My eyes are sensitive either to light or glue so she rinses my lashes after she's done to help from any burning or redness. It went by really fast and it was funny to hear the customers next to me snoring bc they were so relaxed. (There was only quiet instrumental music in the background)I wish I remembered the name of the worker who helped me but she was really nice. They were clear with instructions on how to take care of them right after and I experienced very little discomfort throughout the whole process it just took some time to get use to the lashes. Basically the lashes look how my natural lashes would look with mascara - for $100. I began by requesting for a specific curl and they only had limited curl options. The glue they use makes your eye sting. I've never ever had my eyes sting with the other technicians I've gone to before. Then she's asking me to open my eyes to check out the final product, but has the fan on so i cannot - it just felt offputting, nothing special about the service. Didn't feel like an individualized set at all. The technician didn't even introduce herself to me. I recommend folks to go elsewhere, such as my favorite spot called Mouk in Lakewood. However, she still recommended doing a chemical peel and because I'm not that educated in skin treatments I proceeded with her recommendation. While one healed, one has still not gone away, and this is a facial I received late in December 2025. I went back a month later and asked the technician(different one) what the mark was. She said it was like acne post mark because of too much exfoliation with both the dermaplane and chemical peel . She said it should fade away and recommended me one of their expensive skin resurfacing products. I did not buy it and this was my last visit here. 3 months later, I still have this mark on my face so I have an appointment with the dermatologist soon. I would still recommend this place for maybe the basic $70 facial, it's pretty cheap and worth the money. I do not recommend any other special services because it seems some of the technicians may not be as educated and it's not worth messing up your skin.

I had my lashes done there several times, and every single time I ended up having to go back to have them fixed. My most recent experience was by far the worst. The lashes were extremely uncomfortable, actually painful, and were falling out in chunks. I ended up spending approximately six hours over two days going back and trying to get them corrected. At that point, I decided to go somewhere else. I went to another lash studio, and the difference was incredible.
