my experience and the gals worked efficiently and quickly, I found my new nail place!! They just opened and I would like them to stick around, they do really good work and so friendly I know they will get busy once the word gets out. For now it is another gem in my pleasanton neighborhood with great service and even better pricing and cleanliness! read more

Excellent nail salon! Tiffany did a great job on my french gel manicure. Gel manicures are $25 and an extra $5 for french. I thought that was reasonable considering other places charge $38. The salon is clean and the girls are very friendly. I am definitely going to be back for a pedi! read more

The chairs are very comfy and I actually saw them thoroughly cleaning the foot spas. The girls, TIffany and her sister-in-law were very pleasant and NOT pushy. I went here because it's close to my house. I watch the people who work here and how they keep sanitation since it's a place where there is contamination of one people to the other with their stuff. I saw them reusing their instruments. I saw them go back to the sink and wash them and put them back in the plastic wrapper and pretended they were new package. These instruments needed to be sterilized! And I saw them reusing the filer off from the trash can! Please make some changes..you deal with people's health! We pay for a regular price of your service not a discounted price. Use sterilized instruments and if it's disposable material..dispose them not reuse them. read more

Cindy and her sisters were so nice to us and very professional--they were quick and thorough. We all got pedicures and were going on about them for the rest of the day because we were so impressed by the quality, not only of our nail services, but the salon appearance, cleanliness and convenience as well.
