This review is strictly for my eyebrow wax. I took the time to be very patient knowing there's a language barrier to explain that I'd like my eyebrows with their same classic Arch and please don't make them thinner. Just clean them up. Anyways, one eye brow is skinnier than the other. Not to mention that she made BOTH ENDS of my brows super skinny and the front of my brows are the same as when I walked in making them BUSHIER than the corners she waxed off. So I just look super angry.... Lol! The point is I tried to tell her I was unhappy and she told me that it was "OK" and that I can "draw in with a pencil"........... I was gonna use her tip to buy a new pencil apparently however I don't wear makeup lol. I don't like being rushed and ignored, no oil, no massage, I felt weird asking for that stuff that usually comes normal anywhere else with a brow wax... Just want to be respected and listened too like everyone else. I don't want to put the "racism card" out there because I think that's silly but who knows anymore. Her comment about using makeup to fix her mistake was sad. I probably won't be back just because I can get great nails and wax somewhere else together. 2 stars instead of 1 cause I'm nice. However can't wait to start my new job with uneven eyebrows tomorrow. read more

This is a bad nail salon . Don't go . I went to them for 1.5 years . The man i went to John does not like conversation . Complete silence . He was always late sometimes by 25 minutes . The rates went up by 5.00 because of Covid he says even though they were open for business knock 3 times get it !!! .They even charge for a credit use 1.00 . When i would give him his tip in cash he would put it in his pocket and walk off , no thank you ever ...1 time he did my nails and told me to go wash my hands .
