Anthony's is a Greek pizza/sub place. They have Greek specialties like baklava and gyros. They seem more geared to the younger crowd. The gyros are made with fried pitas. But they get five stars because they sell chocolate-chip brownies from The Ice Cream Machine in Cumberland, RI.

    Order here.

I'd never been inside or eaten here before today but I drive by all the time. I noticed the place after they were renovated. It's clean and has plenty of tables. But the decor felt cold. I've heard it gets hot in here in the summer but being winter, I was freezing! There was no line and we ordered a buffalo chicken calzone. But take out was busy and we waited a lil while for our food to be made. The calzone was good but sadly, extra sauces cost 75 cents! It came with two. Their blue cheese seems worth it though! Yummy and huge chunks of cheese! I would like to come back and try the pizza. They also have lots of other sandwiches and desserts too.

The best tuna I have had in a long time! Sometimes the delivery is late which is a bummer.

Best spot in town for subs and pizza. Buff Hurley and Marino subs are a must try. First stop whenever I am back in town.

The vibe was lively and inviting. Finally got to try the composed oyster--I enjoyed ONE and that was enough. It's rich and delicious, but one is all you need before eating regular oysters (from Duxbury). Had all my regular fav apps, but tried the haddock entree and it was amazingly complex and delicious. First time actually eating a kumquat! Sylvain was his usual charming & attentive self-which keeps me coming back!

About 25 tables, but not tightly packed. Felt like an Italian restaurant where you might just share with the table nearest you. I could order nearly anything on the menu. Awesome and terrible with a time crunch! We started with the focaccia bread, which was delicious. We saved some and I'm eating it now. Then it was Splitsville: I mean we split a salad, bolognese and chicken parm. Garden/House Salad was described as fresh, what the kitchen could get, flavorful and colorful. It was all those things and didn't disappoint. Chicken parm was not fried. Was Bell & Evans chicken breast not beat to hell. Was plump, juicy and flavorful. Maybe the best I've ever had. Bolognese was equally good. I'm glad we split everything so we could each try a number of different options. We were out on time and never felt rushed if you can believe it. Excellent service and pacing to go with the excellent food.

We went on Wednesday night (3/11) specifically for the Wellington and were NOT disappointed. But I…read morewanted to give a special shout out to the staff. When we arrived just before 7 the restaurant was busy not not full. Our server, as he passed our table, said he would be right with us. We waited. And waited. And patiently. Because I could see our server. He was at a table of 7 and I knew he wasn't forgetting or ignoring us. Then he was at a table of 4. Then one of 5. Then ANOTHER that appeared to be about 7 people again. He also had at least 4 two tops. I couldn't see far enough behind me to expand on that count. When he did come to us, an undisclosed amount of time later, he was kind and thorough and not at all showing the stress I'm sure he was feeling. I saw only one other server the entire time we were there and I'm sure he was taking all of the tables in the dining room we couldn't see. I'm sorry I cannot remember our servers name. Both men were bald and one was wearing glasses. Ours was the one without the spectacles. He remained busy through our meal, and we enjoyed the entire thing. Burrata with prosciutto to start, and then a Wellington to split. Both were phenomenal. The drinks were amazing, even with accommodations for one ingredient I am allergic to. At one point one of our cocktail glasses was broken accidentally by someone not at our table and it felt like the entire FOH staff (all 5 of them lol) came to help clean up and make sure everything was cool. They were all so kind and had smiles on, even though I'm sure they were still too swamped to clean up the mess. Honestly, for our very first visit I'm sure I could have been upset at the wait and complained that our server was too busy, but erring on the side of caution I prefer to presume it was either an unusually busy night or someone had called out, leaving the restaurant short -staffed. Kudos to the whole team for working together and keeping positive attitudes on the floor. We loved our experience and look forward to returning.

We love this place. The drinks, the menu and the service are truly upscale. We frequent this spot…read morewhen we want to get dolled up for city vibes without the traffic and parking stress because Boston is great, but you know exactly what I mean.
