I had my household goods at EZ Storage in Pomona for over a year. Because of a mix up in communication, I was charged an extra month, $273.00. I moved out on September 15, and they charged me on October 11. I will not use them again. I had a storage unit here, back in the eighties for eight years! I trade off making payments with another party every other month and the last payment I made was over the phone and was in June. Since then that have established online payments. I was unaware of this was was told about it quite rudely by the manager Cynthia. I left a message asking to be called back by anyone other than Cynthia and have heard back from no one. I assume she deleted the message. Sent a money order by certified mail, no one was present to accept so a notice was left that. Weeks later I get a call that we're still late. I inform Cynthia that we went a check via certified mail. Even after we tell Cynthia all this she STILL wants to be argumentative with us. Cynthia should not be in customer service. I'm not too sure if they're racist or just not human Beings who don't know how to do jobs. My elderly father has been renting a storage unit from them well over 3 years. Since Covid my father has been out of state working. And As such he's old school and doesn't use emails or phones very well. Every single time I call The lass is very condescending rude and seems like she just doesn't want to be there or alive and wants to jump through the phone and throw punches..... how can you up the prices without written consent or prior knowledge which is highly illegal. How do you send someone's payment receipts and all of their information to random people that they don't even confirm. Also how do you let random people make payments you do no security check or anything you just let anybody pay anything. Hopefully the team members get a first-hand class on something called customer service and experience. On their website it mentions that they love their customers. how can you proudly love your customers and care about them if you do nothing to help them or even to have some form of communication with them. please don't ever even consider renting a unit here! they have rodents, i had to transfer to another storage company because their units are filthy and i found mice running and climbing on the wall and feces everywhere, i would rate this business a negative 5 stars if only i could, they even had the nerve to charge me ir the few days when all they cause me was inconveninece and i should be the one charging them because i took my clothes to have it dry cleaned after storing my clothes and other personal items, they denied they have pest problems but when i was moving out of the unit i was renting, a pest control vehicle just pulled up and i asked the driver if he was there to fix the problem he said he was called in by the management, i really hope the rodents and other oests are gone, who knows read more

Great place to store your stuff! The prices are great. The location can be a bit noisy at times, because of the train that runs along the north side, but after all this is a storage facility, not a hotel. Miss Cynthia, the manager there, is the sweetest lady, and very friendly! They even have an option to pay rent online. I would like to start off with saying that this place does not even earn ONE star. I put my son's brand new toys, baby sentiments, furniture, clothes, tv, and plenty I can recall at this time, but not even TWO days later, my things were GONE! Someone had broken into my unit and all EZ Storage could say was "well this hasn't happened since I've been around". Wtf is that to say to a completely HEARTBROKEN customer of TWO days!?!?! Do not do business with this company. This company transitioned to "Storage Solutions" a few weeks after I rented a large unit in June '20. When I came to 'move out' in August, my unit had a new lock. They moved my things to a new unit without me being present. The staff told me that I had received an email and a voicemail telling me that they would be moving my things for me, but that was not true. They then deferred to the contract I had signed, to let me know they could move me if they wanted to. They told me not to worry, because it was 'supervised.' I am missing several boxes of personal items, several pieces of furniture were damaged, and just for the heck of it, they moved me to a new unit in reverse, meaning the things, like my hand truck, were literally buried in the back of the unit and not able to be used until I completely emptied the unit. Additionally, the road is very narrow down the strip of storage units, and its bowed, so that if you park a moving truck, it will essentially be tilted sideways. And if you happen to show up while someone else is moving, too bad. You have to wait - there isn't room for two vehicles at the same time. Horrible customer service. Horrible facility. I would give zero stars if possible. read more

Worst storage facility I have had to use. I travel out of the US and cannot call in every time to set up billing I was told I would be able to log in with my email to do online billing, should have been as simple as that. 4 months in they have no set up the email, I cannot log in with any Acct# I was told I would need instead. This in turn accrues late fees which they are glad to accept, I tried to stay on the phone and get the problem solved but the person working was "new" and said she couldn't help with the log in issues but could take payment over the phone. Granted im still out of the US, place is a joke typical scam storage that you usually hear about. They hire a new person every week because the facility constantly has break ins and who is the one opening the gate? spot on, Go down the street to a different facility. read more

I don't want to give away too much, but trust me when I say Natalies review is spot on, I couldn't agree with her more. But its also so much worse that you think, security is virtually non existent and nothing has changed since 2012. That "hasn't happened since I've been here" line is literally what they train the employees to say to the customers. But seriously the place is a joke and your stuff is not safe or secure there at all, I wish there were more reviews to read but the lack of them also proves my point. Do yourself a favor, if you care about your stuff then don't waste your time, its unprofessional, unorganized, unsecured and unsafe. The owner hired the worst person to supervise "his" managers and it seems like neither he or his son care or even realize whats really going on with the business. I'd like to say to the owner, call around and ask the staff yourself personally, don't take my word for it. Get some feedback from "your" employees, its only a matter of time before she costs you some kind of harassment/discrimination lawsuit. There's no telling how much shes already cost you with her terrible leadership. If the company has any investors left, I seriously think they'd be a little more than upset about how the day to day operation is being run and how little you're involved in any decision making. Honestly, she has no business "supervising" anyone anything or even interacting with humans beings at all ask anyone lol. To his son I'd say do something before she costs you your inheritance, I know I'm not the only who thinks you look like a bitch for letting her run your familys business into the ground, just saying.
