He's worked there for over a decade and knows the family that runs this restaurant--- 3 Dutch brothers--- he gave me a run down on the lore and all the pictures are of their family photos hanging around the restaurant. I think that's pretty cool. They will be opening and expanding into a new restaurant location on the corner of River and Lakewood Blvd sometime in the near future. It was all delicious. This isn't lip service all of the food was incredible! The restaurant is small but decked out in Caribbean art and nods to the island.
