I have been a client of StorQuest Storage in Brentwood for about a year and a half. The premises are kept very clean and the staff is always extremely courteous and helpful. However, when I signed up for their services the price I was charged was raised within months, then again, a few months after that, and then again, several months later. In less than year they have increased their rates to me three times. When I questioned this policy of constant rate increases without end, their response was simply that they would charge what ever the market would bear and raise rates any time they like. Do not be fooled, they will gouge you once you are settled in and then via pure greed raise the rates any time they want. Their corporate culture is based solely upon greed and they do not even try to deny it. Do not under any circumstance do business with this company. read more

Please look elsewhere. This place has horrible customer service. I am attempting to move out and they denied me access into their facility as I am not enrolled in auto pay. The horrible customer service rep Arianna hung up on me twice and said she couldn't give me temporary access but attempted to give another person access! She refused to answer the phone multiple times after the hour. Not to mention I found a black widow in my unit months ago and they refused to set up a time to have the pest control spray my unit. I called their district manager Michael let's see if he will call me back. Do not! I warn you do not store your things here. read more

What a pleasant surprise to rent a storage unit today with Sheri at StorQuest in Brenwood. She and her team were super professional, curtious and friendly during the check in and filling out the forms. Sheri was able to get me exactly what I was looking for in size of storage room, a price that was reasonable and do it fairly quickly with all the proper social distancing requirements of our time. The facility is truely spotless with all new and nice everything. They provided supplies to purchase such as a lock and packing materials. The storage unit was immaculent. Their keypad gate access system provides easy and secure access to the facility and requires both punch in and punch out to disengage and reengage the security features on the storage unit. Really a great experience, I could not imagine asking for anything else with a storage facility, they nailed it!! read more

Let me start with the positives. Great staff, always clean, and well maintained property. Video surveillance and each unit is individually alarmed. But here's the thing. They raise their rates every few months. The reason given...to remain competitive in the market place. Translation greed. They will bleed you dry and after you can't stand paying twice the starting rate in less than two years and move your stuff, they will put someone else in the same spot for twice the price. There is no customer loyalty. And in a business with fixed costs, every time they raise rates which is often, it is driven by nothing more than greed. Do not do business with these sharks. They will bleed you dry and laugh all the way to the bank. You would be better off burning your stuff than paying 10 times what its worth as the rates are raised quarterly. read more

Just moved a bunch of stuff here and Maddy made the process super easy and explained everything fully. Met me at the door and showed me a couple different storage units so I could pick the most suitable one. Very thorough and professional while still keeping that personable feeling of good people. We have had a really great experience with the whole team at the office to help us with our needs. Sheri and Maddi have been very helpful with all of the many questions we had through out our time. We originally had a single storage unit at the start and later found ourselves needing another unit. The team at the front was able to work with us and accommodate us with our needs. The two storage units we received were spotless. We felt very comfortable and safe entering and exiting the site as well as when inside the storage unit. I can't say enough good things about this place. Anthony provided great customer service. We got their 5 minutes before closing and he was so kind enough to open the door for us, Anthony doesn't even know how much pressure he took off our back. Even though he was off he still helped us and we did not feel rushed at all. He helped us get another storage size because the one we revered was not big enough, he took his time out and found us another size storage he was almost. I have multiple storage units at this location, They start you out at one price and in 6 months you get a 12-15 % raise, in less than 1 year I am at a 30% increase in one unit. You have 1 month notice. I just received a Rent increase notice that they will be charging me 46.00 more on one unit Next payment. Unbelievable. I hope every one pays attention to this because , this is Horrible business practices. Storquest, You too will feel the economy crunch with this kind of increase. not 10.00 not 10% increase 30% in less than a year. I will be exiting this facility as soon as possible DJ Business person in Brentwood .........Don't do business with them!! read more

Very clean. Reasonable contract terms. Management is excellent. Right across the street from the police station = secure.

My son has a storage unit at this location. He went there today to let them know he will be moving his things out tomorrow. The employee that was working the front counter named Anthony was helping my son. My son and Anthony discussed his payment. Anthony got mad at my son and jumped up from his chair and kicked the chair into the wall and told my son he would F him up. He told my son to F'n leave the store. My son told him that he will be calling the headquarters to make a complaint. Anthony called my son a Fag as he was walking out the door. This is very unprofessional and he needs to be disciplined! These kind of employees are what ruin business! Will not use them again! read more
