I've been a patient of Studio B for close to 12 years! I cant believe I haven't left a review yet- as Dr. B does great work! Dr. B is a cosmetic dentist and has State-of-the-Art technology. When he does any procedure he makes sure that everything in my mouth looks great- or offers a suggestion for what to do. I've long been fascinated with his new gadgets that help him perform a better service. His team of technicians are super friendly, and supportive of one another and very knowledgeable. Also, for longer appointments (like teeth whitening) he has new release movies that he offers to his patients. I visit both the Phoenix and Scottsdale locations. Side note: the Phoenix one is pretty cool- as he is the official Phoenix Suns Dentist- his office is in the Suns medical building- and you never know who you will run into there! read more

This is a Rich-Man's Dentist. The quality is great, the service is great and they will try to up-sell you every time. I took out a loan and paid 50K (not covered) to get my entire mouth reconstructed and was also told that my compromised bite would be fixed as well. It was never addressed and was a huge disappointment for me. I've sent several patients to them who were dissatisfied because they had to deal with being up-sold and their high prices. When they asked for feedback, they really want positive feedback or little criticism. I gave them both negative and positive feed back (a few times too many), It was suggested to me by Dr. Badalato to move on. He didn't care to take responsibility for his miscommunication and misunderstanding and that is shame because he's good at what he does. I ran a successful high-end business for 15 years and there are two rules to follow... Rule #1 - The client is ALWAYS Right and Rule #2 - If you think the client is wrong, refer to Rule #1~! It would benefit Studio B Smiles to post that in their office. The bottom line is... No matter where you go, until you know who you are doing business with.... Buyer Be Aware. There are way too many dentists in the valley all catering to different economic backgrounds. I'm sticking with a sophisticated practice with moderate prices. PS. Studio B should be called Studio R. R stands for ripoff. First I had to wait in waiting room for 30 minutes. Received a brutal harsh cleaning and checkup. The hygienist said I had five cavities. Six months later returned to my regular dentist and low and behold I have no cavities. This is an atrocious way of running a business. read more

I was referred here by a friend and the customer service was amazing. Misti at the front helped me figure out if my insurance would cover my cleaning and treatment. She even called them and spoke with them directly for me. Cara and Ashley were so friendly and personable during the cleaning. Then Dr. B came in and I spoke with him about my cosmetic concerns. I have been working with Dr. B for years. I had six veneers on the top and eight on the bottom done. The staff and Dr. B have been incredible all through my journey. I grew up with a badly chipped front tooth on the top and a medium sized space between my top front teeth. After consulting Dr. B, I used Invisalign for eight months and then started the process of remaking my smile. All of the self-consciousness was gone and I have never again had to worry about my smile. I finally had one I loved. I'm not a big "cosmetic fix" guy, but my smile had bothered me for so long. I'm so glad I made the decision I did. One thing I want you all to know: If I have an issue, ever, with one of my teeth, Dr. B is quick to address the issue and find the best resolution. I just had my first appointment at Studio B smiles and I must say I was very impressed. It's a beautiful office with very high tech equipment. The staff is extremely professional and organized and very kind. They treat all their patients like a VIP. My dental hygienist was Kristin. She was so sweet and caring about my comfort level. She's extremely smart and thorough. I was cold in the room and she provided me with a snuggie and addressed all of my concerns with my teeth. Dr. Badalato then examined my teeth promptly as my cleaning was finished. He then discussed my x-rays with me and came up with a treatment plan to correct a funky crown that I had got gotten at a different dentist in Scottsdale. I will definitely be back and I am proud to be a patient here and would recommend this dentist to anyone. On a side note, Dr. B also fixed my boyfriends teeth and he is quite the miracle worker. I couldn't be happier with my smile makeover from Dr. B! I was extremely nervous to change my teeth because I didn't want my veneers to look fake. As promised a quick update- I just got the final veneers on and I love them ! The first templates they made were better than the ones I was replacing but Dr B and his staff felt they could do better. And there was something I too wasn't "in love with". So they did new temps and I immediately liked those ones. Dr b and staff went through them with a fine toothpick making minor changes to report to the veneer place. We then went over colors. And Dr B gave me his suggestions for the characteristics on the teeth; which I felt totally confident that he knew best, so I went with his expertise and I am so happy with those results. While wearing the temps and waiting for the new ones, I sent a handful of emails to Brittainy who I love ! She never made me feel like I was "bothering" them, and with each of my questions or concerns they did their magic and I ended up with a better then expected smile! I completely recommend dr b and his staff. They have such a great process, you can tell they use an A rated veneer place, and they really know their stuff, I am so happy with the results!
