As someone responsible for food safety and customer well-being, I expected a more serious response and swift corrective action. This lack of engagement raises significant health and safety concerns. I strongly urge Panera Bread management and corporate leadership to investigate this incident promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure this does not happen again.
