I visited today Nail Spa on Thursday January 16 for a manicure and pedicure, but by Monday 20, the polish had already chipped. During my manicure, the technician mistakenly applied the wrong polish. When I noticed and mentioned it, she said it was too late to fix the first layer and added two more coats of the correct color on top. Unfortunately, the result was not satisfactory. The polish on my index finger also peeled off, forcing me to trim my nail to make it less noticeable. read more

1st time here. Got a no chip Mani & Pedi. I was a able to call make and appt the same day. I got my no chip mani done in no time. Sat in the chair and waited and waited for my pedi. I waited more that usual. Then a different person did my pedi. They work they do it good. $62.00 later. . . Everything was fine except the wait time for my pedi. read more

The manager and staff are super kind, respectful and attentive. I usually get a no chip mani and pedi. Their work is effective and I leave a happy customer. My nails tend to last almost two weeks before they start to chip. And I was my hands often throughout the day. 10/10 recommend! read more

The salon is fine. It's very convenient to my house, so I end up here a lot. I've learned that you have to be very clear with what you want. Although Kenny is helpful along with some of the younger girls, I've had some trouble with a couple of the older ladies. They like to cut your toe nails very deep at the corners. I hate that, so I just speak up, loudly and clearly now. The color selections are good and there are usually plenty of people working, which is key. It's just not that luxurious, but I supposed I shouldn't expect that for the price. read more

Not sure how many stars to give it. The first time I went my nails turned out wonderful the second time it turned out ok but my full set of nails didn't even last two days. One of the nails came off. If you go there you need to have the guy work on your nails. I think he might be the owner. He is really good. Don't go to the lady. read more

I said something to her during and after but nothing was changed. -Made my fingers bleed -Didn't finish shaping/file my nails so they were extremely uneven and rugged -Sides of nails left unpainted but somehow still got nail polish on my fingers -Looked extremely rushed but there was no one waiting to go next It was cheap but i'd rather pay more money for a manicure that is actually decent or I would just do them myself at home read more

I had a horrible experience here today and so did my mom. We went in for dip manicures. We did a walk-in since it was our first time there. I consider myself particular in how I like my services and so does my mom because ultimately we pay for it and we tip very well. However, the two ladies who did our nails seemed to be in a very bad mood when asked to fix things. The lady who helped my mom even told my mom to essentially shut up. read more

I went there for a pedi and mani on Monday (8/4/2014). I was in and out of there in less than 40 mins or so...I felt rushed and I wasn't at all in a hurry. More ladies started to filter in the longer I was there and the faster the service went. I understand time is money and so are people that walk in but I was here first and should be able to enjoy my service and not be hurried along. You know its bad when the customer can feel or knows your moving fast to get to the next person. I work in the service industry- I'm an esthetican so I understand moving fast to be able to service all clients in a timely manner. But I don't make my clients feel rushed nor give them a bad service because I have walk in's waiting. This was my 3rd time there. I don't think I will be going back!....I tried, I wanted to like it but he guy that I had was super quick (which isn't always a good thing), he never asked me which pedicure I wanted. Also, in there menu it says that there is a scrub that comes with the basic pedi- NOT once have I gotten that with my pedi service the 3 times I have been nor have they asked if I wanted it-what is up with that?? The only good thing was that he painted my nails really well. But the rest of the services I feel he fell flat. I would of appreciated being asked what service I wanted instead of him doing his own thing. read more

It was dirty. And the equipment that was used was very dirty, I hope I don't get a staff infection. The manicurest did not do a good job on the nails I paid for. The owner was very mad he had to fix her mistake, he nor she was ever apologetic, instead/ were very rude. In spite of it I was kind. And said thank you. I even tipped her. It's the rite thing to do. My wife and daughter went here to get a mani/pedi. My wife came home to tell me that my daughter and her were treated poorly during their visit. Again there are so many choices out there. They will never go back here and if you are reading this review ladies, I would recommend going to a different nail salon. Wish I could give a zero star rating here especially when my 8 year old daughter knows how she should be treated and realized how poor they are there. I would give it zero if I could. Went here for mani/pedi prior to vacation. Pedi started to peel off within 3 days and the Mani started to bubble, curl and peel within 5. The real nightmare started when the polish came off. My fingernails are thin, brittle, and peeling - the layers are literally coming off. This is from ONE GEL POLISH. Ladies, avoid this place. I don't know what they did to destroy my nails, but don't let it happen to you. read more

I'm fairly satisfied with the no-chip mani and spa pedi I receive. I pay $60 for both services. I have been a patron of this salon, off and on , for about 3 years. I have never felt like the nail tech was trying to rush. In fact, I will forever ask for Lee, the male tech. I feel that, no matter how busy the salon is, he takes his time and has a very gentle touch. The owners are super sweet and ALWAYS remember me, even if I have been away for months. They don't make you feel like they are doing YOU a favor, like I feel at some other salons. They are genuinely happy to have my business. This all, of course, is only MY humble opinion ;) read more

I don't write many reviews, and writing a review for a nail salon is not what I envisioned as something I'd ever do, so it goes without saying it's gotta be good if a guy is writing about a pedicure. My wife has been going here for years and I've always heard what a good job they do at Today Nail Spa. I've had reservations about the whole pedicure thing for guys. However, after multiple hip and knee surgeries, I decided to give it a try since my flexibility is so limited. I have to say, Helen and Julie are outstanding. Helen knew I was more than a little uncomfortable comic in, but she put me at ease almost immediately. I have been coming back for 2 years now and working with Helen. She is absolutely outstanding. I can't say enough about this place and the people who work here. Kenny, the owner, is a great guy as well. Quality work and a friendly atmosphere makes this place one of my favorites. read more

Horrible service! It took 2 hours for a no chip French. The first lady that did my nails messed on where u could see the lines on the pink part of my nail. She continued to fix but wasn't successful. They sat me with another person that started completely over on my nails and did a much better job. I was still charged full price even though i was their for 2 hrs. I will never go back! Okay so I like trying new salons because i have yet to find one i love. I was slightly disappointed. I got a No Chip and a pedi. I picked a grey color for my no chip and the polish that went on looked brown tinted and NOTHING like the sample. But the gentleman paid very close attention to my cuticles and making sure my nails were even so that was nice. My pedi was nice and the girl did a good job. My daughter and have been going to this salon for the past couple of months. I have had three bad experiences here and will never go back again. 1) I got fungus on one of my acrylic nails which hasn't happened to me in over 20 years. The owner, Anna, said it was because I needed a new set. So the next time when I called to make an appointment I asked them to give me a new set. When I went in for my appointment, Anna's husband worked on my nails and he just did a fill. I'm so confused.....do I need a new set or not? 2) I had to have a couple of my nails replaced. The technician, Tammy, started talking in another language in a really angry voice when I asked her to soak off the old nails rather than pry them off. 3) Kenny (name of one of the owners, Anna's husband, I think) gave me a hard time because I put glitter polish on top of my regular polish. It was hard to remove. He kept shaking his head like I had done something horrible. Also, I saw Kenny treat another customer very rude when she said she was very picky about her nails and asked if her nail tech was any good. I will NEVER set foot in this nail salon again and I won't recommend them to anyone. read more

Terrible. My nails were cut down by over half asked if i wanted more cut down and they are practically to my fingers. The were filed uneven. The polish is hard and gritty like sand paper. I was cut and i have polish all over my fingers. Unfortunately i had to pay cause now i have to go else where to get them fixed read more
