    Listen to me when I tell you, we came in planning to lease one vehicle... and drove home with two! That alone should tell you how incredible our experience was. From the moment we walked through the doors, this team made us feel like family. Megan, the General Manager, took the time to run multiple scenarios and gave us several options without ever making us feel pressured. She listened to what we wanted and worked hard to make it happen. Then we had the pleasure of working with Gary, our salesperson, who was absolutely phenomenal. His knowledge of the 2026 Subaru Outback Limited was impressive. Every question we had was answered with confidence, and he took the time to explain all of the features and technology so we felt comfortable and excited about our decision. Gordon in Finance made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car incredibly easy. As fellow veterans, we bonded over our military service, and he even took the time to give me advice on ways to potentially improve my VA disability rating. That wasn't part of his job, it was simply someone looking out for another veteran. That personal touch meant more to me than he probably realizes. To top it all off, Al and Nick stayed after closing to make sure everything was completed. No one rushed us. They made sure both vehicles were washed, fueled up, and ready to go before we left. I've purchased several vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say this was the smoothest, easiest, and most enjoyable car-buying experience I've ever had. If you're looking for a dealership that genuinely values its customers, this is it. Every single person we worked with went above and beyond. 100/10. Highly recommend. We'll absolutely be back.

    Been getting my car serviced here for a few years now, and have been having a very positive experience with just their service department. This week though, I made the decision on trading in my 2022 Subaru Outback Premium to the new 2026 Subaru Outback, same trim level. I was able to meet with Joshua, who mentioned that he had just started working for Subaru, but has had years of experience in sales. First off, Joshua was very welcoming and just talking to him was very pleasant, in the sense that we were just able to have a regular conversation without feeling the pressure of having to sign any papers before getting a chance to look at the car (I say this because I previously stopped at another Subaru dealer, and right off the bat was sat down and asked to sign a form about my information not being shared with other third parties). I was able to see what was in stock, and the one that caught my eye was the Magnetite Grey, which looks great with the black cladding. After checking out the interior, I was sold. I had Joshua run my Carfax for a 2022 Subaru and was able to get a great offer to use towards as a down-payment towards the 2026. I honestly was quite happy that I was able to get a great trade-in value, even with 72,665 miles on the car, making me feel reassured about my decision with going with another Subaru. A special shout out to Alvaro, he made the paperwork process easy, fast, and we were done within 20 minutes. Happy to have done business with Subaru Orange Coast, and would highly recommend on getting a car from this location.

    I'm writing this review to share my experience with Subaru Orange Coast. I recently leased a 2026 Subaru Forester Hybrid from Subaru. After shopping extensively, I connected with Luis Castro, a salesman, at SOC. I found Luis to be very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and customer-friendly. He was very accommodating and easy to do business with. After some negotiations, Luis offered a very competitive deal on the car I was looking for. I subsequently spoke with Gordon Jackson, Sales Manager, to finalize the deal. He was extremely helpful and instrumental in closing the deal. Many thanks to him as well. There was no pressure or what one might call typical sales tactics. It was a simple, straightforward, pleasurable experience. I am not a novice to the car business, so I knew what to expect in a car-buying experience. Everything about this transaction exceeded my expectations and made this buying experience everything you'd expect and would hope it would be. The delivery process was quick, simple, and very well done. Special acknowledgement to the entire team I met during this experience. Specifically, Luis Castro (Sales Associate), Gordon Jackson (Sales Manager), Mike Hanson (Sales Manager), Nick Beshoff (Finance Manager), Sebastian Scaglia (Service Director), and Tom Woods (Service Writer). Everyone made it feel like a family affair. That's unique to the car business, in my opinion. I highly recommend Subaru Orange Coast and Luis to friends, family, and anyone looking for a great deal on a Subaru. You won't be disappointed. By the way, my new Forester Hybrid is nothing less than amazing! Update: Wanted to share a unique after-sales experience. If you're not familiar, Subaru Orange Coast offers a "Love Encore Delivery "experience. Essentially, a specialist will contact you and walk you through the features and functions of your specific Subaru. It's tailored to each customer based on their needs and preferences. You can arrange to meet at the dealership, by phone, or even a personal one-on-one at your home or office. I had the pleasure of meeting with Natasha Bruce, Love Encore Delivery Specialist. I subsequently scheduled a meeting at my home, which was very convenient. Natasha explained in detail all the features of my new Subaru Forester Hybrid. Additionally, she demonstrated how to adjust the many settings in the dashboard and center display console, which made all the difference. I'm now very comfortable, and even more amazed at everything my new Subaru offers. What an experience. Kudos to Natasha, Subaru Orange Coast, and Subaru of America. Every manufacturer and dealer should offer a service like this. I highly recommend you take advantage of this and meet Natasha if you have the opportunity. You'll be glad you did.

