Worst experience ever, now that i can see my nails good they are horrible so thick and cover some of the sides, if i look closely some of the shapes look off. When i was there i was the last one to leave and i had been there for 3:30 hours, the girl took 3 hrs to do my nails everyone who came before me left before me. The girl was obviously new me being nice i gave her a chance and my fault for doing sooo i paid 35 for short squared nails. i basically threw my money in the trash. And to top it off my nails are hurting really bad this has neverrr happened to me before!!!!. The whole experience was just awful. I DON'T recommend and i WON't be returning!!!! read more

So I've been to this nail salon TWICE because I didn't really like my first time experience. The FIRST time I went I was greeted and escorted to a chair for my pedicure. The lady that did my toes (gel burgundy) was awesome because she really got in my nails. I got my nails done as well medium and oval, gel with chrome powder. When I left I was in love with my nails BUT by the end of the next day, a few of my nails had the chrome fade off and the black underneath was showing. The a few days later I noticed that the shine from my toes was wearing off as well. I was UNHAPPY. I did arrive at 7pm so they were rushing by the time I was almost finished getting my nails done. I decided to give the place another chance. So far I'm loving my nails. I had the young guy do them (idk his name) and he did amazing so far. It's been a week since I got them done. My pedicure as well is still perfect. Second set was gray for my hands and gel lilac purple for my toes. So far I am HAPPY with my results the 2nd time around. One of the most horrible nail experience in my life I when in since my regular nail lady was not in town for memorial weekend and I needed my nails done so I dicide to give it a try I normally get a overlay since I let my nails grow and just have acrylic added to the top so my nails will be strong lady that attende me was told I needed an overlay. I informed her I wanted the acrylic super thin and natural looking since some of my nails still had acrylic they would of just needed to be refilled lady doing my nails dicides to remove the acrylic that just needed to be refilled with a plastic nail tip witch hurt a lot forcing my regular grown nail to be ripped off with the acrylic I let her continue doing my nails thinking she would do a good job she added new acrylic to all my nails making everything worse the acrylic was extremely thick the color was like water down really see through she had to add about 4 coats and to end it off I had to pay $36 dollars for the most shity nails when I normally pay $26, now comes to my mind why it was so lonely in ther for being a nail salon on memorial weekend I will never go back do not recommend at all just save your self a bad nails bad customer service and over price shity nails read more

so, me and my friends decided to come here for the cheap prices and good quality we heard this place has, so my friend got her nails cut and polished and they looked amazing! but after she was done she sat on the side waiting for us to finish, 10minutes later and the nail polish started to come off, so she went back to her helper and told her, instead of helping and taking care of the customer she started to yell at her, then the owner of the establishment came and said redo the nails but you and your friends are never welcomed here again, all the worker did was put a clear see through coat, instead of the red color she had, they wouldn't and never did reput red polish on her nails and kicked us out after... this place has terrible customer service and terrible quality ! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! never again will I come here. I took off my nails immediately after I got home they were so ugly the shapes weren't even symmetrical to each other. I paid 100 for mani and pedi. "Spa Pedi w/ callus removal" was done under 10 minutes the results were horrible worst place ever!! My nails had glue everywhere were crooked and so off shape when I told the guy something he denied it and kept saying it was my natural nail shape never have I had this problem this place sucks. He even had the audacity to ask for tip... everyone who came in after me was complaining too they should listen more to the customers and take more nail classes read more

Horrible customer service! They attend other people to come after you making you wait longer and staying at the store for more than two hours. The massage chairs do not work. The older lady who seems to be one of the owners have a very bad attitude and the girl with glasses as well. They make you feel like they're doing you a favor instead of the other way around. Decided to give this place a shot.. I should have read reviews first. The girl who did my mani and pedi cut my finger, its two days later my finger is swollen and I'm pretty sure its infected. I do no recommend this place at all. The place is cute looks clean but I went with 2 of my girlfirends and not one of us liked the service. NEVER AGAIN. I didn't post a review after my visit a few days ago out of fear for my life! Seriously! The only reason this place is getting 1 star from me is because there is no lower option. Where do I begin? At first glance, this place looks new and clean. The spa itself is cute and well kept. I walked in because my usual place was closed the day I came in. The place is "chola run" but I thought no big deal, at least these are girls I can communicate with. I was the only girl there and yet it still took 3 HOURS for a simple manicure and pedicure! 3 HOURS!!!! The girl who did my nails spent more time texting than actually providing service. Between her and the girl with the weasel tattoo I heard the f-word more times than ever in my life! In front of children! They didn't clean or cut my cuticles, there was no cuticle oil, no massage, nothing. She literally only filed my nails and painted them. And the paint job looked like an 8 year old did it. It was AWFUL. and I was still charged $65! To make matters worse, all the while I was in the chair the nail artist spent those 3 hours telling me all about her multiple stays in prison and how the cops were out to get her and what not. PRISON!!! It was ridiculous how unprofessional this place is. I highly doubt they're even licensed. I noticed plaques on the wall with makeshift certificates in them that weren't even filled in! I didn't see a single license anywhere the way you would at an Asian owned nail spa. After visiting this place I checked out the reviews here and am not surprised to see so many bad ones. I only wish I had seen them before I made the horrible mistake of walking in to this nightmare of a place. I'm seriously scarred for life! Needless to say I will not be even driving by this place again and I've made sure none of my friends and family are either. You're better off doing your own nails at home. Just 3 days later I had to go back to my usual place and get my nails re-done because I couldn't keep walking around with the horrible job this place did. I know it's a fairly new place, so I'll give it 5 stars for the place. Really cute and modern, CLEAN, not like what you find in regular old nail salons with old nail polishes and cheaply ones. Ladies there seem pretty nice and she'll ask you what exactly it is you want and makes sure you like the work. Downside of it all, it took forever. At first I started regretting coming here immediately because I got the sense that she was fairly new to what she was doing and it looked like it was her first time. She didn't even use the little file machine. She had two files and a buffer and she did them one by one. I was in a rush so this irked me quite a bit. Another thing is they're full set is a little steep. 25, but it's gel so you take what you give I guess. Doesn't matter if you opt gel, it's the same price. I personally do not like thick nails, and I guess it's because they're acrylic nails start off thick, that I didn't really get what I want. But it was pretty close, I'm picky like that. If you're coming in for a regular mani-pedi it's great. Not so much for a set if you're picky and impatient like me. read more
