They took our problems seriously but didn't take advantage and press extra services on us that weren't necessary. We especially liked how knowledgeable the inspector was and how patient he was with our questions. They did a beautiful and very professional job cleaning out the space, air sealing, and doing the exclusion. After discovering that our attic was improperly ventilated and had been accumulating mold for several years, we hired them again to the do the clean out and mold remediation up there. Again, their work was on point for price, extremely professional, and beautifully done. Everyone we worked and talked with, from the inspector (Brennen), the onsite crew, the office, and even the owner, were friendly, well-informed, professional, and prompt. After the work was completed, they have been prompt about following up with inspections to help us stay in warranty on the work and ensure no future issues. He was on time, thorough, respectful, and did not pressure us into any services. My issue is with their pricing policy. We received our first estimate with every possible service on it including attic cleaning, sanitizing, rodent proofing, insulation, and even asbestos abatement. We decided we didn't want to do insulation at this time, so we asked them to take that off of the estimate. We received a second estimate and all of the services INCREASED in price from $100-500 PER SERVICE. They gave us a "12% discount" for potentially scheduling next day to fill a cancellation, but the second price WITH the discount ended up being about $500 more than the initial estimate WITHOUT the discount. When we asked about this, they said it was just the company's policy to increase prices if less services are done. I was told during the initial walk-through that any services we did not want to do at this time could simply be deducted from the total. We were not told that any services we subtracted would increase all of the other services by hundreds of dollars. We decided immediately after receiving the second estimate not to proceed with this company. **IN SUMMARY: If you choose not to do every service they quote you for, all of the other prices will increase $100-500 PER item.**

He came out 10/19/25. He asked me to text him my email address so he could email the quote. I texted him my email address using the same phone number that he texted me on initially. I never got the quote. * 10/27/25 I texted asking for the quote. No response. * 11/9/25 I texted asking for the quote. No response. I then began home renovations, which took some time. * 6/4/26 I called asking about the previous visit and asking if I could get the quote. He was driving and asked that I call him back in a half hour. * 6/4/26 I called 45 min later, no answer, left message. No response. * 6/5/26, I called, no answer, left message.
