Love this cozy little coffee shop! The coffee flavors are delicious! Great efficiency service togo.

A staple in Southtown! Great coffee and even better vibes. You can always count on the coffee being good! I love how open the store is and benches outside. I was basic and got the pumpkin latte. The coffee flavor still was able to stand out with the other flavors.

Iced Charlie Brown & Iced Maribel. I've been supporting this business since they've opened and we're at pop ups. It's awesome to see how much this business has grown from a coffee trailer to a coffee shop. The quality of the coffee has remained the same.

I had a cold brew, and it was freaking delicious

All I can tell you is...thank DOG for this place and their coffee. It literally saved me in SATX. There was a coffee place closer to where I was staying that looked cute...but it was always CLOSED. So thankfully this place (which is a truck, open just a few hours daily) was there...and had cold brew, which apparently the city had a shortage of when I was there So than you Stranded Coffee, for not leaving me stranded for coffee

I love this place. They are so friendly and their drinks are always delicious. The coffee base is smokey and flavorful. They have cute picnic tables to sip and enjoy! Did I mention how helpful and kind the staff are?! Love this place

Excellent coffee in an outstanding spot. Stranded coffee was an accidental discovery while exploring King William's area. This is a tiny coffee truck located almost in the heart of SA's Southtown. I had a hot mocha coffee, which was delicious, and sat at the area where the truck is located enjoying the scenery. Stranded has the perfect location for a coffee truck, with ideal views and a good amount of seating. I noticed they change their coffee flavors based on the season, which is another plus of getting coffee at their truck. Next to them was another truck with breakfast, so it's a good place to eat before exploring or heading somewhere else.

I came for the coffee and stayed for the conversation. A little out of my way, but it is my personal mission to try every Coffee Truck I can find, and I finally made my way to Stranded after hearing so many great things about it. WOW! The latte was incredibly smooth and velvety. I am kicking myself a little for ordering a hot latte on a scorcher of a day, but after the barista helped me take a photograph, there were no regrets. It wasn't excruciatingly hot so I was able to sip and enjoy without getting overheated. The beans Stranded uses are from Austin, called Flat Track, and I may have to find a way to get a bag for home use. Bonus points for selling pastries from Republic Bakery. Quality coffee and sweets in one tiny package. I sure am glad I took the day off to explore, I never would have come to this gem of a place!

Good coffee! For a 16oz haunted horchata I paid about 5 bucks! The person making the drinks was very helpful and said he was willing to make whatever I needed! You don't find that kind of kindness at Starbucks that is for sure! They also have a nice area to sit, drink and chat!

Great coffee! The dark chocolate on this mocha is well balanced.

What a great way to start your day! I had a iced mocha, and the coffee was terrific. The chocolate used in the mocha balanced well. Definitely recommend

Love this cute little spot! I was so impressed with the menu, plenty of original options with a familiar flair, as well as the staples. It's a great location and has some parking. Highly recommend the bloomin matcha. Yum!

So grateful to have Stranded Coffee so close to the house! I saw it one day while driving down Austin Hwy and did a double take. I couldn't believe my eyes. This little coffee trailer giving off major retro vibes is parked in the most random spot. It's both easy and incredibly difficult to miss, so I challenge any reader to swing by to see if my assessment is correct. I looked them up as soon as I got home to see if maybe I had hallucinated or if the trailer was parked for repairs or something--on the stretch of Austin Hwy Stranded Coffee occupies, both of my thoughts are completely plausible. Luckily for me and my husband, this turned out to be Stranded Coffee's post. We knew we had to swing by for real. We ordered a couple of the Dirty Dans, which are ridiculously good, and paired our drinks with a pastry they were serving from Republic Bakery. Great service and product! Can't wait to try more of the menu and give the friendly staff more of our business!

I really love this coffee cafe, located in the Hemisfair district of San Antonio. I spent time here…read moretwice. Formerly a house, the interior of this cafe has a serene feel inside with comfortable seating. There is also seating on the front porch and a huge backyard patio deck. You order at the counter, which is right when you walk in the front door. Your order is brought to your table, wherever you may be sitting. On my first visit I had a croque monsieur, a deli ham and melted cheese sandwich with béchamel sauce between toasted bread. It was delicious and was served with potato chips. I also got a hot vanilla latte, served in a mug, which was absolute perfection. One thing I liked was the absence of laptop campers. I only spotted one on both of my visits. People come here to quietly socialize or just take a break from life for a few minutes. My second visit was mainly to get another one of those fantastic vanilla lattes but I also chose a chocolate croissant from their pastry case. The croissant, served on a nice dish, was fresh, flakey, and full of chocolate. I sat, relaxed, and felt like things didn't get much better than this.

Commonwealth Coffee was good, but not the best coffee experience I've had. The interior itself is…read morevery clean and has plenty of space inside to sit and relax, which I appreciated. However, parking was difficult and not very convenient. The coffee was good and smooth, but nothing that really stood out. It was solid quality, just not something I'd go out of my way for. One thing that surprised me was the price. My latte was listed at $7, but with all the extra charges for add-ons it quickly became $9+, which felt a bit pricey even coming from Chicago where coffee can already be expensive. What really affected the rating for me was the service speed. It was probably the slowest coffee service I've experienced. I waited about 15 minutes for two lattes, and there was only one other person ahead of me. For a simple order, that felt like a long time. Overall, it's a nice café with a clean, spacious atmosphere and decent coffee, but the pricing and slow service make it somewhere I'd visit occasionally rather than regularly.
