Absolutely insane experience with this company. I entered my contact info on their website and subsequently received dozens of phone calls and text messages, plus over 40 emails. Their therapists must spend more time harassing potential clients than they do actually working. This isn't normal or healthy behavior for a stalker, let alone a business. read more

This place is A-MAZE-ING! From the moment I walked in, Dylan (I hoped it spelled her name right) was extremely approachable, made me feel comfortable, and answered all of my questions. She made it impossible for me NOT to try this place. I'm so glad I did, because I got to meet Rachel (I hope that's spelled right too). By the time she is done with me, I feel like Stretch Armstrong, Mr. Fantastic, or maybe just a piece of Airheads Taffy . Folsom StretchLab and all of their Flexologistsare amazing. I've been seeing Rachel for over a year and she is able to push me just enough to get me limber and flexible again without causing me extra back pain (I fell off my ladder in January). Absolutely a horrible experience. Book an initial appointment as I received a gift card for Father's Day. Day before the appointment I receive a call that payment is needed before I come in. What a horrible way to start a customer-business relationship. Day of appointment I show up and apparently $20 grip socks are mandatory per the session, which was never mentioned. I say fine and hand them gift card and socks can't be paid for with gift card. In disbelief I still say whatever and pullout visa to find out they don't even have a pos system to process my visa. What a joke. On a good note, the facility appeared up to date and clean. read more

I booked a 50 minute introductory session. Upon arrival, the manager told me they were running about five minutes behind schedule, but not to worry, as there were no appointments after me, so I would still have the 50 minutes. Well, the flexologist finally started my session twenty minutes late. (I really don't like waiting like that). He seemed rather new and unsure of himself, and had to consistently pause and think about his next move. After 35 minutes, he concluded the session. I asked about it, and he said he wasn't watching the clock. The manager then said "No worries, I'll book you right now for a comp session later this week." Well, it is a 45 minute drive for me. No, I do not want a comp session. Sorry, but I will not be a continuing customer. read more

I've been going to Stretch Lab in Palladio for over two years and it's been a tremendous help. So much so I think I've only missed one appointment in all that time. I go in every two weeks and can't give high enough praise to Shawn who knows just the amount of pressure to push me. I have an autoimmune so overdoing anything can derail me for a couple weeks. Both the stretching itself and Shawn as a technician are the best health practice I've ever found. If my muscles are hurting the stretch helps and I've learned a lot from Sean on ways to help myself in between visits. Highly recommend! read more

I enjoyed the stretching services. The flexologists are great. But the service is expensive. Be careful of what you sign up for. They bill on two-month memberships. I stopped going, signed a Membership Cancellation Form, and made what I was told over the phone would be my final payment. The quote was "You will never hear from us again." But they keep emailing me saying I owe them more money. The billing company says the person was not authorized to tell me over the phone that I'd never hear from them again. Again, good stretching service but I am not a fan of how they do business by telling you you're done paying and then they ask for more money. read more

I've had 4 25 minute sessions so far. Dylan has been very friendly, professional, and helpful in setting up sessions and making sure that all my questions are answered. The technicians were Nick, Rachel, Alyssa, and Bre. All were good at flexology, using some common and some unique stretches. They've primarily worked on my lower body as I have tightness in hips and legs from running and cycling regularly. I've noticed marked improvement in flexibility and performance along with reduced pain between the first visit and most recent. I signed up for the 3 month package and look forward to weekly sessions at this location. read more

Great location, people, and service. Noticing how loose I feel walking in versus walking out, some days the changes are significant. Other days, not as much. After each one, though, it's easier to walk, easier to move, and I'm noticing I'm in less physical discomfort than before starting this. I'm standing a little straighter and not as leaned forward; I'm also able to open my chest more. Learned I have bi-lateral pec minor tightness, which contributes to rounded shoulders, leading to forward head posture, which creates discomfort in my upper back and elsewhere. I'm now experiencing less of that discomfort. I'm curious to see how time and more stretching improves this. Excited to find out! read more

I've had a great experience at Stretch Lab. Going in with Sciatica pain, this has helped a great deal. The staff are professional and friendly. Flexologists Tyler and Dan are both the best. I signed up for the 90 day membership for $300 a month after the $99 a month initial fee. During my 90 day membership I had multiple trainers who were all inferior and finally found Rachel who was very good. I was told monthly that I didn't use my 4 stretches in time and I started a new month losing my stretch appointment. After talking to the person at the front desk they said they would credit my stretch appointment to the next month. After 90 days I cancelled my membership with no stretch advancements after the first 60 days. I was told I needed a 30 day a cancel notice and had to pay an additional month with no appointments. They never let you quit. I paid the additional month with no appointments. I was told I have no sessions left. I was happy to just get out of the scam. Today, 6 months later I receive a call saying I have 4 appointments left on my agreement. This place is like a used car dealership and has no regard for their clients. Buyer beware don't get scammed with low entry membership and the fees keep increasing and the trainers are not at the same level of training. I'm disappointed because I really wanted this to work out and it didn't. read more

I had high hopes as one of the first members, but I am disappointed. The initial opening they did not have enough employees and was not doing stretches on the days I was free. The next month comes I find my credits do not roll over and the slots are very limited causing me once again to have burn credits because I can't use them. Unless there staffing improves where there is more availability it is entirely a waste of money. The general manager was not sensitive to my needs as a person that does shift work and has a busy schedule read more

Great service. The staff is really dialed into my needs. I have had a few sessions and the Instructor has great recall of what my problem areas are and how to loosen me up. They all have a deep knowledge of physical therapy and make an effort to explain what they are doing and what they are trying to accomplish. read more

Been going here for about a month and have seen great results. Have plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, heel spurs and sore calves! In addition, I have a desk job for the most part. Mobility has decreased over the years, while pain has increased! Dan and Tyler have both done an excellent job in stretching me out and targeting the problem areas with useful stretching. Both have given me stretches that I can do on my own that have really helped increase mobility in ankles, hamstrings and quadriceps. Definitely recommend StretchLab if you have mobility issues or problem areas that need to be addressed. read more

I have never felt better than since I joined the StretchLab. This was exactly what I was looking for. I have a bad back and this one on one stretching experience has improved my mobility 100%. All of the employees are well trained and eager to help you be your best self. They will give you examples of "at home" stretches you can do for problem areas between your appointments.