    I had my car serviced here a few weeks ago and boy I will never go anywhere else. Manny was the one helping me out and he was amazing. So kind, helpful, and welcoming. I was a little anxious because i'm not fluent in car stuff, so he took the time to show and explain everything to me. He messaged me updates and made sure I had a courtesy vehicle while my car was in the shop. Thank you Manny!! In addition, they take videos of the inspection and send it to you with a detailed list of things needed, so I felt like I was part of the process the whole time. It made me feel more comfortable since I don't know a lot about cars. I had a mechanic friend loom at the video and he said they were being very honest and fair. I had a lot that needed fixing with my car, and i'm so glad that I brought it here. They are top tier and my car feels amazing to drive now! Thank you so much :)

    2026 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness Sapphire Blue

    I've been here a few times now. I just bought a new Crosstrek Wilderness. I worked with Luis who was a huge help! I've now purchased 2 cars here. My wife has leased a car and purchased a different one. My mom has purchased 2 cars here as well over the years. It's just a great dealership, I always go in ready to haggle like any other place, but I really don't need to. Every car I've seen here is at MSRP, their service department treats your cars well. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership, I'll probably buy my next car here.

    I love Subaru Orange Coast! I purchased my car here and always bring it here when Subie needs tender loving care. I leave her in good hands with Service advisor Jon Roblee. I find he is trustworthy and gives his honest opinions. Last year, Jon led the team to restore Subie to her original glory after she was stolen. Last week, after having a rear end collision and repair done by a State Farm "Select" repair shop, I noticed she was not driving properly. I brought my vehicle to Subaru Orange Coast to get a diagnostic analysis. I felt reassured with the recommendation Jon offered regarding the repair. Jon is professional and courteous and definitely patient when dealing with customers! A+ for Jon! Chris Baker was also a kind and professional team member who gave his honest opinions and offered advice about trading my beloved Subie in for a new car. I would definitely keep Cris in mind if ever I were to get another Subaru. Way to go Team Subaru OC!

    Rad Wilderness Edition of the 2026 Cross Trek

    We went a few weeks ago to test drive the Subaru 2026 Wilderness Edition of the Forester and the Crosstrek. I have to give Subaru credit: We were greeted with kindness and warmth right away and then led to Philip to test drive. The team at VW ignored us, and it was super disappointing, so Subaru gets all the credit for customer visibility and service. , I appreciated Philip's engineering background and information on safety and comfort for the two models. He was not pushy or overly aggressive and was a real person with real relatability to our needs. Thank Philip, for being one of the good guys.

They engage in deceptive billing tactics and slap you with a retaliatory service ban the second you stand up for your rights. ​I brought my Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Mazda in for a component failure. Not only did corporate refuse to honor the CPO warranty, but the dealership's staff tried to exploit the situation. Because I chose to have the repairs done at an independent shop rather than pay Tustin Mazda's inflated prices, they completely turned on me. ​When I requested to extend the loaner car over the weekend out of pocket, Assistant Service Manager Josh Vasquez sent me a text attempting to charge me $250 instead of the fair $150 weekend rate (Saturday, Sunday, Monday at $50/day). He tried to retroactively back-bill me for Thursday and Friday--days Mazda Corporate had already agreed to cover! ​When I immediately forced a three-way call between Josh and Mazda Corporate, his story fell apart, and his twisted logic was exposed. He scrambled and admitted that he hadn't "received" payment for Thursday and Friday simply because he chose not to bill corporate yet. He actually argued that he stopped billing them to "do corporate a favor"--but then tried to force me to pay out-of-pocket for those days instead! Let that sink in: he wanted me to pay a retroactive $100 penalty because of his own deliberate internal billing delays. Once corporate explicitly confirmed on the line that they were fully willing to cover those days, he was forced to drop the fake charges. ​But the unprofessionalism didn't stop there. Because I caught them trying to squeeze unearned money out of me and refused to let them play games with the math, they threw a literal corporate tantrum. Josh sent me a text stating that Tustin Mazda would "no longer provide service" for my vehicle in the future. When I returned the vehicle, I asked Josh who made the final call to ban a customer simply for refusing to be wrongfully back-billed. He admitted the decision came directly from Service Director Michael Torres. ​Michael Torres and Josh Vasquez would rather ban a customer than take accountability for their own shady, convoluted behavior. They are predatory, retaliatory, and completely lack integrity. If you are a woman or a military family who expects honesty and transparent billing, do not trust these individuals. They will try to bully you if you don't blindly hand over your wallet. ​Shame on you, Josh, and shame on you, Director Torres. You didn't break me; you just exposed exactly how your department operates.

