First off it wasn't anyone in the shop considering it was the weekend and only two workers in the building so for a min I was going to walked back but for some reason I decided to stay and give them a chance since I never been here and some of the reviews gave them decent stars. I requested for a gel pedicure. The price was SUPPOSED to be $45 but as I went to pay for the service, the total ended up being $91 plus I included a tip (which I always do, even if the service been crappy, just common courtesy) Back to the service, the nail tech which was a man was very rough with the nail filer. The polish work was very terrible. The more I'm typing this the more I'm getting upset so I'm going to end it here and just let anyone that's interested on going here be prepared for hidden fees. Came by as a walk-in to get one of my acrylics repaired. When I asked the price, it seemed like the woman was spouting out numbers off the top of her head... acrylic with shellac, regular polish, fill, etc. were all different than the supposed price sheet I saw (conveniently after she had charged my card). I ended up paying $17 to repair one acrylic nail with shellac polish...... My tech was pleasant enough and paid attention to match the shape, length and color of my other nails. Both people working were only speaking to each other in another language and didn't try to have a conversation with me at all. Paid $150 for manicure and pedicure for my daughter and can't believe the person who did the job was absolutelly unprofessional. I am pretty sure he had no idea what he was doing. I paid for my mani/pedi when mine was finished (same job but it took him twice longer). And I paid for my daughter's one at the same time as well. If I knew the result, I would never pay them for that I posted the photo of the job to social media and everybody thought it was a small child who did this. So ugly and sloppy it was. The shine cover was all over my daughter's fingers and when I asked him to clean it, he took twizzers and started cutting the nail polish from her skin! Thanks God I was near and stopped him. Sloppy work. Shape is uneven, gel polish is bumpy. I've never seen a nail tech put on a coat of gel polish, wipe it down with their finger, and then proceed to cure it. There is also gel polish on my finger and hands as it was not wiped before curing. I expressed several times that the drill was making my finger feel hot and the tech did not adjust the settings at all. When I told the tech that the lamp was burning my hands, his solution was to tell me to take my hand out when it feels burned and put it back in repeatedly. read more

I came to this establishment, because it was the closest nail salon to the strip (where I was staying for a conference). I was in a hurry to get to my next appointment, else I would have asked for an itemized bill. A shellac French manicure and a regular pedicure came out to $100 pre-tip. That was the first shocker. The second came in waves over the next 3 weeks, until I got a new manicure altogether. All in all, about 4 nails chipped and had to get fixed at various other locations. Not counting what I had to pay to get them fixed, it was a major hassle getting them fixed in waves over the next 4 weeks I had this manicure. While the staff was nice, it's needless to say, I won't be getting any manicures at Strip Nails anytime soon... (or ever). read more

I'm a local here in Vegas and my family came to visit, and my mom wanted to get mother daughter pedicures! They were staying at the hard rock hotel and it was in walking distance so we figured why not! It was beautiful inside, easy to schedule in advanced, and felt super clean! And on the plus side Demetri did my pedicure and he was the bomb! Great massage and the color looks sooo pretty! We are soooo happy with the result and would 10/10 recommend!!! read more

I love this place! They do such a great job. They play movies with closed captioning and great music. They will talk if you want to talk but also make it comfortable if you want to be quiet. They are very gentle and all of their equipment (cuticle clippers,cuticle pusher) come out of a sterilized package every time. It definitely gives me peace of mind that they do that. Also if you have an issue like one of the beads falling off they will fix it for you at no charge. They are generally slow on weekdays so it's easier to get in then. They are a little bit more expensive than some other nail places but I remain a loyal customer because it's so close to where I live and the customer service is outstanding read more

I called ahead of time and asked if there was a wait for a pedicure. She said come in 15 minutes. So I made the appointment. Now I understand that sometimes a "15 minute wait" can sometimes mean a 25 minute wait, so when I got there I want surprised to have to wait a bit.... however, it was another 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The lady that answered the phone said come in 45 minutes and I gave her the name Whitney, in which she repeated back to me. When we walked in, they were clueless as to who we were and why we were there, even when I said a party of 3 for Whitney. The only single thing anyone said to us was "pick a color". The color options they provided were very bleak and limited. It took a while for my girls to choose colors, as I stated it was extremely limited...between the time it took them to decide, I was sitting and waiting for anyone on the staff to acknowledge us and they didn't give us the time of day. I told my girls I'm going to try and find another place , so I found a place right away with good reviews and very close to this place, they said "yes, can you come now?" I will start off saying that the salon was very beautiful, clean, and the employees were nice. However, I spent $125 on the most basic gel-acrylic manicure and regular polish pedicure I have ever gotten- and they lasted not even one day before chipping. When my toe nail polish chipped on the first day, I went back in- and instead of redoing the whole toe, the nail tech just filled in the chip! I couldn't believe it, and was resolved to never going back again. Then the second day, my thumb chipped and the nails even started rubbing off the color on my skin, which I assume is because they were not cured under the lamp long enough. Walked in and asked for a regular polish change on my toes. I was told $20 for a regular polish change and $35 for gel polish! How is a regular polish change about the same price as a pedicure? I called around to other salons in the same area and they are priced at $10-$12. Went elsewhere and paid $10 and my polish came just fine. Saved money going to another salon. read more

Cut every toe, polish all over skin, infected and very hard to walk or enjoy my trip at all. They asked for $35 basic pedicure, $20 gel polish & $7 to take off old polish. The massage was so painful and the guys nails scratched the bottom of the feet. He did not clean under the nails either. Stay away from here for sure I would be cheaper to just Uber to a locals nail salon! I can recommend several. This place is double the price and they will straight tell you we have to charge more because we are close to the strip. It's about a mile off the strip. They told me $85 for a set. Went to a place a little further and paid $40! An Uber was $6 you do the math!! The other place probably did a better job then what I see in these pics. First off, i must say they have a great interior. However, I went in for a pedicure and the guy cut my big toe which started to bleed. It hurt but I didnt want to make a scene, then noticed he was hiding and covering the bloody toe with his hands while working on the remaining toes. I'm sure he knew he hurt me and was trying to be subtle. The pain was tolerable the day of and I wanted to nice however, the next morning I woke up with throbbing pain. My big toe feels like I have an ingrown toenail. 2 days have passed and it still hurts, I believe it's infected. I will not be returning again. read more

The lady did not even take off my entire nail rather took the short cut and soaked a bit of the acrylic off and added another tip to it. The shape was terrible and the "matte" is. It even matte. Visiting from San Diego. The prices at Strip Nails are extremely expensive. Everything is an add on charge. Almond or any shape besides classic is an extra $20. Basic pedi is $35+ $10 callus removal +$20 gel nail polish, does not include a massage or scrub. I did the basic pedi with no color change $45 and basic full set, square shape and plain clear gel nail color $60 ($40 nails + $20gel nail polish). I asked to get one nail with glitter that's an extra $10 for one nail. Did not accept. Overall total $105 pre tip. I live in California and I would normally pay around $60 for a full pedi and full set. I would not recommend this place. One guy left yelling, he was waiting over an hour and the girl was rude to him. read more
