This shop has such beautiful, unique dresses to choose from. I immediately could tell the owners of this small business are purposeful in choosing the designers in which they stock. There are comfortable sized fitting rooms/mirrored areas for you and your party to be seated with ample natural lighting. Overall, the ambiance is very relaxing and staff is helpful, supportive, but not over the top/pushy in the least bit. Maddie was so extremely helpful in helping me find my wedding dress. I was able to find a next day appointment, come in with my vision & price point, and from there it was a team effort to find my dress.. even though her first pick was my winner! In a nut-shell, Hope was either having a challenging day, or I'd be bummed for her if this was her everyday personality. Our consultant Hope's personality was just rather dry, egotistical & lacked any warmth. It seemed to be "business as usual" & a could care less feeling. She did seem knowledgeable about some dresses tho. Appreciated that . Before long, there was "tariff" talk... blah blah... If this was our bride's first bridal appointment, it would have RUINED wedding dress shopping for her! Thankfully she had amazing experiences at other boutiques and this was the only disappointment. The receptionist showed us to the room and mentioned to our bride that they are understaffed, the rain is delaying people, and that our stylist will be with us shortly. We said we were OK with waiting but the stylist never came. Our bride told the receptionist that she prefers a-line and cat-eye necklines, within 10 minutes, she brought the dresses in. She told the bride in the changing room that she never does this. WE CAN TELL! She brought in mermaid dresses, failed to clip in the bride, didnt say anything except if shes ready to change dresses.This is not the receptionist's fault, but its been over 15 minutes since our start time so where is the actual stylist? and why are you telling us you've never done this but are STILL doing it??? After the second dress, out bride asked if we can communicate with the boutique team to get dresses that she actually likes, maybe some that she saw when she browsed. We found 1 and asked the receptionist if she can try it, and she said sure. Another employee, Hope (?), was at the front desk and said that dress is $5k and out of her budget, you should ask her if she wants to try it on bc we dont want to break her heart. At this point the boutique was empty and we did not see any other employees or stylists. When our bride came out in the third dress, we were asking how she was feeling when the random employee (hope) appeared. She did not introduce herself to the bride, she stood next to the mirror and asked if shes been to other appointments, what shops, etc. She mentioned there is a sister shop in orange that has the "trendy" neckline our bride is looking for. She said her shop has a different buying experience, where designers are more "classic" and only release one collection a year, and that the other shop is better for our budget. She walked away saying That's just my opinion! The receptionist asked what we wanted to do then, and we chose to end the appointment. Our bride really liked the first dress, but after our experience, we will not be shopping here or at the sister store (Maison Mariee by TC in orange). TLDR: It was a waste of time - we never saw our stylist and a random employee told us to go to their sister store for trendy pieces within our budget since we cannot afford their classic dresses. Unorganized and unprofessional, and would not recommend. read more

I'm really disappointed with how my sister's dress sizing was handled. I was there when she was measured and was specifically told she was between two sizes. She chose the SMALLER of the two sizes, knowing she might need to lose a little weight before the wedding. When the dress came in early, she was actually nervous to try it on because she hadn't lost much weight yet. Imagine our surprise when the dress was HUGE on her. Not slightly loose.. large enough that it clearly needs significant alterations. What's frustrating is that the store is now expecting her to pay for those alterations. If she had ordered a larger size against their recommendation, that would be one thing. But she relied on the professional sizing and guidance of their staff and even chose the smaller size they recommended. I understand bridal sizing can be different and alterations are sometimes necessary, but when the sizing is this far off, I don't think the customer should be responsible for the full cost of correcting it. It honestly leaves a bad taste in my mouth and makes the process feel like customers are being set up to spend even more money on alterations. I really hope the store makes this right and at minimum provides some credit. This should be an exciting experience for a bride.. not an unexpected additional expense caused by inaccurate sizing. Lastly, customer service is AWFUL. I called many times with no answer to discuss this. read more

Styled by TC was such a delightful surprise for me. I was in town visiting from Las Vegas and as a newly engaged fiance, I wanted to see what California bridal shops had to offer. Styled by TC was able to fit me in an appointment the day of and my consultant, Hope gave me great suggestions and found dresses that fit what I was looking for! This store is in the same plaza as Whole Foods in Brea. Parking was easy and I was also happy that Styled by Tc was able to start the appointment about 20 minutes prior to my appointment time. I tried on amazing dresses by Allure, Maggie Sottero, Calle Blanche, and my favorite, Alyssa Monique. I loved the detail and quality. I will knock one star, because I felt very discouraged after finding out that all the dresses I tried on were out of my budget. Hope however gave me hope about their sample sale in a few months and showed me some dresses that would be included so that made me feel much better. Though I tried 8 dresses, I did not find "the one." But I am glad I went because now I have a clearer idea of what I want. Thank you Hope for my experience. For my first bridal appointment, I sent over a few styles I was interested in beforehand, and when I arrived everything was already pulled and ready to go. My daughter came here to try on dresses and made an appointment on a non busy Friday afternoon. I have no idea why the customer service is atrocious and done so by the owner herself. Her demeanor was snobby and unwelcoming. This was the 4th bridal shop my daughter has gone to for dresses so we definitely have an idea of what a good experience is supposed to be like for fittings. Hope would bring dresses out that were no where near what my daughter had in mind even though she was given some inspo photos and styles. The other thing Hope did was to say the prices of the dress that my daughter was considering had already gone up due to tariffs? Really? We called another dress shop in Newport who was kind enough to let us know that exact dress wouldn't have tariffs going into effect until the following week. The whole experience left an ick feeling so would definitely pass on this place. read more

