What happened to the french fries!!!!! I used to drive out of my way to go to Anthony's almost every day because they had normal fantastic french fries. I ordered a small buffalo chicken sub and I couldn't believe how little chicken was on the sub. the girl overcharged me by two dollars and because they said that I ordered things on the side and those containers cost money . I live close by and I will never go back to Anthony's. I find that they give you very little food for what you're paying for and to order a small sub and then be hungry after you eat it I don't understand how that place appears to be somewhat busy but I will never go back. I order takeout at least twice a week and we decided to give Anthonys a try but hadn't ordered from them in a very long time for the reasons that I mentioned above very skimpy subs. read more

Anthony's is nothing special. It's a regular house of pizza type of joint. The calzone was ok, the subs are on boring rolls. You would want to get your food to-go, it was about 100 degrees in there and it was only about 70 outside. It's a better choice than the local TD's Deli, and Wendy's all in the same strip. read more

Tried this place again and got the buff Hurley sub- buffalo chicken with American, lettuce, bacon and ranch on the side. I called ahead and they said half an hour!!! That's ridiculous for one small sub no matter how busy they are. I walked in 25 later and it wasn't ready; they weren't kidding when they said 30 minutes. It was pretty packed in there and they had quite a few to go orders packed up. How is this place so busy?? It's just a local pizza joint! Anyway the sub was very underwhelming. The cheese wasn't melted at all so I just picked most of it out and they used wilted romaine lettuce tops. Like my first sub here, it was really small for just under 8 bucks. I've had a Calzone and Pepperoni PIzza at Anthony's. The Calzones were super yummy and the pizza was great too. On top of that they had the game on TV so I got to watch the Patriots play while eating something good. I would definitely recommended eating here. read more

Wanted to give Anthony's a shot. Drive by it all the time and it looks decent from the road. We decided to go for it tonight and we called early to get our delivery order in considering they don't have the best track record according to Yelp on being timely. Called it in at 4:59 were told it would be 45 minutes(which was a little alarming at the time) 5:50 came around nothing. Called to check on the status and were told "he left at 5:18, he should be there shortly". Not until 6:20 did he make it. Food was completely cold, and he couldn't even give us a receipt. Brutal, don't get it, or at least don't get delivery, food tastes ok after 10 minutes in the oven. ONE STAR. read more

I got the chicken kebab sub and although it tasted good I didnt expect a few shreds of chicken breast and skin. It says kebab I expected chunks of boneless skinless chicken. They put in an ice cold roll which turned the hot meat immediately cold. for $7 I mainly got lettuce and salad dressing some feta about 3 oz of chicken 2 slices of tomato and maybe 4 thin half slices of onion. Dissapointed by the chicken patties they used in the chicken parm sub. The flavor was decent, but there are better options in town that have actual tenders instead of processed mystery chicken pressed into a patty. I do like the creative menu, any of the "ranchy chicken" options are very tasty and are made with actual tenders. read more

Hi guys , just left this sub shop .. I walked in to try this place once again to order 2 subs . Yes it was at lunch time and a little busy , sat back and watched the TV as I was looking around I noticed a lot of guys on lunch break waiting for their orders . I looked on my phone and I waited 25 minutes for 2 cold subs and I asked the girl taking the orders .. Ive been waiting 25 minutes , she said well it Friday ! Should be one star but the lady taking the order was very nice. I ordered a veal sub was 100% f n awful fake veal pattys tasted like cardboard ( why sell fake veal or as mfg calls it compressed veal). It like partical board compared to plywood. So I ask the nice lady if they have slices she says yes points to a sign that says our slices our now bigger $3.99 So I am like it must be good for that price so I order one. I must be a sucker as yes it was good sized but there was hardley no sauce and tasted like skin with baby powder on it. Go abead put baby powder on your skin and lick it. They should of just gave me a cup of flour and a block of cheese. I know the owner right now wants to give me a cup of shut the f up! It is what it is. The one time I tried Anthony's it didn't leave me with a very good impression. Should I have tried it again? Probably. The pizza dough was either old or poorly made, as the bottom of the pie was undercooked while the top was fine. It just wasn't a good pizza. Capone's down the street is a better choice. read more

This place is an all around disaster, from food to service, they need to wake up. I always want to keep giving this place another chance, but after waiting over an hour and a half for my past 3 deliveries, getting put on hold and forgotten constantly, and consistently getting cold soggy food, I'm done. read more

I'm not going to lie there were a few times I was impressed with their subs and salads when I first started ordering from them but for the last 6-8 months they've been going downhill big time!!! Last night was the last time I will ever order from these guys again! They undercook mostly steak, sometimes chicken.. if you ask for extra pita bread, dressing, or another topping they will ignore the request.. and it seems like they have been cutting back on the sub portions little by little now its just getting rediculous! Not really sure if its the the different cooks these guys have or what but they need to get it together. They seem to be very busy at some points so them still profiting while being complained about probably isn't their biggest concern although they should pay a bit more attention to detail! Anyways I ordered steak tips with my salad last night asked for well done and they came medium and had to finish cooking them myself. My wife got a turkey BLT and there were literally 4 or 5 slices of turkey and 2 slices of bacon. The rest stuffed with tomatos and lettuce. So just a strong warning, things are not as good as they once were and im sick of getting mad when getting my food so I refuse to give these guys anymore buisness and I'm great at letting people know where to go.
