Ordered two small pizzas and a chicken and bacon calzone. Got home and the calzone didn't have any cheese in it. Got the only cheese I had on hand, cheddar, and had to open the sections I cut up and put it in the air fryer since the bacon wasn't very cooked. Called Stratton's to see if their calzones came with cheese and they said they did, but since I put my own cheese on mine I couldn't bring it back so they could add cheese and put it through their oven. How the heck were they planning to put cheese on a calzone that I already cut into a couple of sections and put through the oven? How would I know it didn't have cheese unless I cut it open or took a bite out of it? Said there was nothing they could do. read more

I found this place a few months ago and their food is a little pricy but good. Their cheesecake is unbelievable and a must when you go there!! Last Friday, 4/10, we decided to support small businesses and get an order to go. When we went in they were super busy but had taken absolutely no precautions for COVID-19. No one had on a mask or gloves and people were inside waiting for food with no regard to social distancing. Yum! Very excited that our first pizza delivery experience in our new town was from here! Wings, GOOD...mozzarella sticks, GOOD...pizza, GOOD. And the Oreo cheesecake...omg. HECK YES! Delivery was quick and the guy was really nice. The only reason I didnt do 5 stars is because the crust was a bit soggy from grease but I'll definitely be ordering from them again and I'd love to try them in the restaurant and see if that fixes the soggy crust issue. read more

Usually do not do the local pizza thing in that I make a decide to pizza myself. But we needed 2 large pizzas and I was told this place would be good. We ordered 2 large pizzas with thin crusts and the were indeed very good. The thin crust was pretty thick for a "thin crust" so heads up on that. The deal I had was to include a large soda for each pizza which I did not recall and did not get. No foul there, just a note to the establishment that little things make a big difference and there are some that would freak out over such a thing. Ordered (free) delivery on Tuesday night around 8:30. They had the food at our front gate within 25 minutes. It was hot and delicious. We ordered a large garlic combo and were very impressed. The jalapeño poppers were great- creamy, spicy and crunchy. Wish the wings were crispy, instead of soggy, but good flavor. The large pizza we ordered look a little on the small side, so $21 for a medium size like pizza? Kinda much. However, I do appreciate that they included 6 (!!!) sides of ranch. For free. before i start, let me say i downloaded yelp just to put a review on this dump. first things first, my crust was burnt as if they sent it to hell and back. there were nasty fatty pieces of sausage slapped on my pizza. not to mention i paid $30 for that thing. i would rather pay $10 and eat dominoes for slightly worse quality pizza. On the bright side, their ranch was great. probably some powder mix but that should tell you something about their pizza. read more

We were on our way back from Oregon back to SoCal stayed the night in Galt Ca found Strattons on Yelp. Had their the Old School pizza was super fresh and crust was nice and crunchy made for a nice balance wings were ok and service was awesome she was on point never skipped a beat. I absolutely love this place. The pizza is AWESOME! Best pizza crust in town. We love the retro Pizza Palace Combo. Takes me back to my childhood growing up in this town. My family of 5 also orders the family salad, which is more than enough for all of us. Tonight we also got the wings, which were great! While the food is great, and I would come back just for it, I have to say that the customer service is above and beyond expectations. We have always been greeted with a smile, and the people here go out of their way to make sure that we have everything we need, and then some. I have had Statton's Pizza a number of times. It's reasonable, the quality and ingredients are great. I've always went to another competitor but thought I would try this one and glad I did. The only issue I have is that I wish it wasn't quite so oily on the bottom, but that's about the only complaint I have. Staff there are friendly which is also nice. read more
