have been shopping at Nature's medicine since it was Desert Rose a very long time now. I have had trouble with them the last couple times I have visited them, I go in on Saturdays an early bird specials and I get cartridges wax all the good stuff. Then I get home in the cartridge stops working a day and a half of having it. Eye contact Nature's medicines customer service as they asked me to and I had to jump through hoops for them just to be able to find out what they can do for me they wanted me to post pictures they wanted me to take video they wanted me to do all this stuff and email it to them and they would come back to me with an answer of what to do. So tonight on Tuesday April 5th 2022 I called to get a delivery I go through all the Hoops to get my order and I get my subtotal which was $70 after delivery fee wish I was okay with because my 25% discount was supposed to be added in later when the person from the delivery department calls me the people from the delivery side call me and tell me that they don't have anything showing that I have a discount. Well that's a bunch of bull because I had talked to two different people earlier today and both of them confirmed that I had a discount and that I would be getting it applied to my total at the end of the process. Then I get a call from the delivery department giving me my step total which is against $70 and I asked about my discount and they told me again for a second time that is not been posted for a second time this is not with the guy told me when I ordered my delivery the first time or the second time so why they are having such a hard time getting my delivery I don't know but this is crap I won't be going back they are the worst dispensary have the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I don't know if anybody else has had bad problems like this but this is the worst dispensary I've ever been to and I'm never going back have a great day people and I hope you'll find a dispensary is better than this place. read more

This dispensary has not made two temporary handicapped parking available since they have fenced off the ones that are located in the front of the dispensary. They demand that all handicapped patients, no matter what the reason for the handicapped persons needs, park across 25th Ave from their entrance. Creating a very unsafe situation for handicapped patients. They are not cleaning the chairs after patients use it. They have a racist security guard who hates white people. Who does not use social distancing or face covering as required by Arizona Law concerning Covid 19 protections. They DO NOT care or have any compassion for their handicapped senior citizens, or veterans' needs. ALL they care about is taking your money. They have no sympathy for sufferers of PTSD. I had the worst experience I have ever experienced at any dispensary that I have gone to in the last 10 years. I will be filing a complaint with the Arizona Health Department, the City of Phoenix and Maricopa County and DPS for not complying with state law concerning handicapped parking spaces as well as not following CIVD 19 protocols. Needless to say that this dispensary will not be getting any business from me in the future. I will be taking my purchases to the Nature's Medicine on Grand Ave. where I was treated as a human being and not some mad dog. This is the only dispensary I've used in AZ, but after some bad experiences, I will be looking around. The negative experiences I've had range from associates forgetting to bag part of my purchase (resulting in my having to drive across Phoenix the next day to pick up the items) to being lied to and treated incredibly poorly during my most recent visit. I understand forgetting the items as we all make mistakes, but I expect employees to reciprocate to the respect and honesty I give. On my most recent visit, there was a long wait but the associate working the front desk convinced myself and others to wait under the premise that we'd receive a free item for the inconvenience if the wait was over 15 minutes. After waiting well over 25 minutes, I was assisted with my order only to be told I had been 'checked in' for 8 minutes and therefore wouldn't get the free item after all. I don't mind waiting, however, I don't want to do business with a company that doesn't respect their patients enough to be honest and straightforward. Free item or not, don't be deceitful. Also, the woman that was assisting me was incredibly rude about the entire ordeal, which is the main reason I'm writing this post. From my experience, it's about a 50/50 chance you'll get an employee that will treat you kindly and with respect. I don't go frequently because it's a long drive, but after these experiences, I can't recommend this store due to the poor service. read more