Working with Juan Salgado and Benjamin Fernandez. The vehicle was advertised for $14,999, and I made a $10,000 down payment toward the purchase. One of the primary reasons I felt comfortable proceeding with the transaction was the dealership's representation that I would have a 48-hour period to review the transaction and return the vehicle if I disagreed with any aspect of the purchase or was dissatisfied for any reason. Relying upon those representations, I completed the purchase believing I would have a meaningful opportunity to review all transaction documents and associated charges. However, I was not provided copies of my paperwork until after the 48-hour period had expired. Upon finally receiving and reviewing the documents, I discovered that the total cost of the transaction had been significantly increased by additional products and charges, including $1,936 for a Tire and Wheel Protection Plan and $3,399 for a theft deterrent product (Starguard), which i was originally quoted $20 per day. These charges materially increased the overall cost of the vehicle and were not expressed to me at the time I entered into the transaction. My current balance on the car is $12.360.55, after putting $10,000 down on a 14,999 car. OC Motors is a total rip off! Had I been provided the complete paperwork immediately following the sale, I would have been able to review the documents during the promised review period and make an informed decision regarding the transactions. But apparently thats how this company operates. After discovering these charges, I made numerous attempts to contact the dealership to discuss my concerns and obtain clarification. Unfortunately, my efforts were unsuccessful. I was repeatedly transferred between offices, informed that I was contacting the wrong department, and, on multiple occasions, my calls were disconnected. I also sent emails seeking assistance and clarification but did not receive any response. I further learned that the vehicle had a prior damage history reflected in the vehicle history report. While vehicle history information may have been available, consumers should be provided with complete transparency regarding both the condition of the vehicle and all financial terms associated with the purchase. I'm documenting this to caution other consumers to exercise diligence when purchasing a vehicle. Prospective buyers should carefully review every document, verify every charge, ask questions regarding all add-on products, and ensure they receive copies of all signed paperwork BEFORE leaving the dealership. I wouldn't recommend them at all but if you do purchase a car from this dealership, read everything, even the small print, they are very crafty- they try to "legally" scam people. In my opinion, the manner in which this transaction was handled lacked the transparency and customer service that consumers should reasonably expect when making a significant financial purchase. No matter how good these cars look or the prices, do not trust this company I hope that by sharing my experience, other consumers will be better informed and able to avoid similar frustrations. *They will reap what they sow* Blessings to all

I submitted my credit application and simply wanted him to build out a deal structure so I could review, sign, and move forward efficiently. Instead of actually doing that, he sent me screenshots of my credit union's approval tiers... which completely misses the point. I didn't need someone to read me what I already had--I needed him to do his job and shop for competitive rates. When I explained that there's a standard window to shop rates without impacting credit, he pushed back and called it "shotgunning," saying that's only for subprime lending. That's just incorrect. I've worked at a dealership myself and was a top sales performer--I know how this process works, and I have excellent credit. I also clearly communicated my expectations on trade-in value and deal structure. I essentially handed him a ready-to-go deal, and he still couldn't execute. At that point, it felt less like a lack of effort and more like a lack of capability. He's calls himself an Internet Sales Manager, but based on the website he's just a sales associate, it doesn't seem like he has the authority or knowledge to actually structure deals. If that's the case, he should be working with a desk manager instead of stalling the process. Overall, it felt like the only goal was to get me physically into the dealership rather than actually moving the deal forward in a meaningful way. That's a low-level approach and not what I expected. Management should take a closer look here and invest in better training. This could have been a quick and easy deal, but it was mishandled.

