I had a pretty bad accident with a pothole I thought my car could take (Subaru Crosstrek). Totally and absolutely wrecked the front side drivers side and the rim. The tow truck driver brought me to my Subaru dealership, it was late at night, he left her on the street outside and gave me Studio city Auto body's info. Nick met me the next morning, took my key, took my car to the shop and we waited for insurance (they were running slow- insurance not Nick), then beat the quote from insurance by 8 days. The people there are amazing, they explained things, they took care of my car and even offered to help me get window tinting at a decent rate on request. My job is stressful and I know for a lot of people life is stressful in general, and the guys here seriously helped me with every step, were communicative and just downright awesome. They did a wonderful job repairing a scratch on my rear liftgate. I bought a brand new Subaru and the very next day scratched the rear hatchback door. Had the door open and pulled forward a few inches under the open garage door. Didn't realize the liftgate of this new car was much taller than my old car, hence the scratch. I felt like such a dummy... It wasn't long but was deep, right through the paint. Studio Custom was suggested to me by the dealership. I contacted the owner, Nick, and he was able to get me in a few days later. They kept the car for a couple of days, during which they filled the scratch and painted the area. They were able to mask off the area rather than having to repaint the entire door. (Another body shop wanted $1000 to remove the entire door and repaint it.) When I picked the car up, you couldn't tell there had ever been a scratch. I was very pleased and would gladly recommend them for future work. Nick explained that he doesn't like to take people's money for unnecessary repairs, and often discourages fixing small scratches that require expensive painting. They'll do it if you want, but you can expect a fair assessment from them about the cost vs. benefit. Give them a call. read more

Narbeh "Nick" and his crew are miracle workers! I smashed the rear bumper on my 2017 F250, damaging not only the bumper, but also the aluminum bed and backing sensor. Since it was my fault, I didn't make an insurance claim sucking up the repair cost without a spike in my premiums. Nick tried finding me a bumper off pick a part with no luck- trying to keep the cost down. He ordered me factory parts as my truck was perfect (minus my boneheaded backing). Next he prepared me for a possible costly side panel for my bed but had a talented welder do some great aluminum welding saving me over $2,000 on the bed! Nick's guys sanded and painted my factory chrome "Platinum" tailgate piece to match the body color. (To me the chrome was just too much!) I was SO EXCITED to see my truck look better than new! I could not see where the welding was done on the bed panel and the bumper is as good as new! I wish I still had a pick of the before to show how I damaged the bumper down to its frame and the bed. I thought more bodywork needed to be done, replacing the front fender, however Nick showed me all that was needed was a minor part to fix it. They used to be located in Toluca Lake on Riverside Drive near my home, but it was worth driving a few extra minutes over to Glendale. They put on a rare Audi Sport OEM carbon fiber body body kit, titanium exhaust, and a special brake cooling kit to help get my car ready for the track. I randomly drove into this body shop looking for help with my car's side mirror that was hanging on by a wire. Someone walked up to me right away and offered a quick fix on the spot.
