The corporate website for Anytime Fitness had a 7 day free pass (said no obligation, free) and I thought this was great because I could get my exercise in and see if this gym was better and maybe consider switching. I was shocked and very disappointed when my 7 day free pass was rudely denied because the employee that I was talking to didn't think I was going to join and just wanted a free workout. I thought this was ridiculous and I was upset by this reaction because it was advertised as a free no obligation - 7 day pass. Others might have different experiences here but this was my experience and it was not positive at all.

Pour pjs non cleanable mats. A time bomb for someone to get a staph infection. The showers in the women's locker room are never cleaned. The water was dripping I guess in the shower long enough where it leaves that slimy film....well that has been there for over a week. The hair tie in the picture below was there for 2-3 weeks. Today was a new hair clump. I guess I'll just have to get up earlier and go out of my way to go to the Mint hill location that is not like this.
