From the hook to hang your purse, a cute handle on the back of each chair, making it easy to slide out. I love whatever kind of machine she puts over your nail as she's grinding to remove the previous gel polish so it actually sucks it up like a vacuum, and we're not breathing in all that dust and choking on it!! It makes the entire salon soooo much cleaner. They use 2 gel lamps so you can be comfortably setting the gel on one hand as she works on the other. Directed to a pedicure seat after picking a sparkly red color and the worker got going. Picked #1 on the pedicure options list. He did a Great job cleaning up my toes. Great atmosphere too! Calm. Nice music playing. Comfortable. Massage after cleaning up and it felt GREAT! Very relaxing! Adding damp warm towels with it & massaging chair too! Red shimmer polish after that and complete! Adore!! Unfortunately I can't remember the nail tech/hair stylist's name, but to my surprise at the end of this horrific experience she informed she was the co owner. I came in for a hair color, and a full set with a design. I showed her a photo that was posted on this page. Thinking if someone in this salon created the nail design she could mimic it. It looks like a child drew a flower on my nail. Completely disgusting. How in the world can you be a owner of a nail salon and look someone in the face like "I'm done" and not realize this is not okay?! Hair dye: Omfg! I wanted to get my hair dyed, because I have a lot of grays in the front of my hair, and was getting my hair braided 2 weeks after I was to get my hair dyed. I showed her the crotchet braids, in order for her to match the braid. Mind you it was a freakin simple brown with a reddish tone. Which shouldn't be any type of a challenge for a professional and mindful hair stylist who owns a hair salon (so you would think. My hair turned out dark ASF (black). Her response: I'm at the counter getting ready to pay. If this was years ago I would if most likely cussed her out. After I spoke to her in a respectful tone, not sassy at all. I think it's just inappropriate to straight up to tell your guest that its my own fault that my nails are crooked.
