We dined here on a Wednesday night and were surprised at how busy it was! Even though we didn't have a reservation, we were able to sit at the bar. Carl was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and attentive! The food was very delicious! We started with the tator tots, which are more like fried mashed potato balls, but had great taste! The pretzel bread and butter options were good as well. I got the filet with truffle butter and mushrooms. It had great flavor and the steak was cooked perfectly. We shared some scalloped potatoes and the chefs vegetables, both were amazing. My coworker got the big pig, and it was so juicy and had great flavor! I highly recommend this restaurant and if you get to sit at the bar, I hope you get Carl, because he was the best!

Loved the food and the service here. Our waitress was one of the best I've ever had! We ended up getting the tomahawk wagyu which was cooked perfectly. We also got the scalloped potatoes, Mac and cheese, and baked potato. The ambiance both inside and outside is nice.

My wife and I have been to Strip Steakhouse several times now. Our experience tends to vary with each visit which is why I gave them 3 stars. Let me summarize each aspect below..... Atmosphere: They have a nice barn yard yet you can go fancy atmosphere to them. Can go there for a casual date night, family or friend gathering, or a special occasion. You certainly don't need to dress up as a suit would look out of place. Jeans and a nice casual shirt work perfect. Service: Staff is always friendly and helpful with ordering. They have several specials and I'm surprised they're able to remember all of them without hesitation. Attentive and friendly. Drinks: We've tried a variety of drinks and I can't say I've felt "wowed" by any of them that I feel the need to re-order a drink. Can easily get by with water/soda as I wouldn't say drinks are a highlight. Menu: Food options on the menu are great! Good variety of appetizers and sides. This is a steakhouse, so the main entrees are primarily steak. They have chicken, pork, and seafood options as well. A decent variety dessert menu. Food: We've tried several different appetizers including the stuffed peppers, pigs gone to the market, tater tots, French dippers and others. Some apps are excellent and some are average. We've had that same mix with the main entrees/sides as well. I've ordered several different steak cuts and I typically really enjoy them. My wife and other family members have had a few misses that didn't turn out so great. Wide variety of sides and we liked the scalloped potatoes and creamed corn. The Mac n cheese is good but overly buttery. The perogies were ok and the cabbage and noodles was very underwhelming. Desserts weren't overly special. The cakes are good but nothing that overly stands out. My main reason for marking them down is the outstanding cost of the food to the quality you're getting. One experience was perfect that every dish was very enjoyable. Otherwise, we've had a fair share of average experiences. Again, staff is excellent but the inconsistent food for the price is highly disappointing.

Fantastic! Mike our server was top notch. Very great descriptions of menu items and personality plus. Service from the time you enter until you leave better than Miami or New York 5 stars. Imagine in little old Avon, Ohio a gem!

Warm and relaxing ambiance.

Last night they had their fundraising for The Blessing House. It was a wonderful evening of bag pipes and games. The food and drinks were always as good. I had a great time.

Stuffed mushrooms, excellent

Very cool atmosphere, server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great recommendations. Expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for

We had an amazing birthday experience at Strip. It was everything we expected and more. We have been to Marble Room and liked Strip 100% more. It was more quiet and quaint, service was excellent, there were additional choices to choose from other than what is on the menu. We were very please and will go back again for another special occasion. We are east siders and will make the trip for sure!

Excellent food but slow service - expect to dine 2-1/2 hours for a simple steak med rare with no apps or dessert.

If you're going for a lake view restaurant, this wasn't it. Upon entering, we were greeted by a very pleasant young lady. Seated by the window, we were pleased by the menu and the daily specials. Our server was very prompt and courteous. We ordered the walleye sandwich and the perch sandwich. Both sandwiches came with hand cut french fries and coleslaw. Our son ordered the grilled cheese sandwich and tomato basil soup. Our food arrived very promptly. My wife and I both loved the fish and felt that it was one of the best fish sandwiches we've had in a long time. The fries were rather limp and could use some more attention by the kitchen to make them stand out more. I like a mayo based coleslaw, so I didn't really love the slaw, although it was fresh and tart. The soup was very tasty and the grilled cheese was done just right! Overall, we would recommend this restaurant and we can tell that the local crowd likes this place and has kept it in business for a long time. Now if they only had that lake view restaurant!

