Ok mani, but the service wasn't great. We waited over 15 minutes after being seated even though it was completely empty except for 1 other person. Technician who did my manicure tore at my cuticles and ripped my thumb so bad it was bleeding, but she didn't even bother to apologize even though I was bleeding on the white towel. Color selection was nice and the chairs were comfortable, and decor was modern and clean, but they didn't seem very interested in our business. When I went here, I got a full set and my friend got a fill, I got a classic pedicure, and she got an express. I also had a 6 year old get an express pedicure and her nails just painted. My full set with the picture attached was $60. The lady giving me the pricing said the nail length pictured was "extra long" and tried to charge me $75 for square shaped. I ended up getting coffin at this length for $60. The prices kept changing through the entire process. My friends nails who were much longer than mine was a fill and was the same price as my full set. The woman setting the prices was rude, and cut my friends finger with the nail file. I also asked for gel on my pedicure and didn't get it, and when I asked they said it was $20 more for gel even though I had them tell me the price before I started. Basically their prices are absurd and completely up to whoever feels like quoting you when you go. We will never go here again. By far the worse experience in a nail shop I've ever had. The facility isn't clean, they don't have trash cans, horrible customer service, sloppy work, I got cut twice, overpriced! I could go on... I should've waited until I returned home to get my nails done. Lesson learned. read more

Came to have a mani, since I am staying at The Hard Rock across the street. The salon is clean and has a glamorous ambiance, with chandeliers and comft sofa-esque chairs. They were a little busy, but still took me...I didn't mind the wait, they were super sweet! Amazing cystimer service and a wide variety of polishes! Walked in for a basic manicure. The nail tech was friendly but the salon was very dirty. There was an opened can of an energy drink at the station where I was. The empty station next to me had a fast food drink cup. The manicure table was dirty. It was glass, and it was obvious that the glass has not been cleaned. The towels they used for my hands looked dirty. I think they reuse them from one customer to another. I saw no evidence that the tools they used on my nails had ever been sanitized. After clipping and filing my nails, the tech did not have me wash my hands. I stayed at the salon until my nails were dry but nevertheless the polish smudged pretty quickly after leaving. They use a small fan only for drying rather than a UV dryer. I did not bother to go back to have them fix my nails because I did not have the time. I was just disgusted that I wasted my money. As soon as I get back home, I will have my nails redone unfortunately. Also, this is the first nail salon I have gone to that doesn't doesn't offer their customers a beverage. It was not a good experience. When I walked in and saw how dirty the salon was, I should have walked right back out. $60 (plus tip) down the drain. read more

I went to try them simply based on their reviews. When you walk in the facility is really pretty. I like shiny things and whoever decorated their place did a nice job. From the chairs at the manicure stations to the kitchenette areas, just lovely. For my services, I wanted an overlay and pedicure. I didn't get the overlay because they said my nails were too short and I would need to add a tip and they can file it down to the length my nails are now. That kind of defeats the purpose. Not to mention, I've had other places do an overlay on my shorter nails. They wanted me to get a gel manicure and I declined because from their reviews their gel manicures seemed to always have issues as well. So, I went without my fingernails being done. I was guided over to the pedicure chair they had setup for me. I put my feet in and then turned on the massage chair. The chair is one of the best massage chairs I have ever sat in. The pressure was perfect for me. The gentleman that did my pedicure was nice and polite. Very personable and courteous however, his pedicure skills were not the best. My toenails are uneven, the polish was covering some of my cuticles, and he either filed something too deeply or pulled something out that shouldn't have been because when he sprayed my toes with the alcohol they began to burn which they never have done before. Upon closer inspection I could see a little blood around my toe. Not enough to bleed out but it was there. Lastly, there was no lotion or reflexology massage done on my feet or legs. Overall, for a $60 pedicure I would have expected more. I have gone other places, paid less and received more. I wouldn't visit them again. read more

Unbelievable. I called this place this morning and wanted to make an appointment at 4:00. The woman said to just come on in. When I arrived at 3:55, she said to wait. At 4:00, another customer walked in and she said they were too busy to take her. Then she turned to me and said I would have to wait at least 20 more minutes (which probably means at least 30 minutes). I asked her if she took appointments and she said yes. I then asked her why I couldn't make an appointment when I called earlier. She said I would have had to wait even if I had made an appointment. I asked her why she couldn't have just been honest with her schedule. I asked her again if it would be longer than 20 minutes. She then paused and said I was wasting her time by talking to her and that I could go somewhere else. I left. My guess is that she doesn't need my business? This is not how you treat customers and it's certainly not how you'd manage a thriving business. read more

Very expensive for minimal service and average work. Everything is an EXTRA cost so when you are quoted $40 for gtl manicure it is extra if they need to remove old polish. It seems to me that removing old polish should be a part of any manicure!! Perhaps a " first time" manicure should be discounted. Everyone loves a discount but NOT added costs. read more

Come and get my nails done every few weeks, good quality products and they take their time with me every time! My nails rarely break and the polish never chips! The place itself is very cute and somewhat clean. Although I was not impressed with the service. I asked for removal of my Gel on my hands as well as a pedicure. The gentleman was so rushed and constantly coughing, I don't think he was in the mood to do much of anything. He left my nails very bumpy and gritty. I do not recommend this place. read more

This location used to be a 24 nail salon but reopened under new management and 10X more aesthetically pleasing and clean. Jade did my gel polish manicure ($35) and lashes ($99), while Ben did my spa pedicure with regular nail polish ($35) and I think they both did a wonderful job. Ben's massages are better than the one I got at Massage envy the other day which is hit or miss. They do quality work and it's worth the price.
