Initially we had a consultation at the empty house to discuss the ideas my wife and I had for the each room, show her our favorite colors, what we planned on using each room, and immediately on the spot she came up with great suggestions already! We got a more elaborate design document with the proposed changes that she made, and everything was extremely helpful, from choosing decoration to the furniture quality and colors that would go well. All the process was very smooth and both Sanaz and her whole team were extremely responsive all the time, taking care of our requests with a lot of thought. Given that the house needed some renovations, she recommended a contractor that did the work perfectly (thanks, Ivan!) from Redesign Construction, and for final delivery of all furniture, everything was handled by 27 Diamonds with white glove delivery. I had 3 different companies visit my residence to share their offerings, receive recommendations, and obtain quotes. One was low-priced, but after their visit, left me with no confidence in their knowledge and abilities. Another company provided helpful consultation and nice offerings but at a ridiculously high price. I then called Liberty. Steve, their salesman, was knowledgeable and helpful in providing us with solutions that met all our expectations and for a reasonable price. Within 2 weeks, my shades were delivered and installed. Oscar and Creek came fully prepared for our installation and did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional. I love my new shades and am extremely satisfied with Liberty Home Products. It's not often these days to find a company that provides this level of service and value.

After finally getting "new construction" windows installed, we decided to go with larger 4 1/2" shutters. We were so nervous because not many people get that size, but we decided to go for it and boy do we love them! Everyone that comes over says our home has a "beachy vibe" with the large shutters. They look so nice with our painless windows! We only had one issue with the 2018 shutters in the bathroom rusting. ISD said to order the waterproof replacement would run us $650 for a small window but that seems a bit too much. ISD brought a new rustless magnet and made it look a lot better. Overall we are very happy with the way the new large shutters turned out, and happy with how the older 3 1/2" held up in the bedroom.

Victoria was fantastic in coming up with a design that worked with the space, and she walked me through picking design elements, finishes, and fixtures that would work together and have am inviting, beachy, cohesive look throughout the whole house! Victoria worked to figure out how I use the house and what changes would improve it for me. Victoria created a design that made the space much more welcoming, and suggested subtle changes to the floorplan that made the house more functional and gave it a much better flow. She made renderings and designs to visualize the result, and make sure the contractors understood the design and intent. She made a spreadsheet with alternatives for materials and appliances with costs that helped to plan the project going in, and helped me avoid going over budget on a down-to-the-studs remodel on the whole house. Victoria helped manage the project including working with the general contractor to make sure work was performed correctly and in accordance with the design. I was in the market to get a couple of new pieces to add to my condo, and Francisco was available to answer my questions. Francisco provided me with additional touches and color scheme that I had not thought about-which was a tremendous help. He even offered to view my space, take measurement so that I could make sure that the pieces I was looking for fit in the space.