The portobello mushroom was marinated in balsamic. I'm not typically a fan of balsamic, but since I love Portobello I gave it a try. Unfortunately the balsamic marinade was too much, I almost choked with the first 3 bites. Both of my daughters tried the mushroom and agreed that it was too much balsamic marinade. This was the first time I returned a meal. Our waitress, Brenda, was AMAZING. She quickly had me order something else, which was promptly brought out to me (and it was delicious). Throughout the rest of our meal she continually apologized. I was not angry...I understood. She made this possibly bad experience a good one. My daughters enjoyed their meals. (Unfortunately my granddaughter did not enjoy hers - she ordered mac-n-cheese - and according to her it was tasteless.) Regardless, I love Bistro83 and I will go back, and the wonderful way we were treated is one of the reasons.

The bar was stocked, they had a very nice wine list too!

We're a family of four and ordered totally different things -- and every single dish was exceptional. Our 6-year-old got a simple cheese quesadilla with rice. The quesadilla was perfectly fine... but the rice? She was in an actual trance. We've never seen her so focused and actually eating the food we ordered her. Parents of young grazers know that's basically a five-star review on its own. Our son ordered the ribeye and devoured it. He wasn't crazy about the rice and refried beans (he's picky about sides in general -- that says nothing about their flavor), but the steak itself was incredibly flavorful and gone in minutes. The grilled veggies on top weren't his thing either, so we brought them home and I'll be turning them into a stir fry later My husband ordered the enchiladas rancheros -- three enchiladas with three different sauces, served with rice and beans. Each sauce had its own distinct flavor profile, and all three were equally incredible. That's rare. I ordered the ahi tuna ceviche and I would drive the 2.5 hours from home just for that dish. Bright, fresh, perfectly balanced -- absolutely outstanding. Honestly not sure the leftovers are going to make it back to NY. On top of the food, the service was next level. Attentive, warm, efficient, and genuinely kind. You can tell when a place is well-managed, and this is one of them. Ambiance-wise, it was modern, clean, and comfortable. It wasn't overly busy when we were there, which made it even more enjoyable. TVs throughout, a really cool-looking bar area, and a booth that comfortably fit our family of four without feeling cramped. This is officially on our family's "must stop" list whenever we're anywhere near the area.

When we first got there they seemed confused about our reservations. Once seated they didn't have enough menus for 6 of us (they only had 3), most Mexican restaurants you are in and out, super fast. We were there for three hours. We didn't get our food until an hour and half in there, it was so slow with asking for the receipt, drinks etc. We had to ask for chips and salsa which we didn't get until after they brought the drinks (waited like 40 mins for that), once the food was brought out, my moms chicken fajitas were overcooked, my dads steak fajitas were burnt. We showed the waitress and she said "sorry" but that was it. Two of us got the spicy burrito and there was barely any topping to it. If you are going for a drink that is fine but I would not go for their food as there are better Mexican restaurants in the area.

Here's a polished version that sounds warm, appreciative, and professional:…read more I'm so grateful to Antica for helping make our family gathering after my father's funeral on May 29, 2026, such a special and memorable experience. We hosted approximately 40 guests in one of their private event spaces, which included a beautiful patio and provided the perfect setting for our family and friends to come together. The private room gave us the opportunity to share toasts, speeches, memories, and support one another in a comfortable and intimate atmosphere. The food was absolutely outstanding. We selected a variety of appetizers along with an open bar, and every item was delicious. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how wonderful everything was. A special thank you goes to Erin, the manager, who was exceptional from start to finish. She promptly returned calls and emails, met with me personally at the restaurant, and was present throughout the entire event to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail made a difficult time much easier for our family. The staff was equally impressive. Our bartenders were friendly, attentive, and fantastic throughout the evening. As an added touch, the team even packed individual containers of leftover food for guests to take home, which was greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend Antica highly enough. Whether you're planning a celebration, shower, family gathering, or memorial reception, their food, service, and hospitality are truly exceptional.
