There's no air conditioning in my unit, so you probably couldn't store anything that's temperature sensitive. The units are in rows, and you can pull your car right up to it, which is pretty convenient. However, the rows are pretty narrow- barely wider than one car- so if someone else is blocking your unit, you'll have to wait. I was pleasantly surprised a few weeks ago after we got a week of rain and everything in Kendall was flooded. I thought that for sure there would be flooding in my unit and that my boxes would be wet, but nope, it was dry; their drainage must be pretty good. The office staff is nice, and they're happy to take your payment over the phone if that's easier for you.

Its name: "US STORAGE CENTERS." I made a mental note to give them a call the next day to inquire about their rates. When I called, the manager answered the phone. His name is Calvin. He was very helpful and he invited me to come check out the facility in person. Although it was two weeks later when I finally showed up in person, Calvin remembered my name. (Impressive memory!) He showed me a 10' x 10' unit (and offered me a special deal.) Calvin is extremely professional, cordial, courteous, and efficient ... a true pleasure to deal with! The facility itself is immaculate, well-lit, and climate-controlled (air-conditioned.) Elevators and moving carts are available. Security codes are required to enter the building and also to operate the elevators. Restrooms and drinking fountains are at your disposal. One of the best features of all is the large covered parking area/ loading/unloading zone. This means that neither you nor your belongings will get wet even when it's raining cats and dogs!

When you inquire in the office about getting them fixed, they tiredly point to the phone number on the door and tell you to call corporate. The price increases every year and it isn't a small increase. Paying several hundred dollars every month, you would think that they would have working building services. Additionally, The office staff could not be less helpful. Most days you can see the manager in the office with his feet on desk, clearly visible from the front window. Once the office is closed, the bathrooms are locked, so if you're in there in the evening, you'll be out of luck. They tell you to go next door to Walgreens!!! We moved one mile down the road, got the same size unit for half price (not a promotional price) and every time we go, the manager is walking around the property, either walking the property with his housekeeping cart or talking with customers. Much better customer service!!!

StorQuest has horrible business policies! Their business rules are such that the customer comes…read morelast!! 2 examples: (1) I was rented a leaky storage unit that StorQuest thought it had repaired. When it subsequently rained, I unit flooded with water. StorQuest's policy: Too bad; you're on your own! We hired a mover (at our time; our expense) to move to a non-leaking interior storage unit (2) When renting a storage unit, I was asked to provide proof-of-insurance to avoid needing "their renter's insurance". I provided the proof. It turns out that when my standard 12 month homeowners policy expired, StorQuest automatically began adding their $16 per month renter's insurance. StorQuest certainly had both my email address & my phone number. No one ever contacted me (to bring in my current insurance policy)!! I only found-out by luck that this unnecessary $16 monthly fee had been charged to my account for 18 months! When I immediately produced my valid insurance, I was smugly told "I will credit your account beginning today, but there won't be any refund for the past 18 months". Storage units are necessary under certain circumstances. There's plenty of choices in the 33176, 33156, & 33134 suburban neighborhoods of Miami. Based on my experience, I WOULD NEVER USE THIS STORQUEST AGAIN‼

She was fantastic and very helpful from getting the truck to hooking up the tow. Loading the truck, moving, was a hassle and her help made it a bit less stress for me. I mean I just had the truck for a day to fill it and that was fun!!! So once I got back to Uhaul, exhausted already, Linda was there to help. She connected the tow and we loaded the car and I was off. I made it!! LOL I was driving a 20ft trailer and towing a vehicle on the trailer. It was a bit crazy. Getting gas was the trickiest part of the two day drive. Thank you Linda.

( He only wears it at night when we go to dinner and we don't drink coffee at night besides how do you spill coffee on the back of your shirt?) I inspected it to see if there were any stains on it to tell the girl there were no coffee stains on it needless to say I go to pick it up it looked like it hadn't been ironed and there were coffee stains on it I went back two more times and after the third time the manager insisted that if they couldn't get the stain out that they would refund me the money the stains are still there they refuse to refund the $10 and I will never go back there again and I caution you not to either especially if you have anything nice that you don't want ruined. They are dishonest and low quality!
