Simon is awesome and takes great care of you. My car looks amazing. I was referred by a friend and I in turn will highly recommend this shop to all my family and friends. read more

My car was involved in a hit and run while it was parked on a hillside. The jerk that hit it didn't leave a note and totally messed up the wheel shaft, which rendered my car not driveable. The original places that my auto insurance company recommended all had a 4-6 week lead time before they could even take my car in. Fortunately, my tow truck driver recommended Straight Auto Body to me, and they were able to take my car in right away. We had a long waiting period to get clearance from the insurance company, but Zach was extremely helpful and followed up with them daily. He was a great advocate, and I appreciated his very thorough explanations. When I stopped by the shop to pick up my car, everyone there was extremely friendly, and the facility was surprisingly very nice and clean inside. I haven't been to many mechanics shops, but from my experience, they've all seemed a little grubby. I'm really happy with this company, and cannot recommend it enough to anyone who needs auto body work. I hope I won't be in this position again, but if I am, they will definitely be my go-to shop. read more

My car was hit before I made my first payment a few years ago. A different shop my insurance company sent me to did a poor job repairing it. While the repairs had a lifetime warranty I decided to bring my car to Straight Auto Body to actually get it done the right way. Simon and his team did a great job with my bumper and the clear-coat peeling off my door. He even hooked me up with lunch! Thanks Simon + everyone working over there. read more

Simon is awesome!!! He really helped me out. He told me what he was going to do and how much he was going to charge me. He stood true to that, no run around. Definitely coming back here!! read more

Great work and Great service. I brought in a recently-purchased used 4Runner, and was looking to replace the dented bumpers that were on the truck when I purchased it. This was not an insurance situation and not a big money maker for the shop, but they took good care of me as a man off the street. Simon was more than fair on the pricing and his parts manager, Alina, spent a lot of time researching what was needed, available and found aftermarket parts at a low price. Despite a few parts/delivery headaches along the way, they were courteous and treated me like a valued customer. They even washed it for me when complete. Thanks so much Simon and Alina! read more

Simon is professional and friendly. The craftsmanship is impeccable. Not a fancy place but Simon keeps it clean.

Reliable. Professional. Simon took very good care of my Grand Cherokee. Normally this process is stressful but everything was handled exceptionally well. Highly recommended read more

I highly recommend this place! Simon went above and beyond to fix the issue with my car. Furthermore, Simon was professional and honest from the start. Also, the issue with my car was resolved in a timely manner. In fact, I can't stress the fact of how genuinely honest The staff is. Lastly, they earned my business and especially my trust & because of that I would refer straight auto body to my own family & friends. read more

I was referred to this location recently for Paintless Dent Removal. Simon was professional and explained the process. His pricing was cheaper than two other quotes I received. His associate warned me he may not be able to remove the dent 100% due to the placement, but he did - I can't even tell where it was! There was a nice, clean waiting room for me to hang out while I waited. Simon checked on me a few times and gave me status updates. I will definitely go back to this shop the next time I need body work. Highly recommended!! read more

I had my airbag stolen from my 2014 Honda CRV along with some exterior body damage. I took my car to Straight Auto Body. Customer service is outstanding! Simon handled all the details of my repair. He was VERY courteous and communicative throughout the process. When my car was done, I was VERY satisfied. Everything was FLAWLESS. They even washed and detailed my car which was a really nice and thoughtful perk. If I'm ever in need of a repair again, I will definitely be bringing my car to Simon and Straight Auto Body. They do an EXCELLENT JOB and really make you feel valued as a customer. Thanks! read more

Sent my car here for repairs after the door was ripped off... Simon was very attentive and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. The fix looks great, and I'd definitely recommend Straight for both their customer service and attention to detail to get the job done! read more

I took my Jeep here after my normal mechanic at Olive Auto Center recommended them. Straight Auto Body is a great shop with a great crew. Simon's friendly and fun to be around, and definitely knows his cars. They fixed my damage really quickly and at a much lower price than I expected, in the same day that I called them! Highly recommended. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about Simon and Straight Auto Body! From the first phone call I was made to feel like a very important customer. Simon kept me in the loop on all decisions and delivered my car on time as promised. The body work is outstanding! Everyone who works here is courteous, professional and skilled. I brought in my BMW X 5 for passenger door to be removed and replaced as well as some areas around the door. To be honest due to previous experience with body shops I was pretty skeptical about the level of detail but Simon exceeded my expectations, everything was precisely done and blended in professionally. The work timeline was as promised. Car came out from shop nicely cleaned and detailed. Simon also knows his stuff dealing with insurance, as we all know they always low bowl repair estimates. Thanks Simon. I definitely recommend Straight Auto Body for whomever is looking for a pro! read more

Simon is a godsend. I hurt my baby on Laurel Canyon, rear-ending some kid who was only in town for the summer. Being responsible for an accident is already a stress and guilt-inducing burden and I might have needed to up my xanax prescription if I hadn't found Simon's shop on a recommendation. He helped me through a very challenging time, and truly made me feel like a friend or family member. I received updates and pictures--he did EXCELLENT, unparalleled work (a whole new frame to the front of my car and repairing the lights and such)--he also had it detailed. By the time I got her back, she looked like a new girl and I renamed her in Simon's honor. Simone and I are very happy now. She purrs like a kitten and I'm back to scream-singing my favorite tunes in a finely-tuned automobile with the windows down, while managing to pay better attention to the road. I'm telling you, random yelp people with no idea where to start--there's no better place to take care of your metal children. Simon's shop will take the guesswork and worry out of the equation and give you beautiful results! Happy repairing! read more

Highly recommend! Simon and the rest of the team are so kind, friendly, professional, and efficient. Cannot recommend them enough.