I got my dress here for my wedding in October. Everything went smoothly, we paid over 3K for what we thought was a high quality dress :( On my wedding day, I barely walked in it and a few of the buttons broke off. Then When I was taking pictures, my friend pointed out my dress had been dragging bc the hook broke off. At this point, I was pretty disappointed and embarrassed considering I what to a nice boutique. At my dinner, the hook (that holds the top of my dress) came undone and this just about ruined my night. To top it off, the strap broke when I went to put it on the hanger that night. When I brought the dress in and told the stylist, they said this all "must have happened while dancing" and refused to do anything to give us any type of credit back. When I emailed the owners Ali and Emily, they said because they don't know what happened to the dress and I could be lying, they refused to give back any credit. My dress is currently being fixed and I have yet to get it back from them. I was so sad by their response, and the prices for the cheap dresses. I would not recommend this place or their sister store for this reason. I felt as those Ali and Emily only cared for the sale, but refused to back the quality. read more

Krickit was my stylist and she was amazing-- so sweet, personal, helpful and incredibly patient, and she took the time to understand what I liked and didn't like about each dress. I had an amazing experience with Styled by TC Bridal! After feeling a little hopeless that I wasn't going to find my dress (had gone to a few wedding dress stores beforehand), I was SO thrilled that we had booked an appointment here. I felt like the quality of gowns that Styled by TC had was far better than anything I had seen at other stores. The staff was super helpful throughout the process too. Always transparent and helpful. I provided my budget and they were super respectful of making sure they stayed within it. My stylist was perfect and really understood my style. The first dress she selected for me was my dress!!!!! I mentioned I loved the classic style of Amsale dresses but thought it was outside of the budget. My stylist found me my DREAM Amsale dress that was IN budget. The team was also doing an Amsale trunk sale the following week and went ahead and adjusted the price of my dress before the trunk sale started. Given the dress buying process was a breeze, I also chose to do alterations here and it was a great experience too. The alterations made the dress fit like a glove. The team helped take a video so I could show my mom how to bustle the dress and were always so warm and welcoming when I came by. I also was running late to my alterations appointment (traffic coming from LA) and I called ahead and they were so helpful and accommodating when I showed up a bit late! I'm so sad to see some less than stellar reviews because my experience end to end was a 10/10. I would recommend to anyone to come here. I loved the staff and the overall experience. I couldn't find a bridal salon in the Phoenix area that carried the designer who makes the dress I wanted so I contacted Styled by TC. They carry Dany Tabet dresses and were able to order the dress I want. Emily was extremely helpful and always followed through. I have to pay to have my dress shipped to me from them but it's completely worth it to get my dream dress in the color and size that I want as well as the extra length I need since I'm quite tall. I haven't actually received my dress yet so if there are any issues I'll update this post, but do far I can't recommend this place enough and I've never even set foot in the shop. First, I want to thank Krickit for the best dress shopping experience. She pulled dresses that were not only in my price range, but also what suited my vision for the wedding and body type. She made me feel comfortable and provided a safe space for me to express my true opinions. Although some of the dresses she chose were beautiful and exactly what I asked for, she used her fashion designing expertise to pull a few that I wouldn't have chosen for myself. I did not feel like I was just another sale and particularly loved that she respected my budget of $1,500-$2,000. She tried her best to offer all the options in the store that fit my budget and did not tempt me to fall in love with anything higher in price point. I added tulle sleeves for $150. As I was visiting other bridal stores and was in-between my choices, Kricket made herself available outside of our appointment for any questions. The place is really cute but honestly the service is what really killed it for me. My older sister came in to try on a dress she really loved online, but the workers were lacking in communication and just overall a bit hostile. This is also the first bridal boutique I've been at where they don't allow you to bring in your own beverages, and they were quite rude about it when I asked. The dresses were also all increased in price due to tariffs but we were able to find the same dresses for a better price elsewhere. I purchased my wedding dress here months ago but just got married on 1/3/25. The original dress was sleeveless with the plan to add sleeves and modify a few other things on the dress. Please ONLY go to Esther. She is a magic woman and seamstress. Wow wow wow! I cannot stop talking about my experience here! I came to Styles by TC to find my wedding dress and I found the most perfect gown... even more perfect than what I had dreamed of! Their selection was amazing, so many gorgeous gowns made with incredible details. The service was impeccable.
