She was amazing!!! She made me feel at ease as I made a big change to my hair, explaining every step and answering my questions along the way! I absolutely recommend her, as I will definitely book with her again in the future! We had the best conversations, and she gave me my dream hair! The salon was so fun overall. It seemed like they had a lot of cool stuff going on. This time, as I entered, I saw they had an event for permanent jewelry, and I'm still upset I didn't get one! But the place was nice, bright, and clean. They also offered complimentary drinks like dirty sodas, which I gladly accepted! I also learned they had a bunch of other services besides just hair care! Also, the pricing was honestly the best I've seen in the area for good-quality service and a colorist who knew what they were doing! I felt so pampered and taken care of here; I could tell many of the other customers around me were repeat clients, which is always a great sign! The room designated for her salon is large and extremely clean. She has definitely thought of every detail for her clients. I remember prior to covid, she had a basket of fidgets, massages, gum, candy, etc to make your experience more comfortable. There is a bathroom that has different things to meet your needs (wipes, pads, whatever!) So far I have gotten her Brazilians, eye brow wax, and lash tint and lift. I have been in during covid and I appreciate all the cleanliness and safety precautions set in place. She does everything she can to keep both her clients and herself safe. I've been doing lashes for over 15 years and you can tell that she has a lot of experience. It was kinda cool, I wasn't able to articulate the lash style I usually have, I just asked her to do what she thought would look good (just not too dramatic) and they turned out amazing! Lash retention was also great. Personality wise, she's friendly, mellow and easy to chat with, I like the chill vibes. The new location is in Sumner, it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The only thing to note is it's located close to the high school so if you go around 2:30 there's a lot of teenagers walking around. It's not a big deal, it hasn't obstructed my way to get in or anything, it just means there's a bit more traffic at that time. I'd imagine it gets a little busy during football games too. Otherwise parking is great! I was glad that they have a private lot with ample parking. The location feels safe.