From the very beginning, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and even sent me a detailed video of the vehicle in less than 10 minutes. He also worked quickly with the dealership staff to get me a copy of the window sticker, which was incredibly important since I had over an hour drive after work and needed to decide whether it was worth making the trip before the dealership closed. What stood out most was John's communication and willingness to help. I had a very specific checklist of features and requirements I was looking for, and he worked with us every step of the way to make the deal happen. Throughout the entire process, he was supportive, responsive, and never once made us feel pressured. Needless to say, we ended up purchasing the car and couldn't be happier with the experience. Today I came in with the intention to redeem a coupon I was sent in the mail for an oil change. Jeff let me know that they wouldn't be able to honor it because they do not carry conventional oil which is the only oil the coupon is eligible for. Soo ofcourse I'm wondering why they would send me a coupon for an oil they don't even carry and haven't carried for a while according to him. I normally only get synthetic oil changes so if thats the only oil they had then I feel they should have honored the price. Since I was already there I agreed to pay the $50 for the oil change with synthetic oil but I really don't appreciate that they are sending out coupons for services they cannot honor. He didn't try to honor or it or make any other kind of adjustment because he claimed that Nissan corporate send these coupons out without communicating with Nissan of Tustin. That really doesn't make sense to me and if it's true sounds a lot like willful false advertising. I've been sent out offers and coupons from Nissan of Costa Mesa that are for different services but they always honor. I also feel like the customer service aspect is lacking. I feel like you can do better Nissan of Tustin, I won't be returning unless this is made right.

While the paperwork indicated that the service could take until the end of the day, I was verbally informed by the associate that it would take approximately 3-4 hours. This inconsistency in communication created unclear expectations and caused inconvenience when the service ultimately took 8 hours to complete. Upon checkout, I was presented with a bill totaling $281. This included $195 for the diagnostic and additional charges for an A/C (Freon) service. I was neither informed of nor did I authorize any work on my A/C system. When I raised this concern, I was told that because I did not respond to a text message, they proceeded with the service without my explicit consent. Only after I questioned the charge was it removed, and I was told I had received the Freon "for free." Unfortunately, this was communicated in a condescending manner, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. Unauthorized services, unexpected charges, inconsistent communication, extended service times, and dismissive customer interactions are unacceptable. I expect transparency, explicit consent before any additional work is performed, and respectful treatment as a customer. Last time I'm coming here. I'll drive farther for better service.

The dealer's prices for used vehicles are all very competitive and offered great add on packages. I called and Daylen convinced me to come in the door to make a deal. He had the car cleaned, charged, and showed us even the minor defects on the car. Most importantly, he didn't pressure us to make the purchase. When we were ready to make the purchase, Daylen and his team stayed until late in the night well past closing to get us a better financing rate to close the deal. I've purchased 5 cars in my life and this was by far the best experience.

She was a human but she wasn't physically at the dealership so she was unable to help me. I asked her if I could speak to "Zack". She told me there is no "Zack". I asked her to connect me with "service". She said she couldn't do that because they don't take incoming calls but she could connect with their "system". I was absolutely furious by this time. I have bought 6 trucks from Autonation Ford! And now I can't even call the dealership? This "robot" system must be new because I have never gone through this nonsense before. And I never will again. I have bought 7 cars from Wolos at DCH Tustin Acura since 2010. Just got a beautiful 2025 TLX from him two days ago. It is fantastic, the price was fantastic! His attitude, knowledge and attention to detail are beyond expectations. I am truly grateful that he has been able to help our family for the last 16 years. Thank you, my friend. Now for service- I just have to give a big shout out to Mr. George- oddly enough he has been in the service department as long as I have been at this dealership, it says a lot about a dealership when they retain employees for this long. George is a great guy, extremely knowledgeable with service and repairs! He is just all-around an awesome dude!     Today, I came in for service as per usual and informed the service agent at the desk I do not want…read morea wash. He went outside and grabbed the no wash sign and put it on my car. Despite that, I came out to my car washed. For the past two years, I have always washed my car by hand in a very specific manner. It's never been washed by anyone asides from me. Today I see streaks on the black trim from them washing my car despite me explicitly saying I did not want a wash. Also the vinyl I installed got messed up from their wash. Now I need to reinstall it properly using heat and tweezers and I need to polish the black trim to account for the new scratches from their microfiber cloth. I came here for a simple oil change to have one less thing to worry about but instead left with an additional inconvenience. Three stars because I recognize this is an isolated incident, please improve on the communication. If somebody does not want a car wash, DO NOT wash their car.
