    Crab cake

We stopped here for lunch. I got the crab cake. It was phenomenal. The service was quick. No complaints

Wedge salad, those yummy yummy rolls and an amazing martini with hand, stuffed blue cheese olives

Came here for my birthday and was so happy when I left! My belly was full, the food was delicious. The only thing I can complain about was that it was super crowded and a little bit noisy.

Gratuity is completely based on the same bill.

The food and service was amazing and it is great place to eat. My issue was when the bill came. The gratuity 6%-8% higher on the Merchant copy vs the receipt. I don't know if they are pulling a scam or just the system was messed up. JUST BEWARE, check your bill if you attend to go there.

Chicken Panko coated with a creamy lemon and caper sauce, and drizzled parm. The other entree, the medium rare prime rib

Date night dinner with my wife on a Saturday was simply flawless. We were greeted by the pleasant hostess and immediately seated for our reservation. Amelia the waiter was knowledgeable and efficient. Our water and drinks along with the heated sweet rolls and honey infused butter were served up within 5 minutes. Rombaur Chardonnay and Macallan scotch 12 year old. A nice start. The chilled fresh iceberg wedge with bacon, tomato, and blue cheeses dressing was the best I have ever had. Full stopThe 16 pounce prime rib medium rare was thick and cooked perfectly. A little more flavor in the crust would have been nice but that's a nit pick. Au gratin potato with the entree dripping butter and cheese (yum). My chicken coated with panko and parm was perfect. Smoothly seated, served, and paid in just over an hour for $120. We now have a new local favorite!

    Ribeye and au gratin

Alexis was my server. She was fantastic. I ordered the French onion soup and the ribeye steak with au gratin potatoes. Best meal in Deer Park. The ambience is dimly lit and nice and cozy. Great for a party of one like me in business. I'm from California. This might be better than the steak restaurants in my area. Come here first! Don't dilly dally like I did. You won't be sorry.

When we arrived, we didn't have a reservation, and it was before dinner time. So we got seated right away. While the menu didn't have indication of allergen, we asked about gluten free for the BBQ option - as long as there's no marination. They gave a good number of banchan but not all are gluten free. The presentation of the raw meat was theatrical in a way - they came in a platter with dry ice. The amount was also generous. Our wait staff was very attentive. She kept coming by to check on us, and half way through, she changed our grill plate. We also ordered a dessert to share. It's a great place for a date night, and special gathering over good foods

We were a little hesitant ordering the Hanjeongsik since it was our first time and the mains (buttered abalone and short rib patties) were unfamiliar to us. Our server described it as a type of meal that was served for the royal family and comes with several dishes. Theirs included kimchi pancakes, freshwater eel, smoked salmon, and more. I think the shrimp tempura could be more flavorful, but aside from that, the dishes were thoughtful and so good. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality, and the menu has great variety as well, from KBBQ to bento boxes. The restaurant itself is modern, while the food is cooked traditionally and packed with flavor. I would gladly drive from the city just to eat here again.

Tokio Sake is our go-to sushi favorite whenever the stars align for us go scratch that culinary itch. Our favorites for each visit include their amazing salad (and the dressing!!!) to share, calamari, and beef dumplings. Each bite a reminder that Tokio Sake chefs know exactly what to do in the kitchen. Rolls are sensational. Mainstream offerings are on point, my personal fave is the Tokio Dragon. Delicate balance across many flavors with a delightful, spicy zip on the finish. Service is a strong suit, as is the decor. Tables, booths, and semi-private eating rooms give you plenty of options two to twelve in your party. Though most months there are only two brand new wines to try, it's still fun to revisit additional wines I've already had and sometimes the tasting room associates will recommend blends of two wines that I haven't tried mixing before. I recently found out from one of the associates that you can bring snacks to the tasting, which has been a real lifesaver as generally I'm doing the wine tasting on an empty stomach before dinner. Now I bring pistachios or pretzels. I wish they'd offer their pretzel bread during the tasting, but maybe that would make people linger too long for the tastings. Dinner is consistently good here, with my favorite order being Dana's Parmesan Crusted Chicken, second favorite being the Gnocchi alla vodka, and third the Crispy Asian Sesame Chicken salad. But today, that plan was deliciously derailed. I had every intention of skipping the produce but ended up frozen in my tracks. There it was. Fresh coconut chunks.
