Everything went great! From check in of my car 1st thing in the a.m. to pick up a couple hours (couldn't get there any faster) after finished. The only snag was the insurance adjuster just couldn't make it that day I dropped it off (very good insurance though) so there was a tiny delay only due to my timing. When the paperwork {the back & forth} from the insurance & body shop cleared within days of the adjuster submitting the forms, Straight Auto Body could start work, which they did immediately. The part for the whole rear bumper was there in no time (original manufacturer parts, which is only what SAB replaces the vehicles with). Within 2 days they were basically done with the tiny details the next morning. Then, it was ready to paint...the cue opened up: painted, baked, & ready to go. I felt 2 weeks was great! Zack & Nash were so helpful and courteous, I felt above & beyond for customer service. Insurance cover all but deductible. And Straight Auto Body work with my I Insurance Co. very well.