My girlfriend had some damage done to her car and was getting some insurance work done and some out of pocket work done. Now generally when you go to a shop for service or body work. They get a little scammy and try to cut corners. I trust this place and so should you. If you need work done look no further. We worked with Simon and I just can't say enough good things about him. He was patience with us and worked with us through out the whole process and he gave us a good deal on the work. He was even kind enough to wait until we both got off work to pick it up after 7pm (Who does that anymore??) I could not be more pleased by the work that was performed. read more

If you're looking for a place to go get your car fixed fast and efficiently, this is the right place, I came in to fix a few scratches and dents from my accident, and get my windows tinted. Everyone in the office was extremely professional and friendly, very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Simon was able to accommodate all my needs, handled all the details with the insurance company and rental car for me. No one likes having to deal with things like this but Simon and his crew made the process super easy. The customer service is definitely top notch! I highly recommend checking them out for any future incidents. read more

Went in concerned about minor body damage on a lease. Spoke to Simon and we walked me through a body damage inspection process and went through scenarios of what it may consists of and instantly put my mind at ease. He mentioned if the dealership stated differently in regards to damage to bring the car back in and they'll make repairs as needed. First time visit and was completely impressed. No wonder Simon gets 5 star ratings across the board as he is a consumer advocate. I will return to him no matter what as he has gained a customer. read more

The paint on the top of my 5 year old Honda was peeling off so Honda sent my car to Simon. Wow, I have never been so impressed with an auto body shop. Not only did he take care of the roof but also took care of other areas that needed work for a more than reasonable fee. He kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, was very polite, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Simon! read more

Simon and his team are truly the best. My cars front bumper was pretty much done for, after a collision with another vehicle about a month ago. I chose Straight Auto Body after going to 3 different shops bc Simon and Straight Auto Body took the time to not only look at the damage from the collision, but also gave me estimate projections, possible outcomes of the situation, and were honest and forth coming from the get go. Simon answered all my questions with ease and confidence, and knew what I was going to ask by the time I said my 3rd word. With the Corona virus at its peak when I started researching shops to go to, all I wanted while searching for a collision body shop was to be in and out, and just feeling comfortable in an uncomfortable time. My car means a lot to me; every car I've ever had I've always named myself. Having been raised in LA and becoming a working adult in LA means that you are in your car A LOT, so my attachment to it and leaving my Bullet (cars name) was hard for me to do. I worried for nothing b/c Simon and Straight Auto Body really took care of me, communicating everything and giving me honest timelines. My car looks brand new: they all went above and beyond and made the transition as seamless as possible. Thank you Simon and Straight Auto Body! You are truly the epitome of professionalism. THANK YOU THANK YOU! read more

I took my maserati grand Turismo MC. They did an amazing job on my car the customer service was amazing any questions I had they answered. They always communicated with me. I am very happy with everything and I will go back over and over again. read more

Simply the best. I was referred here after getting rear ended. They did an amazing job. Then..my tire exploded on the freeway, both my front and rear passenger doors were badly keyed, and 2 more pretty bad accidents later (involving the whole front end of my car, crushed), lets just say, Straight Auto Body has pretty much redone every side of my car, except the top *knock on wood* Every time I get my car back, it looks shiny new, and I couldn't be happier. Being a perfectionist, it's super hard for me to trust my car with anyone, but this place, without a doubt, I know it will be taken care of and meet my expectations. I will be taking my cars here for life. read more

I rarely write a review, but have to say I wish there were more than five stars to give to this business. Simon was completely professional, while being friendly and reliable. I just picked up my car and couldn't be happier!!! He took care of everything from dealing directly with my insurance company to the rental car arrangements and my car was finished when he said it would be. My car looks new! (For a five year old car that's saying a lot.) He so went above and beyond great service I would recommend him to all and will do so. Thank you so much Simon! read more

Straight Auto Body is the absolute best! I was referred to them by Bobby at Olive Auto Center (also excellent) because I needed quite a bit of body work done on my rear bumper, passenger door and interior panels. Simon, the owner is extremely professional and efficient. He gave me a great quote and it didn't mysteriously change when the work was done. I usually worry about getting auto work done as a woman, but he was straightforward about what needed to be done and I didn't ever feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of. My car was done quickly and looked AMAZING when he finished, and he repainted my front bumper as a complimentary touch to match the rest of the work he'd done. He also did a detailing and my car looked brand new! If you want your car to be taken care of by a detail-oriented, friendly professional, you must go to Straight Auto Body. Simon and his staff made the stressful experience of having work done on one's car as painless as possible. read more