Went here on my birthday and without any prompt from me the receptionist recognized that today was my birthday and made sure that the pertain helping me was aware that I get a free gram on this special day along with me being a ftp I received one free pre roll. Live the freebies. Once I was in the back going through the meds, Justin V was great at helping me pick what was best for me. Justin made me feel comfortable and had great knowledge of the products they sale here. For my free pre roll we chose Sensi Star, for my free gram I took his advise and picked AMF OG along with an eighth of The REM. I am very pleased with each one. Flavor, aroma and medication value were high quality. What impressed me most was Justin V. I can't say enough good about him but I'll try. He is very knowledgeable about tree products they sell, but not only that he is honest. After ask was said and done and I was ready to pay. The good part is today I would have happily pay what the total was and just before my sale was final, Justin V noticed that I was charged for my free 1 gram and made the adjustment to my bill and lowered my total by $12. Thank you Justin and thank you Nature's Medicine for all your employees that noticed and acknowledged my birthday and their honesty. You have a new and returning customer. I received an email for a meet and greet with Cheech and Chong. The email did not contain any fine print or details of exclusive access. I began following natures medicines on social media seeing countdown posts leading up to the event with teases of signed vinyl and reminding you of a checklist of items to bring including cameras and memorabilia. Again at no point within the 8 Instagram posts did it state any exclusive access to the event. 5/16 rolls around the first day for the event, Cheech and Chong are to stop at two locations this day and two more on 5/17. After reading negative comments on both Facebook and Instagram about people being misled corralled and forced to stand in lines with no knowledge they would not be meeting Cheech and Chong, but viewing them from behind a barricade. I decided to call a natures medicine for clarification and was told that it was only for VIP holders and that was no longer an option to obtain. This is false advertising and a lousy promotion, I think whoever put this event on needs to take a course in advertising and marketing. Nature's is a fantastic place. I have been coming here religiously for over a year now. When I originally received my medical card I did the "tour" of the valley getting all of the FTP deals and only a few places stood out to me. Since then the others have either gone down in quality, or raised prices, but it seems Nature's has been able to avoid this and keep adding new options. Pre-pack half's are still my personal favorite. Phoenix Cannnabis Co is fantastic and really opening things up lately. The new products that are being put out that I've had are very nice. Much more of a pine smell to it. I really enjoy this place and admire the way they operate. They have high quality products available along with acceptable budget options as well. That alone sadly is getting hard to find in the valley. I know they also test every batch and show you the results. They've won many awards both for their flower and concentrates. I personally love every type of wax they make especially the sugar wax, you don't really see that consistency often, and I really can't wait to try the budder, but I digress. This dispensary has declined in my esteem since my last review. I still come here regularly, and my opinion isn't solely based on experiences I'm the covid era. Lemme start by saying that this dispensary has proprietary control of some excellent seeds (Lohan, Undercover Kush) that they choose to grow more of the shittier, but *new* strains, retiring the old. Lately, the only flower worth buying is ice cream cake, they haven't even had bear candy for awhile, their fame-claiming strain, which is great but not so much on the 10th time in a row getting it. Ice cream cake is apparently their only super offering, and is this limited. Nothing from here could be called sticky, and don't waste your money on the top shelf thinking it's superior, it ain't. Wait for PCC strains to drop down. As someone who lives close and likes to stop in once a week, I go here because of the deli style ordering. I regret going here when it's a slow (crap) day. The shatter I got from here wasn't worthless, but it wasn't the best tasting on the vape, nor was it as potent as the competition's. The flower is excellent & even at $8-12 grams it stays busy with upper-middle class clientele. There is a spacious waiting area that is nicely furnished. I won't call it plush but it's not a bad place to spend 15-20 MINUTES which seems to be the average wait time based on my few visits. They are that busy with good reason though. Even some of their "stressed out" flowers that they pre-cautioned might be seedy, showed no evidence of trauma or seeds on the visual or the smoke. I like their Hemlock a lot. They also have an EXCELLENT first-timer special. Free pre-roll or EDIBLE. No-brainer there. Get the brownie. You will see why once you eat it! The only other modern edible that does me any good [as a heavy cannabis consumer] is the GANJA GOO taffy [which is a whole lot cheaper at AZ Organix] I will be back. read more

After going into the nature's medicine for years now and thriving from the referral program I have been banned because of recruiting in line after I stood outside the 27th avenue and mcdowell location with at least 50 other patients and was told by the nature's medicine staff members outside while I waited in line that we should recruit in line to get the free eighth so I come to do another referral and find out that I'm banned for recruiting in line I was told by the nature's medicine staff to do so I never did it beforehand and now I'm banned with no warning that's garbage that's foul as the feather in his cavalry so if anyone and everyone that was there that day or been there any other days that they said that to all those patients to recruit in line let me know if they banned you for recruiting line like they ban me garbage and I won't Justice not even a warning read more

Nature's is my #1 go to dispensary. While they generally have a wait, I've hardly waited an hour to be seen. Generally, it takes about 15 minutes before I'm able to go back to the wonderful candy store they have in the second room. The three tiers of med quality to choose from is convenient for those of us on a budget. Having the ability to pick out a specific nug and request the excess stem(s) to be cut off is probably one of their best qualities. Quality of the product is always satisfaction, minimum. One of my favorite strains from them is the Honey Bananas. I always say variety is key, and they sure do have variety! Edibles, concentrates, and vape options are always available with multiple options for either. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I never feel rushed or bad energy. I've noticed your EMPLOYEES not wearing correctly or not wearing at all to talk to girls. 3 years ago today, I was on a ventilator and I'm a immunosuppressed patient. So, seeing multiple employees, and only able to document (video) one person (not the one totally not wearing to talk to females) not adhering to correct safety procedures - and when AZ leads the WORLD IN COVID-19, make me wonder if my business should be elsewhere. This place was one of the first dispensaries i visited when I got my card three years ago. They've changed a lot since then. Now they offer some of the best buds for the price. When they first started doing the $10 gram deals, it was amazing. Now it's gone down to just above reggie, but I'm not complaining. That just means i need to smoke more haha. Anyway, price can't be beat. Still can't believe the dispensaries down the road like Urban Greenhouse still try to pass off $17/$20 grams like it's not robbery... Hard to recommend strains because they change all the time. Oh, also the staff are all incredibly friendly, awesome people. I like going here just for them. Wait times are horrendous, but that's why I bring a book. I get a lot of reading done this way. read more
