The people here are super rude! 0/10 do not recommend. They need some training on their customer service skills bc they are sorely lacking.

I'm not a smoker but my buddies wanted to come here a few weeks ago And drop some $ on nice cigars ..so i went! and ended up having a great time thanks to Paige, she makes a great drink and was so entertaining. Bottom of the barrel service in every way. No option of a menu whatsoever and the "house wine" options will only show the price once you've been billed. My girlfriend and I had a glass of their "house" wine each which cost $25 per glass without any warning!! I've consumed wine all over this country and in other countries around the globe - this has literally never happened to me before tonight- If you're charging that much per glass without any warning or menu to look at I can only assume it matches the abysmal service because you don't actually care for providing a reasonable experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND spending your money literally anywhere else. An absolute joke of an establishment, actually calling it an establishment would be giving this trash bag of a place too much credit. read more

Brand new cigar lounge in the heart of Boca Raton. This lounge has a nice humidor with a good selection of cigars. It features a full bar, great scotch selection, and an espresso machine. Stopped by to watch the basketball game & enjoy a cigar. The man that helps you in the cigar humidor is very cocky & not friendly. Looks kind of bummy too in his sneakers & t-shirt. Not the upscale kind of person I'd take advice from as to what cigar to pair with my.... oh wait that's right.... he didn't even ask what we were drinking or what we liked. It's made us feel uncomfortable like he just wanted us the hell out of the humidor. Sat at a couch and a bartender/cocktail waitress came to get us drinks. She only came back 1 time to see if we needed refills, which we desperately did and that was it. Definitely not trying to push alcohol or keep your glass full which we all know is the money maker in a bar. There are only 2 bartender/cocktail waitresses in the whole place and they couldn't keep up. The brown haired one clearly had an attitude & was bickering with the manager out in open over something. This is not the kind of place you can go to just chill & smoke, mostly because of the music. The music is absolutely horrible!!! It's a mix of club techno that I don't think anyone in there wants to listen to. If they did, they'd be at a dance club with 21 year olds. We would have stayed & smoked a 2nd cigar but we feel more comfortable at Prime Cigars and they know how to treat a customer & make you feel welcome. I will not return to Diplomat unless they get someone in there that knows how to run the place correctly. read more

where is the hot manager? shes the only reason i would come here anymore. i strolled in on saturday looking for my hot manager, and someone said she's not there anymore. what the hell?!?! she's the only reason i went there. i sat down and there was this kid behind the bar, that's gonna ruin the place. He spent half the time leaning on the bar sliding through tinder, and the other half, making derogatory remarks about different nationalities. I went with a party of sixteen people. Thirteen of us bought cigars. We were kicked out because they said the three guys who didn't buy cigars had to pay $10 to sit in a chair. When we explained that thirteen of us paid for cigars and drinks, they told us if we didn't pay $30 right now they would turn off the TV right in the middle of the national championship game. I'll start with the fact that I wanted to smoke hookah at this beautiful place, but their manager, Steve, refused to serve me. It turned out he knew my girlfriend! I'm not sure what happened between them but as a client I was confused and frustrated !! I do not understand how his personal feelings should concern me, the person whom he does not know !! I have to start by saying out Diplomat is one of my favorite places to go out for a drink. I don't smoke cigars but friends have raved about their top notch cigar selection and the excellent service Mark has provided them while selecting the perfect cigar. When it comes to cocktails Nora is outstanding! Regardless if it's on their menu or not she will perfect whatever your craving. My go to is a Expresso Martini or cocktail she created using grapefruit vodka and rose! Beyond Nora and Mark the whole staff provides exceptional service while being attentive and professional. The vibe is mellow, you are always greeted upon entering and the staff will do anything necessary to make your experience perfect. Diplomat has a great ambiance and decor with couches on the outdoor patio as well as inside. I would highly recommend this place. read more

Basically, I was trying to kill time and went in for a drink during the end of the day on Monday ! Owner was cool! However, if you have a mortgage or rent to pay, this isn't the place for you. Simple drinks are almost $14! Cool establishment, extremely pricey. read more
