Pros: Nails look great Cons: sanitation, up charge for credit card, no drinks offered, decor looks da I walked in today for a gel manicure. The lady who provided my service was kind and did a wonderful job. My nails looked great! I would caution anyone looking for anything "fancy" though. Just the basics. No drinks were offered, not even water. A $2 charge was added if you pay with a card. The prices were comparable to those at so called "high end" salons that offer mixed drinks, lively music, and new tools for each service. I was a bit grossed out by the bucket on the sink counter full of used tools soaking for cleaning. Update: four days latter and the gel is pealing off of every nail. Lesson learned. read more

I went here on Christmas Eve and patiently waited 30 min, hoping for a pretty shallac experience. The man who did my nails had his ear buds in the whole time he did my shellac manicure, and didn't really talk to me. For some reason, the skin around my nails was burning as the shellac dried under that light machine and I didn't know it was because there was shellac on my skin until I left. Since I was in a hurry at the end, I also didn't notice there was lighter spotty spots on my nails and a clear shellac top coat was hanging off one of my nails! Needless to say, it was not worth the wait or the money. Thankfully I got them fixed somewhere else! read more

I am no fan at all of this place. I came in after work; a typical single mom with my 6 year old well-mannered son, and soon after taking a step through the door one of the nail techs looks up and says something in their language and a following relays to me, "Oh we don't do work on people with kids." In which case, I looked around to see if there was a letter to confirm it as well as with all of the seats being full there where 2 "kids" next to their Moms were the entire customers looked confused as was I. Little did they know I tip well and was more than ready to allow my son to finish work on my phone were he's quiet and respectful. Horrible place for single Moms in my opinion. read more

I started going here because it was close to my house and the first time I went just for gel polish the lady was very nice and thorough but I've been back 3 times now and everyone is SO RUDE. Especially the man that works there, he literally THREW my hand away and said "done" when he was finished with my set. I have been here a couple of times to get pedicures and once to get my eyebrows waxed. This place gets extremely busy in the evenings, so be prepared to wait. All of the nail techs are super nice, and the lady who does brows did a fantastic job. I also liked the wax that they use. I generally have sensitive skin and tend to break out after getting my brows waxed, but did not have this issue with this particular wax. read more

The staff was extremely rude! I called and spoke with Nancy, and told her that I was coming around 11am. I explained that I wanted her to do my nails. I arrived at the location, I was the only customer there and was advised that Nancy was busy and could not do my nails. I explained that I just spoke to Nancy about an hour ago and made her aware I would be there. The prices are also at least $10 - $20 more expensive than other nails salon. I will not be returning. I recently moved to Nashville from Memphis and went to this nail salon because it's so close to my new place. I have acrylic "claws" and needed to get them filled and painted. The first time I went, a man did my nails. He didn't ask if I wanted them trimmed down (they were grown out and I work with a keyboard at work so that is not good) and did not speak the entire time. Whatever. Sometimes I'm antisocial too. He didn't do a terrible job but I did have to go home and repaint my nails after due to some spots that were missed on the sides. Bleh. I needed another fill two weeks ago and went back because hey...everyone deserves a second chance. Right? Apparently not. This time a lady did my nails. I don't know if I've been lucky for the 10 years I've been getting acrylics or if the lady was just careless, but the drill hit my skin at least 8 times and was excruciatingly painful. I expected my fingers to be dripping blood. I have had someone slip with the drill maybe once in my entire life but they realized they did it and were apologetic. This woman had no idea, which makes it even worse. Again, I had to repaint my nails when I got home. Needless to say I'll be driving a bit further from home next time to get better service with no pain! read more

If you are looking for a decent salon just starting out getting your nails done, this place is not a bad choice. I have bad nail habits, so I am starting to get my nails done regularly to break said habits. It's not super fancy (despite the name), but the staff there was friendly and I have kept my acrylic french manicure on for two weeks now and that's saying something! There is definitely some lifting, but I tend to have more lifting than other people. I did take one star off because the business next door is a martial arts studio and there was loud bumping music right on the other side of the wall. I know they can't really help that, but it did get a bit irritating. Also, I do not like it when the staff talk to each other in another language so you can't understand them. I was the only customer there and they had an entire conversation about who knows what. It just makes me a bit uneasy. Luckily I did not have to wait as there were two people finishing up when I walked in, but I could imagine the wait time being quite long during peak hours. The nail tech did a great job and took his time, which is uncommon when going to places like this in my experience (I'm sure that was partially due to the fact that I was the only customer). I do plan on going back for more services and trying out different services they offer. read more

I called in advance of going to this nail salon and asked what time they closed. They said 6 pm but said to be there by 5 pm. I arrived at the parking lot at 5 pm and walked in the door at 5:02pm. They refused to service me and were rude. I would stay away considering the rudeness and the lack of customer service. I'm one who believes things happen for a reason. When I was looking for a place to write this review I see that on Yelp they have many negative reviews and not even rated a 1.5 out of 5 so likely I'm better off. read more
