Had a good experience here getting a second lobe piercing. The whole process was super easy from beginning to end. Filled out consents, chose my jewelry and I was well on my way to getting pierced. I went with a friend and they were able to accompany me in the room. The room was clean and felt sterile which I appreciated, but still was cute inside. My piercer did an amazing job and let me double check placement. You can venmo them before leaving to thank them for their service! I appreciate the follow up emails walking you through the healing process as well as when it was time to come back to change your backings to shorter ones. That process in itself was fast as well. Buyer Beware - Studs is colleting your Birthdate and Driver's License information and Sharing it with Third Parties! When you show your ID to prove your age you may not realize it but they are scanning and storing sensitive information (Date of Birth & Drivers License Number) and most likely selling it to Data Brokers. I have repeatedly asked them to delete the information for two weeks now and I keep getting canned emails that say they are working on it. Knowing this I would have never purchased their service and I deeply regret it. The service itself was good as was the person providing the service. I would urge the Manager of the Store to try to work with Corporate to fix this issue. read more

I had an earring hole close up, just one hole. They were able to take me in right away after filling out all the waivers. I've never had my ear pierced with a needle, it had always been done with a gun. I have to say the needle is so much better! I like that they use the nap earrings where it's a flat back so it doesn't poke your head. It was quick and painless and now I'm considering doing redoing my cartilage that has also closed up. I got pierced here in December and was told at the time that downsizing was free. When I came back for my downsize after my piercings healed, I was informed they had changed their policy in January and now charge $10 per piercing and that this applies even to piercings done before the policy change. I understand businesses update their policies, but charging customers retroactively for a service they were promised for free at the time of purchase is poor practice. There was no communication about the change, no grandfather clause for existing clients, and no flexibility offered. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I bought my daughter at the end of December for a piercing. At that time, the service was fine -- they were attentive while earning my business. I was clearly told that we SHOULD return in two months to change the long backing to a shorter one for FREE. When we returned today within the recommended time frame, a staff named Mia Rin, who claimed to be the manager, told me I would now have to pay $10 per backing. I explained that I had been told the change would be FREE, but she said the company changed its policy on January 1 -- just one week after my piercing. This is not about the extra $20. It's about integrity and customer service. If the company changed its policy, that should not apply to customers who were promised something at the time of purchase. I came back exactly when they instructed me to -- I wasn't asking for anything beyond what was originally promised. Instead, I was told that I was "not required" to change the backing if I didn't want to pay. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I tried to express my disappointment, the attitude I received was rude and defensive. Policies may change, but honoring commitments made to customers should not. Based on this experience and the poor service I received, I will not be returning. If you choose to go here, be aware that additional charges may come up after your initial purchase. read more

Everything was clean and the process itself was easy. This studio offers everything you may need while getting piercings- like hair ties- which I also appreciated. What I really liked was that she checked if I had the anatomy for it, which showed true examination instead of mindlessly piercing my rook, and gave me options of whether my right or my left ear was better in terms of my rook's anatomy. All of the workers were super friendly and the piercer was super comforting. I got my helix pierced and the second the needle went through I knew something went wrong. It bled far more than any other piercing I had ever gotten. After about 6 months of having the piercing I finally decided to take it out because it never healed and always hurt, plus it was starting to develop a piercing bump. I've gotten pierced here twice. The first time I had a great experience at the front getting checked in with a girl who had a bob. The second day I went back there was a different girl in the front who was completely unwelcoming and negative. I was pretty frustrated with her and her attitude by the time I finished checking in and picking my jewelry. I think the only time she smiled was when she told me she got to tell multiple people that week that the piercing jewelry they wanted was not going to work with their anatomy. If I remember correctly she had dark, frizzy, curly hair. Other than that, piercers are very friendly. read more
