I absolutely love this place. The pizza is AWESOME! Best pizza crust in town. We love the retro Pizza Palace Combo. Takes me back to my childhood growing up in this town. My family of 5 also orders the family salad, which is more than enough for all of us. Tonight we also got the wings, which were great! While the food is great, and I would come back just for it, I have to say that the customer service is above and beyond expectations. We have always been greeted with a smile, and the people here go out of their way to make sure that we have everything we need, and then some. I have had Statton's Pizza a number of times. It's reasonable, the quality and ingredients are great. I've always went to another competitor but thought I would try this one and glad I did. The only issue I have is that I wish it wasn't quite so oily on the bottom, but that's about the only complaint I have. Staff there are friendly which is also nice. read more

I'm not a big fan of pizza, but man OH man... this is the best pizza place I've ever been to hands down. Let's start with the service; friendly and helpful! Our waitress was so sweet and made sure we had everything we need! The pizza chef even came out and talked to us a little bit too! Speaking of... the food was amazing! The beers come out in a FROSTY COLD mug which is RARE, I hardly see restaurants doing that anymore. They have a good range of beers which was great because being from San Diego.. I need my IPA! We ordered the Stratton's Combo and it was loaded with toppings, the sauce tasted so robust, and the crust was light and crispy! I ate three slices and I didn't feel heavy like you would usually get. We also ordered the wings which was tasty and juicy! The bacon breadsticks was a nice companion to the beer and pizza. SO MUCH BACON! Crispy, juicy bacon, snuggled on top of the breadsticks... was almost a sin eating those things. I can't go anywhere else for pizza now! Salad was old with brown lettuce and very moist, the wings were not cooked all the way . They were registering 135 degrees and looked it. I had to put the wings in the oven to finish cooking. The pizza was not bad. read more

I got delivered the wrong pizza with none of the regular condiments. I called to get the correct pizza.. the delivery person asked for the incorrect pizza as proof that we weren't lying. to me thats bad business. when we called to complain the manager said that it was the owners choice. we are not deceitful ppl. we returned our pizza and ate it with our cold reheated breadsticks. and we always tip well. very disappointing read more

Came in today for lunch after having been on a five day road trip. We ordered four of the lunch specials...3 with pizzas and one with a calzone. Everything was delicious. Fresh toppings, not too overpowering, stringy cheese with good flavor, a really nice sauce that was made just right. The crust was crispy and light but still managed to hold everything in place. I ordered a side salad which had lots of toppings. The ranch dressing is very tasty. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. To the person who commented that they took too long to answer the phone - this is a family run place that just opened. More staff will probably come later on once the business is established. We were there early in the day so we didn't see a staff issue. My family loved that they have actual games you can play and not just those crane games (although they do have a couple of those too). My daughter (who attends Galt High) suggested that they should offer a special on Thursdays to the high school students. Like 2 slices (or 1 big one) and a drink to go for like $3-$4. It's nice to see a new mom and pop place open here in town. The cost for what you receive was spot on! You could pay less in town, but you're going to get less quality ingredients and subpar service. Delicious pizza and a great gluten free crust option! Crunchy and flavorful. Best gluten free crust we have had, and found out they will deliver for free to Acampo which is a plus. Honestly, the best garlic parmesan chicken wings I've ever had. Our waitress told us they order special Parmesan specifically for those wings and it is SO worth it. The pizza was delicious also. It's a new business in Galt so I really hope they do well. The pizza did not have enough toppings. There was not enough sauce so it was like pizza dough with very little cheese and combo toppings. And the sizes were small. The large was like a medium so keep that mind when ordering I hope they get a handle on things and make better pizza because galt needs a good pizzaria.
