Don't come here if you want to waste your time. I put my deposit down to get my eyelashes by sam and she rescheduled on me twice. The first time was because the "lights went out in the building" and the second time I was literally inside their office and she cancelled on me. Even when I got there, the lady didn't even greet me. I'm not sure how this place stays in business. Its impossible to make an appointment with, she seems to work at night and expects you to come in on the fly. I was in contact with her on a Saturday, told me to come in at 12, then texted me five other times making it later and later. I show up at 6, wait for an hour and finally leave. As I'm on the freeway without an apology for wasting my time, tells me she just got to the clinic! So rude and unprofessional. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. read more

Worse experience ever with Hannah (@brow.ti.ful) !! I was scheduled for a lash lift and tint,had to reschedule a couple a times do to unexpected life events. The day of my appointment I was scheduled at 5 pm. I left Yorba Linda Ca @4 traffic was bumper to bumper, I let her know that was running like 10-15 minutes late but I was almost going to be there and she was completely rude about my situation and told me she couldn't wait for me,I was super upset and kindly asked for my money back and was told she was going to keep my 50$$$$ and couldn't refund me my money back.
