I want to be sure before commenting. Both I and my son have been very impressed by Marc, the Owner of Grayline Plumbing! His professionalism, quality of work (including his hands-on repairs, and his follow-up reporting with pictures), his friendliness, and his service cost are all outstanding. He is also a very clean worker. Mark is a very conscientious and holistic worker. For example: after performing a hydrostatic drain line test for me, upon resetting the toilet, Marc decided to go ahead and replace my supply line at no extra charge to minimize potential future leaks! That is the kind of holistic thinking that I like to see in a service provider; I would have gladly paid for that supply line. This minimizes future call-outs. Keep in mind that he supplied this supply line even after he charged well over $100 less than what some other plumbing companies wanted to charge!
